Abdullah was able to swap an old hard drive with a new one removing a stuck screw. He is very helpful, very fair price for his services and gives his charges upfront. I was able to use my Dell laptop. He also fixed my iPhone 10X that had a ghost typing. I highly recommend him!

Abdullah gives the best quality and service repair I have ever been to. I was late to my original appointment but they stay opened and worked 40 mins after normal closing hours. I went to bestbuy to get ipad batter replacement, they did diagnosis test and made me wait 20min, then they try to send me to other repair shop because they have no part.I google this shop and called him before I stop by. He has part for my ipad and turn around time would be 1 day.He is very quick and helpful. He showed me the crack/bend and honest with ne its better to buy new one than replacing battery/screen. How come bestbuy guy did not take off the case to exam the crack.Abdulla sold me the new ipad which is $20 cheaper than store price. Thank you for being fast and honest. I will come back here in the future since my whole family uses apple.

Abdullah has “saved the day” on more occasions than I can count! He does it all and withe patience of a saint! He’s repaired laptops, watches, tablets and phones. Great customer service! My son went into the ocean with his phone in his pocket. I immediately called and they told me what to do. I took it in the next day and the assessed it. Their advice worked! Phone was perfectly fine. An they didnt even charge me! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to go here for all my phone/tech needs.

An honest one-man operation, I will definitely be back when I need it!So I brought in my Macbook to Abdullah for a battery replacement. He quoted me 2-3 hours repair time, but it finished much quicker than that. The repair only cost $180 and it has a 1-year warranty - a very fair deal.Before I left, he wanted to make sure everything was fine, but it seemed the speed had significantly decreased and it was a sensor issue that happened during repair. He immediately ordered the new part, cost covered by him, and said he’d contact me to return.When I came back for follow-up he quoted 1-2 hours but finished it much quicker again. He told me the sensor issue was on him and that he wanted to send me a replacement key to my address as an apology (my letter ‘E’ has been falling off for awhile).Sure, there was a mishap during the battery replacement, but I’ve heard from others this has happened even during official Apple Store repairs. What matters is Abdullah’s complete honesty and immediate action to fix the ordeal - it really spoke to me in how he stands by his work and cares for his customers. You can come here with no doubts.My Macbook is running great right now!

I came here to get my iPad fixed. My dog jumped on the couch and of course it bounces off and hits the floor. Not a huge fall so I didnt expect a crack but I was wrong, the picture was all messed up. It was just perfect timing to have it fall during finals week. But I am so glad I found an iPad repair in Mission Viejo close to my house!! From start to finish, I got my iPad repaired in less than an hour!!! Not much time taken away from my studying so these guys are a lifesaver! They were incredibly nice and informative which was so comforting. I couldnt have found a better place to get my iPad fixed!

Great experience, easy to set up an appointment, work was done in a timely manner and job quality was high.4 months ago I needed a battery replacement for my Pixel series phone. The website primarily advertised for Apple devices but he can pretty much work on any brand. If theres doubt, it doesnt hurt to ask to be sure. My phone was ready at the appointed time, no residue or signs of work was visible, and my phone is still running strong 4 months later. Highly recommended.

I am satisfied with the great service that RxTech Repair has provided. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 7, so the screen went black and I lost my data. I went to the Apple Store to possibly get my data back, but they were only concerned with replacing the screen for $150. Other companies were offering me $500 to $1600 to recover the files. Abdullah was able to recover my files and replace my screen only within a few hours. Most of all, the price was way lower than the quotes Ive gotten. Very affordable! They were also patient, responsive, and understanding. Ive had to move my appointment a couple of times. Thank you so much, Abdullah!

Abdullah was very helpful and patient with me. He fixed a Microsoft surface pro 4 that another service shop could not fix and in fact the first shop made it worse. I sent to RX Tech repair and they were able to fix it and replace the screen and battery. Working great now. I was apprehensive about shipping it across the country but in hindsight I should have done that from the beginning. Satisfied customer.

I purchased a repair online and shipped my device the next day. It was delivered, fixed (perfectly) and shipped back to me within the same day. Their website is very helpful and will answer most (if not all) questions. I live states away from this service so I was a little uneasy about it at first but Im glad that I chose to use it. Very professional and great communication, my device even had some frame damaged that they fixed at no additional cost. Free return shipping and the device was packed with the utmost care, it was shipped on a Friday and was delivered on the following Monday. I still cant believe how incredible this service is and I will not hesitate to use it again for my device or any of the wide array of repairs that they offer at a great price compared to local and other online services. First thought when I see almost 500 reviews and 5 stars - double check and then triple check.Well, I am not a robot, and I assure you, Abdullah is the real deal and deserves more than 5 stars.If you value honesty, sincerity, value, hard-working and ethics out of the people you do business with, I know youll like RxTech Repair.I brought in a few of my kids banged up oldies. Abdullah fixed one (at a great rate) and offered to fix the others or give me a fair price to purchase the other two. He also told me this before I came in as well, and stuck to that when I arrived (and when I paid). I cracked my iPhone screen after dropping it perfectly on its face... I had it repaired here and Abdullah did a great job repairing it. Price was very good and the service was finished really fast. These guys are the best. The place was a little tricky to find initially, but three years and three phone repairs later and were super pleased with the results. The service is straight-up quality. No scamming or up-selling. NO COST if they cant fix your phone in most cases. We just bring in or drop off the phone and an hour later its working again. I wish all service people were this capable and honest.

My Apple 10 plus screen was broken by my daughter. and nothing else is wrong before. So I sent my phone to this place. Three days later After they replaced the new screen. The touch screen at the top corner stopped working. Then I came back and they replaced another one. A few days later the same problem happened again. And even worse this time the Face ID stopped working too. I ask him why. he says it’s system problem. And again a few days later top part of the screen stopped working again. They says we aren’t going to fix this anymore and gave me the refund. But when I went to another shop for fixing this. They told me your Face ID was broken by the people before me and you have to back to them to fix this. When I call this place. At beginning he doesn’t admit he broken this. Later He says we gave you refunds. Why you tell me now. We are not responsible for this anymore. And then just hang up my phone rudely. No recommendations!!!horrible experience

The service is absolutely great! Rx Tech repair, specifically Abdullah, repaired my Surface Pro 4 the same day it was delivered to their store. Customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend their service for Surface lineup repair. Their service is also great considering that Microsoft does not offer repair for their devices, so Rx Tech is definitely a life saver.

Abdullah is amazing. My son decided my cell phone needed a bath and I, like a dummy, did not have my phone backed up. It died with 11,000 photos on it - essentially my kids whole lives up until now. Abdullah was able to recover the data and back my phone up for me. He was kind, helpful, and informative through the process. He did not make any promises other than to try his hardest, and I really appreciated the honesty in a stressful situation. If anything ever happens to any of my technology again, (or any of my friends or family, as Ive told anyone who will listen about how amazing he is) I will absolutely be coming back here. Not a lot of people are willing to touch Surface Pros and if they do its for a ridiculously high price. Trusted these guys with my Surface Pro 3 to replace the screen and they did a phenomenal job for a reasonable price! They even repaired a few dents. Overall a great experience, highly recommend.

Im not sure what other repair places charge for glass and LCD repair, but I know Apple charges more than 150 for iPhone 11. Hopefully I dont ever have to go through this process again (which was made easy by RxTechRepair) but if I do, I am coming back here. The technician responded through chat over google maps and was friendly in person, and the service was finished in the time expected (40 minutes). Overall great experience, thank you RxTechRepair!

We went to PV a month ago and the girlfriends phone took in some water during one of our water excursions causing it to be unresponsive and not turn on. Abdullah took the phone in and was very professional and managed to get it working so quickly! He also educated us and let us know the next steps to take telling us to backup the data and contact him should the phone go out again. A month later and the phone is still working well. Price was fair and wed definitely go back to his shop again if we bump into any phone issues!

Im so grateful to have met Abdullah! I originally found him on Yelp when I had a cracked phone screen and he immediately came to me and repaired my phone and was incredibly professional and knowledgable. Months later my mom was having some issues with her computer and needed over all assistance with her home office and again, within hours he was there to assist. He knows so much about Apple products and is extremely helpful and professional. Not enough good things to say here! Damaged my phone with a nasty dent right on the power button. Neither I nor the store were able to pull it back out, but RxRepair was able to open the screen (which is hard on my model - Moto Z4 play), get it unstuck from the inside, and sand a bit of the damage away so it didnt look so bad, and the button isnt rough/jagged to touch. I wasnt sure Id get my data back (no backup) but they got it done in a few hours! Thanks for being there for me when I needed it.

One of our laptops had an accident. We knew it was probably not going to survive, but just in case, we took it to Rx Tech Repair. They were friendly, professional, thorough and very good at explaining what was being done to try to revive our laptop. At the end, our laptop couldnt be revived. Rx Tech didnt charge us for the work they did in an attempt to get us up and running. 100% recommend these guys!

Wow! I thought I lost my iPad Pro after a severe drop basically broke the screen and bent the iPad case along the middle. Abdullah was very friendly and honest, so I left it in his care. I wasnt expecting much since the damage was so bad, but when I went to pick it up I thought I had a brand new iPad! Thats how great a job Abdullah did. Im typing this review on my iPad now. First off, Anthony picked up the phone on the second ring. Then he had me check my iPad model (over the phone) to see if he could fix its screen. He could so I brought it in. Today is Sunday. He said he could have it back in about an hour and a half. My iPad was fully fixed in about 10 minutes. He put a protective screen on and fixed my home button (which the other repair guy messed up and took a week to do) at no cost. Really fair price. This place deserves 5 stars

A friend told me about this place, so I decided to check it out.AMBIANCE:The area is in this plaza with apartments and various services (food, dental, art classes). It is a pretty quiet area as it seems like the space is fairly new.Parking - Plaza parking and plenty of it.Customer Service - I have a fairly new MacBook that was loading verly slowly. I had a trashed I phone 6 that wasn’t working, it had been dropped in the water, and had not been backed up recently. I took it to ATT to replace it but, ATT couldn’t recover my data. I rushed over to RxTech and he saved the day. They retrieved my data and transferred it to my new phone. While waiting for the update he repaired my wife’s phone. Awesome customer service!!

Not to long ago I went to repair my port and only now I’m looking at where the screen and glass meet. It’s not broken but, it doesn’t look like they took their time it looks like it wasn’t screwed tightly. It was a quick repair but, I would like a little more time put into my phone. Great service though.

I sent my tablet in for a cracked screen repair and it now has flicker gate..I cant use it and I just brought a new 1 ..it was a waste of money..so I say for the 300 bucks put it towards a new 1..Ps they had to know it didnt work correctly..well if they tested it..also your giving them your password.
