Had a spectacular experience renting from RV Sprinter. Selected the 22” Mercedes Sprinter camper van to do a road trip to Zion and Brian Head with another family. The space was great, onboard restroom and storage and cooking was a huge help. Can’t wait for our next trip! The diesel engine got great mileage and once I got the hang of driving the oversized vehicle it was a very steady and easy trip. We banked 1200 miles in 6 days. Couldn’t have managed it without this Sprinter van from RV Spinter easy pick up and drop off. Easy to text or call. Truly happy with the experience!

This was my first camper van experience and it went really well. Renting from RV Sprinter Rental was the best decision ever. Todd and team provided excellent customer service. I rented a 2019 Leisure Pleasure Lexor FL. It is one of the vans on my short list for my purchase in 2024/25. Im glad I tried this one first.This rental went really well. Todd really does mean it when he says CALL HIM anytime. He responded to every call. The service was top notch.There was a problem with with van when I initially picked it up, which presented an inconvenience for me, however, Todd immediately repaired the problem.Everything worked well with the van. The only challenges I had during the rental related to one of the locations where I stayed and a couple of other minor issues. Nothing to do with the van directly.I would highly recommend RV Sprinter Rental if you are considering testing van life with a rental van.

Took the Luxury Sprinter Van to San Francisco from Los Angeles and the whole family loved it. We got the RV with the restroom and it was very convenient. We hooked up Apple TV and my kids laid back watching movies the entire trip. Highly recommend and will rent again in the future. Todd is amazing and was very accommodating and flexible with everything. Great job!

Had a great time on a multi-week, multi state use and everything worked well. But we had a failure of the hot water halfway thru the trip. Called Todd and he had a remote crew repair the system while we were in Minnesota, which made the rest of our trip a wonderful experience. He definitely goes the extra mile to keep his users happy.

This was an amazing trip! The RV is in perfect shape, clean, equipped with everything that you might need for a trip. We went to Sequoia park from LA, drove all the way up and were able to do a night stop in the van. Considering that all the restaurant are closed and no hotels as well, it was a live-safer. Kids were playing in the snow and came back right into the kitchen to eat. This is so convenient!!! The windows are huge in every room so we also got the best of it. We were with two kids (2 and 4 yo) and they loved it and asking us when are we going to go again. Todd is super nice and answering 24/7 as everyone mentioned earlier but it wasnt even necessary. No issues at all before/during and after trip. Thank you for the amazing experience! We will come back for sure!

We love this company. We took a 9000 mile trip thru the United States. California to the East Coast and back. We rented a 2019 Dodge promaster camper van. The van gave us no problems. Plus we got 20 miles to a gallon. Unheard of miles verses a motorhome. We will definitely use them again.

My husband and son rented the sprinter for a men’s conference. Todd was incredibly professional, friendly and super helpful with the “how to video” before pickup. We Knewn the Trip was going to be an Adventure! 15 days through 10 States, over 3,000 miles, 7 national Parks - plus the Crazyhorse Monument and It was Awesome! We went North to Yellowstone and East to Mt Rushmore and Home through Moab.The RV handled beyound my expectations - We had Rain, Sleet, Snow, Icey Roads, we had it All! The Duel Rear Axle is what I think made the difference - We had some pretty Hellish weather coming home from Denver to Grand Junction - and the RV did its job!I turned the key - it started and Off we went with hesitation. The frig kept everything Cold and the Freezer even froze a Gallon water jug! We did have a issue with the generator but Todd was great and we got it handle on the road.I will try and upload photos later

Great experience renting this Ford Coachman RV for our Arizona family trip! There is 5 seats with seat belts but it actually fits more people. We were not planning to sleep in the RV, so the size of this RV is perfect for us and made it so easy to park anywhere we went. Todd and Thomas are both easy to communicate and very friendly. Todd told us that we can reach him 7-24 if we have any question. This is our 3rd time to rent an RV from them. The RV is very clean and spacious. Loved it! Will definitely rent again with them!

We rented the 9 passenger Sprinter Van for a group trip this past weekend, we couldn’t have been happier our decision. The van is large and roomy, at the same times it’s very luxurious. It seats 9 people comfortably, but it drives just like a small truck or SUV. We loved the room and space everyone had to stand up and stretch out during the drive. The reclining chairs with footrests were a big plus, the refrigerator in the van was amazing as we had cold drinks throughout our whole drive. Todd was a great communicator and explained all the features of the van well, he also was very accommodating and helped us out planning pick up and drop off times. I’m definitely going to book with him again for our next trip, highly recommended

It was always a dream of mine to drive an RV up the coast of California and Todd walked me through the whole process and explained patiently what to expect. The links on their website were very useful to know where to dump or get fresh water. Having never rented or driven an RV or camper van before, I called Todd and had an easy going conversation regarding the costs and what I could expect. Once I made a reservation and met Todd to pick up the van, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in showing me how to operate the van’s multiple features. Its easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way!Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane)All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :)The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space.The list can go on and on. I cant wait for my next camping trip and I will definitely rent this RV again.

Rented the sprinter with bathroom for a drive to Arizona from California and the drive couldnt have been better. I had a couple of minor glitches that Todd responded to the best he could being 400 miles away. He gave me a $ break for my inconvenience. Not needed but appreciated. I rented a 14 passenger van for my daughters 30th birthday. From the moment I called Mike I received such a kind a friendly representation of the brand. As we discussed details I was pleasantly surprised at the level of openness and honesty (being my first time renting this type of vehicle) Mike spoke with me. In moments where you can be up charged for everything, I felt Mike had my best interest at heart from the beginning. When I picked the van up I was on a tight schedule to pick up guests from the airport and when I say IMPECCABLE SERVICE!! They ensured a proper walk through and a tutorial of all the gadgets in the vehicle. Unfortunately when parking a valet caused a scrape on the top that I was unaware of. Todd was a hero! After having our initial plans fall through via an issue from a 3rd party vendor site at the last minute I found Todd. To say that we were given superior customer service is an understatement. He bent over backwards helping out to let me pick up the RV the night before the trip at no extra cost, he was able to quickly turn over and clean an RV that came back the same day for us. He was available 24/7 via phone call to answer any questions I had. Cannot say enough good things. 5 stars. The RV was great and modern and worked out just right for our needs. I preach the gospel of RV Sprinter Rental. Save yourself the hassle of an Outdoorsy or equivalent. It was our first experience renting a camper van and everything went so smoothly. The van is very comfortable for a couple, there is a seat that is extending to a queen bed which is very convenient because you can retract it during the day to use it as a couch. there is a small kitchen with a stove (gas) and a fridge. There is also a small bathroom / shower head and restroom. super easy to use it. And there are a lot of storage. We travelled very decently. The van is not hard to drive, you can go easily to 75-80mph. Its not the feeling of driving a huge RV.We highly recommend you to try this new tendency of driving a Camper van and explore the states.

While driving to Ventura Beach from Colorado, our RV broke down in Pomona. While I was working out the tow and mechanic logistics, it occurred to me we should get a rental RV and motor on to the beach. That’s how I I found Todd and RV Sprinter Rentals. Short story is he stayed till 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and rented me a 23 foot Class C for a week. Great camper, clean, everything worked, fair price.. most of all he was great to work with, fun to hang out with, and helped me save our road trip!!!!!

My family took a weekend trip to Silverwood Lake in a RV Sprinter Rental. It was our first time renting and driving a RV. They did a great job walking us through the basic operations of the vehicle, but still we had questions over the weekend. I really appreciated how accessible the staff was to us. We just returned from a two week trip covering 3,000 miles up the West Coast to the San Juan Islands, WA. The sprinter van (Dodge, 21 foot) ran perfectly, averaging 21 MPG. It exceeded all our expectations. Its easy to drive and fits in most stalls. It has all the power needed for mountain passes and the gearing is terrific. On the freeways we cruised at 65MPH at 2,000RPMs, and on the steep downhills it automatically downshifts to govern your speed and avoid excessive wear on the brakes. The cruise control works great too, but not recommended for twisty roads. We often camped off grid (no plug in) with no battery problems and never had to use the generator. Things to bring: We purchased a 3 inch memory foam pad for the bed and it was very comfortable. There are a few rattles (stove for example) where we put a towel under the lid and we removed the rack in the microwave during travel. I brought extra reusable ice packs to help the refrigerator keep cold because we were travelling in hot weather. It has a port for a propane BBQ, but we did not bring one. A small portable BBQ would be a nice addition if you can fit it in your storage (think boat BBQ). As first time renters with no previous RV experience, this was an easy transition from normal driving. It was just us and our 90# lab. The outdoor shower was great for the dog! We will rent again. Will definitely rent from again. We needed a Sprinter van last minute for work and Todd was able to accommodate us. We needed some assistance in the middle of our trip and Todd was available every single time we called.

Todd delivered an A+ product. The 20’9” Ram Sprinter Van was well designed, in perfect shape, delivered on time and with great instructions. He even added a bike rack and BBQ. I will definitely rent from him again. BTW, he is a nice guy too.

Everything about the rental and the rental process went smoothly. I got a good deal, the RV was just what I wanted, it was clean, and in good condition. The video for newbies was short and helpful. Great experience. We boon-docked most nights and was so nice to have a bathroom & also full oven in the Lexor & cook hot meals (pizza, biscuits, chicken, brownies etc.!) parked along the hwy. Plugged in at a state park one night was nice also with 110 (otherwise the onboard generator does a great job) Todd was ready & greatly helpful when we had a question. Great campervan & highly recommend this rental place. A+

Rv Sprinter Rental made my first time experience renting an RV a very positive one. My teenager, pre-teen and I hit the road and returned 6 days later. Though the Sprinter Rv I rented sleeps three, I must say, if you are 55 or taller the front bed is not for you....,,its a little to short and you might wish to rent a larger RV. All n All Rv Spriter Rental had great service with a call in option for any issues you might have practically 24/7. I am looking forward to my next Rv rentalfrom RVSR.
