My husband and his cousin flew to Sacramento CA to look at this motorhome. The owner Glenn drove to the airport to pick up my husband and his cousin, drove them to the hotel for the night and return to the hotel to pick them up the next morning and take them to the RV Connection for the tour of the motorhome. My husband broke his oath that he would never buy from a dealer. The employees were accommodating, helpful and respectful for all of the concerns we had, we felt like we were buying from the original owner instead of RV Connection. Forgot to leave a review, shame on me... Glen and his wife were wonderful . I came in and saw this like new trailer on his lot and told him I was in a huge rush to get a trailer for an upcoming job, and he went out of his way to get it delivery ready for me in a matter of a day rather than the usual 3–7 days that all other dealers advise . Then on top of that, he threw in several free accessories, allowed me to call him (bug him really ) several times over the next few weeks to ask questions about how things work and advice with generators and rv covers and things like that and even helped walk me through a small electrical issue with our fridge and bought the replacement part himself . We will be coming here for our future trailer when we inevitability size up haha! The trailer has been FANTASTIC. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I were interested in a truck camper on consignment at RV Connection and couldn’t have had a better experience checking it out, purchasing it, and leaving with this new home on wheels.Owner Glen and daughter Brandy were courteous, friendly, helpful, professional, transparant, and generous during all our interactions. They gave us space to inspect the camper for hours, answered questions, and provided assistance whenever needed. My experience as a first time RV buyer dealing with Glen and Brandi has been one of the most satisfying, perfect, vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. Glen is the embodiment of the phrase Man of his word. He dealt with me on a handshake basis, refusing my offer of a deposit, saying he wanted me to be completely satisfied before any money would exchange hands. He does not believe in nor does he engage in haggling, which is wonderful as the entire transaction was hassle free. He and Brandi thoroughly inspected the RV and corrected all issues they identified as being below the high standards they set for all the vehicles they sell. My wife and I are soon to leave on a round trip to the Canadian boarder. I am confident beyond expectation that the excellent condition our RV is in due to Glen and Brandis efforts means our travels will be safe and free of any major mechanical. I have bought AND sold with Glen and Glen several times over the past 6+ years, and have found them to be extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable in RVs. They are fair and honest, and I have referred friends their dealership. Doing business with a small town company like RV Connection is a delight. When I walk in to their showroom they always know my name. After my husband passed away, Glen referred someone to me who purchased my husbands truck privately, and then Glen came and picked up my 5th wheel and sold it within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Auburns RV Connection for any of your RV needs. For those who say theyve experienced any negatives with this dealership, I suspect there is more to that story than is being told. We just bought our first RV from Glen at RV Connection. It was a very delightful experience and painless. Glen let us browse leasurely when we had questions he knew the answers. We wanted to get a second opinion from an outside mechanic but after talking with Glen he said the inspection his guys do was better then an outside source. He showed us all the things they looked at and we decided to pass on the outside mechanic. Glens guy did find the fridge was not cooling down to the proper temps and called us immediately and had a new compressor sent in and replaced. The cost was very expensive, but he covered it getting it fixed for us. He easily could have looked the other way on this. We found RV Connection to be a family owned company with great values that you dont often see in companies anymore. His son Glen Jr. does the walk through explaining thoroughly how things work. He then took us out for our first drive in a 35 ft. Motorhome he has nerves of steal lol. We will recommend RV Connection to friends and know they will be taken care. Thank you Glen and family for running a honest business. Might I add he never asked for a cent from us until we had our walk through and drive that is unheard of in this day and age.

Awesome dealership & great people! Last Saturday we picked up a 2004 class C RV from Glen & Glen. They took plenty time to walk us through all the systems and operation of the RV. We loved the quality of the RV and how impeccable it looks. They even installed 6 brand new tires, new sink and gave us a complementary RV starter kit.It is much appreciated and refreshing to interact with honorable people like these guys. This particular RV was very competitively priced which resulted in people offering more than what we agreed upon. Glenn and Glenn Jr. have a great dealership. We purchased a Carson toy hauler from them and they gave us some extras that we did not anticipate. We had a problem with a leak in one of the tanks and they took care of it right away and took care of another problem that we created with no charge. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Plus the jokes they tell are pretty original... most of the time. LOL

Let me start by saying that this Gentleman is one of the most honest people Ive met. I bought a class c winnebago several years ago and never had a problem with it we enjoyed many years camping around California in it. We eventually ended up selling it for a class a winnebago which we also enjoyed though we didnt buy that one from Glen we did end up selling it to him for a fair price to him recently. He totally helped out with a few loose ends on my part to make the deal happen. Anyways I just seen that he cleaned it up and it just sold which makes me happy knowing that another family will be making lots of great memories in it. Just wanted to say thanks again and if anyone is looking for a used rv I totally recommend the rv connection.

Sorry this took so long, we bought our Pace Arrow from RV Connection about a month ago. Glen Sr. and Glen Jr. are selling customer service; RV’s are just the vehicle (pun intended) they used to deliver their excellent service. When we bought our motorhome, we were (and still are) naïve. Both Glens and Chase have now spent several hours answering our questions.Glen Jr. has either fixed or taught me how to fix numerous small items. Went in 2.14.18 to look at, drive and negotiate on an RV. Walked through the unit, took pictures, walked the entire lot, with no salesmen to be found. Walked in office and interrupted a party, asked for a salesperson. One came out and gave me a card. Still dont know if it was his card or owners. Asked if the unit was theirs or on consignment. Consignment. Did owner set price or them? He did. I have been looking and comparing in person and by internet, locally and across the country, these models and prices. I thought the price was a bit high due to year, mileage and interior, according to my comparisons. He promptly told me to go but somewhere else and invited me to get off his lot. Strangest experience Ive ever had. Ive owned 8 different RVs and never had a salesperson treated me so Rude, was so Lazy Mean and Hateful. He missed his calling, cause hes no salesman. Throughing out a paying customer is pretty insane. BUYER BE WERE!

I called asking for details on having them sell my rv on consignment. I was hoping for some details before I drove down as not to waste their time or mine. Very evasive. Could not get a single hint what the deal was. I repeatedly told them, I hold them to nothing sight unseen, but to give me an idea using average as a measuring point. Once again, absolutely no hint of their business practices. Thus was very frustrating to me. I feel it hints to dishonesty. Ill let you decide for yourselves.I just read the owners response. It was anything from the truth of the call. When someone is being deceptive or dishonest, you bet it pissed me off. My issue was the age old game auto dealers play. He was playing with me. Good luck dealing with this dishonest company.

A+ Customer Service. The RVs they sell are clean. Very helpful while we were looking and no high pressure sales. They made the sales process very easy. Delivered a very clean motorhome that we purchased. On the day of delivery they took all the time we wanted to explain the workings of the unit. Even though it was a consigned unit they have been very helpful with any questions we had after delivery. They have even gone as far as looking at the unit months later to assist me in some minor repairs. Would definitely use RV Connection for future transactions.

On June 1st we visited this place and found a motorhome that we wanted to buy. at first we thought these guys were very nice. we looked at a motorhome that wasnt on the market yet and they wanted to clean up before listing it. glen said he would be listing it on Tuesday June 3rd. so we waited. when it was listed, we called him to tell him we would be up to look at it again. we were very interested when looking at it again. so, we started the purchase order and told him we will let him know when the bank approves us of the loan. on June 10th we called glen to let him know we had check in hand but, would not be able to get up there until after June 20th. he said he would not hold it for us and he would be putting it back up on the market.....im sorry, what???????????? ummm, did I hear that right?? you would not follow through with your end of the deal???? who are you??? we had check in hand. give us a week!!!...why was that a problem...you glen, had it sold, you didnt have to push the deal anymore......really? how can a dealer do business and not accommodate for out of town customers??????PLEASE, OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE HE WILL NOT WAIT!!!! even if you dotted every I and crossed every t.....he is not a customer service kind of person...he is only thinking about himself

Bought my first 5th wheel trailer from RV Connection and they bent over backwards making a very smooth and trouble free transaction. They are friendly and eager to assist you in any way they can.Because of this, Im buying another 5th wheel from them in an upgrade from my older trailer.You wont find any junk on their lot as they sell only clean units in good condition.Their prices are extremely fair and because of that, they sell a lot of RVs.If you buy an RV from RV Connection, I know you will be a happy and satisfied customer!

Not sure why all of the units are locked during business hours, when you only have a few minutes but you’re interested, it definitely prevents you from wanting to come back and investigate more.I arrived at 4:48 PM! after trying to make it after work all week. Yes this is the place. Do u see the price in the pic.... its 5K lower than anyone else. Anywhere! And I looked. Talk to any one they know there stuff, and are easy to deal with. Seriously 5K! Thats another month (or 2)on the road, or a small motorcycle to toss inside. Dont go 16 different places just go here. You will thank me later.
