I really liked the experience here. They were less sales and more informative. We went in for a Q3 but they told us the Q5 Hybrid was a better value. I think they were right. What a car. Beautiful. Recommend them highly. Finance was great too. All around very positive car buying experience.

Buying the vehicle went fairly smooth and I would recommend Cole for sales. I gave this company only 2 stars because when I bought the car I was promised a spare key because it is a CPO car. They were going to order one. That was in early December 2023 and I still haven’t gotten a spare key. When I called to ask about the key, I was told the person that owned the car before me was going to bring them the key from his storage and they were waiting on that. It’s been over 2 months since that. I also emailed the manager on 2/4/24 and they said they will check on that for me and never got back to me. Lastly they were supposed to send my license plate tags to me as I live over 5 hours away. I still don’t have the tags and I bought the car early December 2023.

Bought an Audi A4 Allroad today. Great experience. Treated with a lot of respect. Fabian took his time with my wife even though it was quite late to make sure she could enjoy all of the options we got with our purchase. Felt really nice to be appreciated. First and last time doing business with this dealer. They were dishonest and did not honor the numbers they gave me on my new purchase. They ran my credit multiple times and the numbers changed when I went into finance to sign the paperwork. No issues with credit score. Just dishonesty and misrepresentation. Very disappointing.

I helped my friend buy an Audi etron suv. The finance manager, some blonde lady. Didn’t know what she was talking about. When asked questions she would get mad and say if you don’t want it just don’t get the maintenance and she refused to explain. Told me been in finance department for a long time however I don’t think so. I understand it’s there job to sell maintenance and etc. she couldn’t sell water to a thirsty guy in dessert this lady couldn’t hold the back end to save her life. She was very pushy and desperate. The only reason why I am giving 5 stars for this dealership is because of the salesman named Fabian and sales manager Joe. I would not go this this dealer. I was sold a 2020 Audi sport-back (26,000 miles) that was suppose to have Bluetooth and navigation. My car had neither. I had to come back the next day to have Bluetooth and Navigation installed. After I put $6,000 down on my car. I saying time and over 200 miles on my new car. Smh. Salesman enjoying my down payment instead of making sure my car was ready to go for me. Very unprofessional. I also paid $5000 extra for the Eckbond treatment. They Didn’t do a A+ job on seats and paint. It’s bad and everyone that sees my car agrees.. I thought when I moved from Infiniti to Audi, I would have excellent performance car with exceptional service. I was wrong. Audi Ontario is my new home dealer. Extremely better. I’m shocked at my experience at Rusnak/Westlake. They down sold me.. when I really came to get a S-line. I would paid the $3000 more if I knew what I found out after purchase about blue tooth and navigation. Bad car salesman for sure. The finance lady with the blonde hair is a con artist.

Ask for Cesar! After a super disappointing experience at another dealership, I found my car at the Rusnak/Westlake dealership with the help of Cesar Flores (and Joe in finance). What I really appreciate about Westlake is how they tried to help me: I really believe that Cesar cares about the customer. He even tried to save me time and excess expense. Thank you Cesar! Very easy process and such a great experience. This location is about 40 miles from me so I was weary to come if it wasn’t worth it. The numbers they quoted me over the phone were what I was given in person (they even ended up knocking a little off) and they had everything ready to go for me. I had one of my best experiences in buying a new car from Rusnak Westlake Audi. While most of my experiences buying new cars were OK (so far I had bought/leased around 10 cars), they made it exceptional. Kareem, the Sales Manager, was quite professional, accommodating and made sure Im informed about the process while my car was getting ready (I ordered my car). Surprisingly, I also had an exceptional experience with the finance manager Nick. He was on point and while he was doing his job, I never felt he is being pushy to oversell their services or charge me for unknown costs (which you usually have to deal with at last min when you are ready to sign). I went to this dealer because they had an SQ7 that I was interested in buying. I walked around the car in their lot, checked it out, and no one approached me. I went inside because they had one in the showroom, I looked around at the 3-4 available salesmen and no one even acknowledged me. I opened the car up (all doors and hood), checked out the interior, sat inside it (all three rows), waited about 15 minutes and no one even did as much as glanced at me.My friend warned me of their poor customer service from years ago, but I thought maybe they had a bad day or they’ve changed. But clearly, they haven’t changed. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be going to the Audi in Oxnard instead.

Saw the car I wanted on their website and as they say the rest was history. I contacted one of the sales persons (Sascha Kiesbuey) who invited me down for a no commitment test drive. The car was in perfect shape as it was a 2013 and in the CPO program. The car exceeded my expectations and I was in love. I left the dealership to go test drive other cars for a fair comparison, not once did they make me feel pressured to buy. I returned the next day to drive one more time and I made the deal. Very fair on pricing and once again made me feel as part of the family. Once again I am a Porsche owner and will be for life. (First one was in 06, had that for 6 years)

Jacob is the best service advisor! I had a big electrical issue (my Q7 was purchased used from CarMax). I had an out of the norm tough electrical issue to diagnose that Jacob worked tirelessly on. Since I had purchased an extended warranty through Carmax called “Maxcare” Jacob had to make numerous phone calls to ensure everything got covered as expected. He dealt with over one hour wait times with MaxCare on more than one occasion. His clear communication with them ensured everything was covered for me. He kept me posted throughout the entire process and made sure I had a loaner car that would fit my 3 kids, treated me with the most respect, patience and kindness. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and helpful!!! Fay who helped me get into a fabulous A5 was amazing. Andrew who did my financing remembered my name the next day when I popped in and John who laid on the ground in his dress shirt & pants to install my Audi Beam! I was there to drive an A5 and was told by Fay, the rudest sales person ever that we had to come back the next day so I left only to call and ask by phone and was told to come back and that it was no problem by Jon. I was greeted by a snide Fay who rudely gave me a thumbs up when I asked why she wouldnt let me, she laughed and said to Karen, the receptionsit because I wasnt going to buy anyways...behind my nack in front of customers so emediately asked who her boss was, she said Randy and that she didnt care cause she sells so many cars. Randy said it was unexceptable and took my number after I asked who his boss and the owner was and was given their cards. I still havent heard from anyone and will make sure ever website knows this horribly acceptable treatment if your making money and that no one buys a car from them...ever!

I live in Northern Cal, but couldnt find a Cayenne S anywhere, and frankly the local dealers were unmotivated to find me one (told me I would have to wait 6 months for their next allocation). I searched around and found a few in Southern Cal; and specifically one I really liked at Rusnak. I called them on a Sunday afternoon after they had closed, and Adam answered the phone and was more than happy to help me that night. The next day Robert called to finalize all the details and then Greg took care of all the paperwork. My car arrived on Wednesday evening in SF. It was the smoothest and most pleasant car transaction I have ever had (which includes two previous Porsche experiences). And I absolutely love the car.I could not recommend Rusnak more. Their level of service is excellent and next time I buy a Porsche I will definitely go back to them.

I could very simply drop off my car and get to work and return later when it is all finished. And as a loaner I got a brand new Panamera oh my was it nice. Twenty minutes later they finished and a very rude woman went up to us and informed us we could not test drive but to call them later to schedule something. She treated us like absolute garbage. It was easy to make (and change) the appointment online, and the service advisor (Daneel) did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of my service. There were some maintenance items identified, but I was advised that it would be less expensive to have them done at the next major service.
