Popped by to be fitted for a new pair of running shoes after 11+ years since my last run. Had a really great experience. Tom(?) was super focused on helping me find the right pair of shoes. He was thorough, listened to my interests and concerns, and helped me figure out a $9 set of heel lifts would work better than a far pricier pair of insoles after trying on at least 7 pairs of shoes.Not only did I walk away happy with a well suited pair of running shoes, I got to meet and hang with Jake, a super chill labradoodle who gave me an insistently warm welcome and put me at ease.110% recommend this store.

Best shop for running gear ever. I visited 6 months ago when I first started running. Chris let me try a bunch of different brands and pointed out why my right leg was hurting. I was told my problem could be fixed by a $19 massage ball. Here I am today, after putting 500 km in my Pegasus 39, running in good form and with no more pain, thanks to my newly purchased shoes. 1000% satisfied. These guys are true professionals.

We came here and did a Gait analysis, they have a machine to measure you feet and tells the size and width immediately, thats cool. We tried a few shoes and found a comfortable pair.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Thank you Running Revolution! We visited yesterday to get fitted for new shoes (first timer middle school cross country). All of the staff here are actually runners, too — what a plus! Landon gave great tips for the upcoming season, listened carefully and offered meaningful advice for the shoes and was so very encouraging! We had started at a different running store on Bascom Ave, and were so glad we ended up here instead.

This is the best running shoe store Ive ever been to. The owner was super duper friendly. He knew everything about their shoes and it didnt take long for him to find one for me that fit great.I decided to stop by after picking up my daughter from school nearby, but I was a bit concerned about keeping her occupied while I found my shoe. That ended up not being an issue at all because of Jack, the store dog. Hes the cutest black labradoodle and my daughter played with him the whole time.He also has this fancy foot machine that measured all kinds of details about my feet and emailed them to me.

This place is great! Im quite new to (proper) running and am preparing for a half marathon. I knew I needed proper shoes, so I decided to try this place out.They were really nice and talked with me about my running experience and goals to get an idea of what I was looking for. I also talked about what pain/discomfort I was having and they factored that into suggestions.They have a foot measuring tool which you just step in, plus they will video tape you running to check for pronation.They were super patient and had me try on close to 10 shoes, taking my feedback on each one (e.g. this one feels too narrow) and factoring that into the next option.Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about Running Revolution! I wanted to find a smaller store to support local businesses, and I found everything I wanted and more here.

Chris helped me out today. He was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. I think he found me supportive shoes in the correct color for work? I usually buy mens shoes because theyre wider but I was suggested buying womens shoes because of the heel cup width. Im hoping this was a good decision because womens running shoes usually hurt my feet.Thank you for the help Chris!

I came to this shop because I hadnt bought a proper pair of running shoes in ages, and I wanted to upgrade the basic, generic pair Id gotten from DSW. This place is fantastic. I came in first thing on a Saturday morning and was greeted by an associate named Ken. We promptly went over to the machine that shows the pressure points in your feet to get an initial idea of my arch and whether neutral or non-neutral shoes would be ideal (Im flat-footed). He then had me try on 3 different pairs of shoes and even video-taped me running to check my form and see how it would affect my fit. Ken got it right on the first try in terms of shoe choice - and I love my new running shoes! I broke them in on a 10k run the next morning, and Ive been using them for the last couple months. Overall a fantastic experience. I dont usually write reviews, but I couldnt help writing this one - cant recommend them enough.

Great shopping experience and prices!I went on a Sunday afternoon after the Farmer’s Market and was helped by Owen, Soham, and Jack. They are all runners themselves and used a scan to analyze my feet and my wife’s to ensure we got the proper support.We went with our 3y/o and it was great to have all of them help us at the same time to ensure we got the process all done quickly and no time was wasted.I love the Oofos recovery sandals and Brooks running shoes that they helped me pick out. They even ordered me a different color that wasn’t in stock and it arrived promptly at my home.

This is a great place to shop for sports shoes, and more importantly to find out what fits your specific needs. We drove 20 miles to this place to buy a pair of good fitting running shoes to my daughter, and it was welll worth the trip. We got excellent service from a very patient and knowledgeable staff without any purchase pressure. After the scan analysis, my daughter tried seven pairs of shoes to find the best match. We ended up buying a perfectly fitting and very comfortable pair of shoes.

Ken did a great job measuring my feet and providing multiple options, he was very patient and made sure I was fully satisfied with my selection, he also helped my wife too, she usually have a hard time finding the right size of shoes, but again Ken patience and alsoknowledge to provide the right option is just great. Both owner and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely invested in getting you fitted properly. I came in not once, not twice, but THREE times to find the perfect shoes for me (once I had tried them out on a run, first pair ended up being too narrow, second pair ended up being too big, third time was the charm!) and each time I felt cared for. Very happy with my Brooks Adrenalines, and will be definitely be returning to Running Revolution when it’s time to get a new pair!

Amazing store, the 3d mapping and the staff made me realize I have been wearing the wrong size for years, which immediately took care of my foot pain. The difference was half a size and increasing the toe box, its amazing how much the effect has been. Very grateful for their service!

Its a small shop, but the people who we interacted with really knew what they were doing. They did a scan of my feet to gauge the arch on my feet and also took a video of me running so they can see how I run. After judging the data they picked the perfect shoe for me. I have been using the running shoes constantly and it is so much more comfortable. This place also has a wide variety of shoes u can pick from and its affordable. Its definitely worth it.

THE only store for running shoes Ill go to or recommend to my friends. The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.Theres a format to how they try different shoes on you. You first try a show, fairly neutral in terms of roll, then youre asked to run on the side walk while a video is taken from the back to see how your foot rolls. Following this, different shoes are suggested to see how you feel, followed by again taking a tiny jog on the sidewalk again. You can take quite the time with your decision, go back and forth with trying the diff shoes.

This may be the first review Ive ever written. Im doing it because I was so impressed with the time, attention, and wisdom that Chris provided me. I came into the store with guidance from a doctor to get a motion-control running shoe to help address some ankle pain I have (because I might just have the flattest feet on the planet). The doctor did some due diligence (x-rays and physical exam). Chris and staff took it a few steps further. He recording my running gait and performed a foot scan. The gait analysis confirmed my over pronation. However, he also noticed how I was tying my laces. For many, many years, I have been pulling my laces super tight. After he advised me of the correct way to lace my shoes, he recorded me running again. The over-pronation was gone! I left with shoes that had less stability control and it was better for me. He even recommended a physical therapist to help me address the pain from the fallen arches I have. Great experience and I will definitely come back.

By far the best running shoe purchase experience I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve been running. Dusty is the man. He analyzed my feet, understood my running history, listened to my personal running needs, and after only 3 try ons found me the perfect running shoe. I was in and out in 20 mins. Chris changed my life. This out of shape 42YO Mama just started working out and developed painful old lady bunions. Determined to not let that be my excuse to quit working out, a friend sent me over to Running Revolution. One look, Chris told me my issue but put me on his magic foot machine and determined to be sure. I was wearing a FULL SIZE smaller than I needed. I tried on several pairs of shoes, finally landing on the Cadillac of running shoes for an incredibly reasonable price.Chris helped me avoid a visit to the podiatrist and wasting money on home remedies. Sad to say I have to get ride of all of my shoes now but very happy that for the first time in my adult life, my feet are happy. I just started my school track and field season and my shins were hurting after a week. My coach recommended I come here to get fitted for proper trainers. I had my foot scanned, my running form analyzed, and was given 3 different options that would support my flat fleet. The whole process was very smooth and the owner was incredibly knowledgeable. I went to Running Revolution for running shoes after a bad experience at a large-chain rival. I was immediately served, all of my questions were answered, and I left with a great pair of shoes that fit me well! They have a foot size and standing pressure analysis machine. They take video of your stride and give you a personal evaluation of the best shoes and inserts based on your stride. Then you are offered several options of shoes to try on the treadmill or outside on the sidewalk! Personal care because they listen to your needs!

This is the only place we will shop for running shoes. The customer service is always fantastic, they actually care about helping you find the best shoes for your needs, and they are knowledgeable about their industry. Running Revolution’s pricing is competitive with bigger retail and online shopping, but to be honest, I would happily pay more if it wasn’t because I know I will get the best shoe for me every time.

Fantastic staff that were very helpful with fitting my feet to the right Brooks running shoes. They had a machine to analyse the shape, length, width, and flatness of your feet to help guide the type of models to look at. Walked in with a certain pair in mind from buying them last few years, walked out with a different model of Brooks that were significantly more comfortable and suitable for my feet and running style. If you are serious about running shoes, then go here because you will appreciate it.

This was the best shopping experience of my life. Chris (the owner) made sure i got the right pair by explaining how running shoes work, showing me the analysis of the tests we did to determine what shoes were right for me and putting me in multiple pairs while having me compare them to see which is a better fit for me. The company denied my request for exchanging a pair of shoes costing 299 dollars in March saying I should have come earlier. The agent instead said no store will take it back, you had plenty of time to exchange. Obviously he hasnt heard of Covid or refuses it even exists. I only wanted an exchange, no cash. I still have a receipt. Our group of marathon runners routinely buy shoes ever year for the past 5 years. They recommended this store. I have had better experience with REI where there is a guarantee policy for unused items and even sometimes used ones that wear out.

Running Revolution is one of those running stores where everyone that works in there really knows their stuff. I was very impressed with their level of expertise on shoes, running and general fitness. They even have a system in place to help you learn about your running habits, so they can better recommend shoes. They did this for me, i learned something new - got some new shoes, and my running only got better exponentially. I just wish the store was a bit larger with more items on display.

Best place to buy running shoes, especially if you suffer from any running issues. Recently, my knees had been bothering me on my runs. Chris at Running Revolution diagnosed my issue using various tools/video. Turns out my stride/alignment changed and I was in the wrong type of shoes. Its been 2 weeks now in the new shoes he selected for me & my knees are happy again! Id never buy running shoes anywhere else.

Really loved the experience of buying shoes. I would recommend anyone looking for a new pair of running shoes to go talk to Chris first. I had developed tendonitis in my ankle from running in a pair of minimalist shoes. My podiatrist could not diagnose the problem and asked me to give up running. That is when I went to the store and met Chris. He was able to tell me what was wrong, recommend exercises to strengthen my ankles and also fit me with the right pair of shoes. And he is knowledgeable, but yet not pushy, so you feel comfortable buying from him. Sure enough, the new shoes did the trick. I just completed my Big Sur race and am in my way to training for the SF Marathon. Thanks Chris!

I was introduced to running revolution by a friend of mine and I was surprised that they actually do spend time in filming you run to see how you step and then recommend shoes based on that. They have a great collection of shoes and really helpful staffThey also have discounts for some running groups and some companies. Make sure you ask them if there is any discount before you make the purchase.

I had a very mediocre experience at the store. I came in looking for what I later realized were minimalist running shoes. Instead the service rep had me walk towards him and away from him and decided I dont over or under pronate (which I think is true) and then proceeded to suggest various kinds of traditional running shoes. He said very little about the shoes, didnt give me any indication of how they were different or what I should be looking for and completely ignored all but the most pointed questions I asked (and with my lack of experience I didnt know what questions to ask). In essence it was a terrible experience for a first time running shoe buyer with little experience that wanted to explore the possibilities of different kinds of shoes. In the months since buying those shoes I have bought several other kinds of shoes and realized that I like minimalist shoes the best. I would have never known it had I continued frequenting this place.

Needed shoes that I can hike in. I have BAD feet, bunion, hammertoes, callouses and diabetic to mention a few. I have lost weight but still couldnt walk any distance without foot pain. I wish I could remember the sale guys name but he was fantastic. Not only did he fit me with a fantastic athletic shoe, but what he taught me about fit allowed me to get shoes for both work and around the house that I can wear all day! This is huge.
