Once a year I have them clean all my area rugs & they do a fantastic job! Ever 16 months they clean my larger rugs & they always come back awesome.I always drop them off at my convenience & pick them up myself. I do set up at appointments but never been a problem 😊

Just had 2 rugs cleaned and got to pads as well. Both rugs were heavily pet stained and were about 15 plus years old. Amazingly they look brand new! Wonderful service and friendly staff. Price is reasonable and worth every penny. My wife and I highly recommend Rug It!

Really loved the personalized attention and conversation - they offer more than just wool rug cleaning! I brought Rugit three small rugs (2 or 3 x 5 ish?) - one was wool/viscose blend, the other two were 100% wool - all were cleaned to my satisfaction. I will definitely bring other rugs to them when cleaning is needed, and will definitely consider their services when its time to investigate other flooring needs. I was happy with the timeline from drop off to pick up, and pricing for services was reasonable, in my opinion.

I have been a regular customer of Isaacs for many years now. I have seen him expand his business and grow his clientele. He succeeds because he is personable and professional. My husband and I unreservedly recommend Rug It cleaning in Long Beach. 😊. We don’t have much carpet, but it gets high traffic with three teens coming and going. The top of the stairs gets dark streaks and Rug It always gets the carpet clean again. And the stain remover he sells is a miracle. I use it on toss pillows and to sprout the carpet between his visits.

I recently had Rug’It tackle two area rugs that were very dirty from pet accidents, on top of everyday mess. The rugs were both light colored so the dirt and stains were evident. Thankfully Rug’It did such a great job on our rugs that they look brand new. They’re free from stains and any lingering pet odors. The pickup/delivery were also so smooth and convenient. I was met by a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I was a bit leery about the process but my area rug needed a clean. After a few minutes of banter I was more excited than anything else to see the results. I was not disappointed. The rug looked fresh, the white sections as white as brand new. The plushness of the rug was restored after a couple of years of foot traffic and the weight of furniture. It was definitely worth it!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered several questions regarding the cleaning process for one of my rugs before I brought it in. They clean the rugs at their shop where they have professional cleaning equipment, drying racks and fans. The good thing about this is that they are not limited to using small, ineffective portable carpet cleaning machines (like other companies that show up at your house to clean carpet). My rug came out looking new! Old pet spots and water marks were eliminated. Will definitely use them again!

OMG! My rugs are like new!! The pale blue rug was a sight thanks to my Frenchie!! They cleaned it twice and I can’t believe how beautiful it is! My floral rug looks like new! I wish I had taken pictures of my wool rugs before getting them clean because they look so clean now. The colors in the fibers are much brighter and they have been brought back to life. I knew they were dirty, but didnt realize how dirty they were until I got them back. The whole process was super easy, I dropped my rugs off and they were ready within a week. After reading many recommendations for Rug’it, I requested a quote. I received a response back fairly quickly and booked them. Isaac arrived right before 11 am when my time range was 11-2. We went through the areas and he got right to it. Isaac did a great job of getting the couple spots we needed gone and just an overall good cleaning. He also was very careful of our baseboards and furniture when another company was not. I really appreciated that. Job well done and pricing not bad at all! They installed new Luxury Vinyl Plank in three apartment units and they did an excellent job. After calling to inquire about a quote, their rep showed up the next day to measure and show us samples of flooring. They were also able to prioritize our installation to accommodate a new tenant move in that we had that weekend. They laid three apartments in two days! And did it perfectly. I received a Turkish rug after a relative was downsizing, and it was clear that the rug had not been cleaned for many years. The tassels were grey and dirty, and the vibrancy of the red rug was poor.I chose this service for the ease of scheduling online, and I was impressed by the level of customer service that followed. The apartment does not have parking so he got online, found the time for street sweeping and scheduled the time to visit the apartment.He did a good job of cleaning all stains out of the carpet thoroughly. It had rained heavily the previous day and he helpde me empty the water from the outdoor trash can.I recommend anyone to use Rugit Cleaning services.Best wishes.

My dog was sprayed by a skunk a few days ago in our backyard. And although we were able to minimize the mess she made by catching her before she was more than 10 feet into our house, she freaked out and was dripping pee and skunk funk while we carried her to the bathroom. Linden Plaza Apartments is a 93 unit residential building. We have been using Rug It cleaning for the past year and have received exemplary services! Its our goal to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of any used carpet for our units. We are very demanding that the carpet in the units appears in like New conditions for the new residents. Rug It have saved us a lot of cost in replacing carpets that were soiled by prior residents; we often fear after a move-out we would have to replace the carpet before the life span of the carpet was up.Moreover, the team is professional and great to work with. They always put safety FIRST, which has been an issue with our prior vendor. They are respectful in the presence of my staff and residents and they extend the courtesy on sending a text/email with the expected time of arrival and following up when the work has been completed. I took 3 wool braided rugs and 2 vintage killim area rugs to Rugit for cleaning. I am so happy with the results. I thought the braided rugs had faded, but after cleaning they look bright and brand new and they are at least 15 years old. The killim rugs came out soft and brighter and they were even able to remove or almost remove some water stains on one. They were professional and inspected the rugs while I was there prior to cleaning. I highly recommend and will use them again. It was worth every penney.

My experience with Rug it was amazing. I recently got a puppy, this puppy did not read the use the potty in the grass manuel, that left me with urine on the rug, and a smell that was not desirable when guest or myself were over.I called Rug it. Isaac was upfront, honest, on time and very personable. Went the extra mile and showed me the dos and dont on rug cleaning and how to care for a carpet. Even took my rugs with him and cleaned them. In order to receive my deposit I had to clean the carpet. At the beginning I used the service my landlord recommended but they didnt do a good job so I called Rugit Cleaning and they were at my apt in no time taking care of my dirty carpet. They did an excellent job They cleaned all the stains of the carpet even the yellow stains my son left when I was trying to potty training him. I absolutely recommended them!Update:I called them again to clean my white carpet. They did an Amazing jobs gain! They picked my carpet (they were wearing a face mask all the time :-) and they drop off the carpet in my home at no time. They were fast and good. My carpet looks like new again ! These guys were not polite and not equipped to handle a normal residential job. They wanted me to move the heavy furniture located on the area rugs by myself but didn’t tell me that would be a requirement before coming to view the job, a huge waste of time due to all the prep work I did complete before their arrival, plus my setting aside the time to come home from work to meet with them. They did however recommend an alternative company but unfortunately they were also terrible and SUPER shady, leaving rugs still infested with some sort of biting insect that got all over my place requiring a ton of work to remediate
