We had a plumbing leak that resulted in our very thick and heavy 17 x 13 rug needing a professional cleaning. I contacted several rug cleaning companies, but when I talked to Dave Nichols from Rug Renew, it was clear that he was the most knowledgeable about how to tackle the stains in the rug. His price was competitive and he offered a discount for military service. We watched the YouTube videos for Rug Renew and were confident the process used would not only clean our rug, but preserve it. We were not disappointed- in fact, we were very pleased with the outcome. We will be using Rug Renew to clean additional rugs in our home and we highly recommend Dave and Rug Renew to anyone who owns a rug needing a good cleaning.

I was looking to get a rug cleaned after 5 years of moving it from apartment to apartment. I was so excited when I was referred to Dave’s company from another local business and was able to drop it off soon after. He had the rug for about a week and when I got it back I saw colors I hadn’t seen on it in ages (lol embarrassing for me). He has an attention to detail, gave me a tour of the facility, and takes pride in his work which is hard to find these days. I’ve already referred him to my friends and look forward to having a place to go to for all my rug cleaning needs- thank you Dave!

Rug Renew is amazing! Our dog was sprayed by a skunk and our rug totally absorbed the pungent smell. Our rug was cleaned amazingly, skunk odor gone and all within 2 weeks! So thankful!

We had a wonderful experience. Professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough! My area rug can’t just be steam cleaned because it will ruin the backing, but it had turned gray after only a year with the dogs. Rug Renew knew what to do and made it look brand new again. The pick up and delivery service offering was helpful as well for our busy household. They were referred to us by many people and I understand why. We will definitely work with them again!

I took a very fine Persian rug to Rug Renew to be cleaned. It was in the entry way of the house, received a lot of traffic and had not been cleaned in five years. They did a wonderful job and it was ready ahead of schedule. Dave Nichols, owner, was professional and courteous. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to others who want a quality service. We couldnt have had a better experience with Rug Renew. They came to our house and inspected our rugs that we inherited from a family member and they knew every detail about the rugs just from looking at them. They are honest, hardworking and a great value for the service they provide. We will be using them every time we need our rugs cleaned.

I would leave 10 stars if I could, Rug Renew / Above & Beyond Carpet Care was that good! Their work is impeccable, their customer service is stellar, and it was an all around amazing experience! With 2 small kids, our rugs and couches were in desperate need of a little TLC. Alec and Dave went above and beyond to take care of 5 rugs, a giant sectional, and 2 side chairs. Everything seriously looks brand new! I am so happy with the company and service, would recommend to anybody looking to refresh their rugs, carpet, or furniture!

Dave at Rug Renew saved my rug. It had been ruined by a rented rug cleaner that should never have been used on it. This was a very expensive wool area rug that had been designed to match our interior and not easily replaced. What Dave was able to is nothing short of a miracle! He treated it numerous times and was a perfectionist continuing to work on getting its beauty back. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Dave and his crew to treat your delicate and costly area rugs with the care they need.

Its a rarity today to find quality service companies ! I had a reminder call from Tabatha on Friday confirming my appointment for today - very friendly. Dave Nichols (Owner) showed up on time, functioned in a professional manner, explained the processes and new technology to be used on my rugs and took extra care while working in my home.Most service people are lucky to hit one of these attributes. Dave was more than fair on pricing for cleaning my large living room rug. While it may be trite to use the term passion, as it relates to ones work...Daves got it! Highly recommended.
