These guys are the best! I ordered the Vital Portable vaporizer by X-Vape recently. Of course I made several mistakes of my own fault while purchasing, but they were extremely accomodating. They sent very punctual emails and did everything they could to get exactly what I wanted to me for evel less than I expected! 5 stars for these guys, they have amazing PR and I would definitely both purchase again from them and recommend them to anyone I know. Great job Ruffhouse Studios I am thorougly impressed!
My experience with this company was terrible. I waited 15 days only to be told that my product was JUST being shipped, even though I had previously been told the week prior that it was going to be shipped at the end of the week. When I confronted the employee about this I was disrespected and was told that I do not need a lecture. Instead Ive decided to post my so on called lecture on here to explain that it is not right for a customer to be treated this way. I should have been simply emailed or texted notifying me that the product was out of stock. Not to mention that the item should have been labeled as not in stock in the first place. I typically dont bother myself with writing negative reviews, however as an extremely unsatisfying costumer I figured this one really deserves it.
Horrible nothing, but excuses dont run a business if you cant make the demand its that simple! I can care less that your a small business all I know you have $240 of my money, and I still have no product! Instead of having all these cool videos luring people in like ruff house is some big fancy company, but really you guys are not even close to being on that level. Companies like ruff house give people who want to have quality canabis products a bad name because it just seems that its just a couple of lazy stoners trying to run a professional business, but are failing miserably! Not a good look bro I dont care what excuse youre giving people! To reply back to your dumb response which wasnt even relevant to the issue I had with your fraudulent company which I reported to the Better Business Bureau. I actually got an email from google that got my attention saying that my review that I gave was helpful to people. So thats why im just now seeing the response back from the owner who left it 2 months ago responding to my 2-10-17 comment which is very irrelevant because I already had my money back from pay pal which was a lengthy process already so it shows the blatant irresponsibility on Ruff house studios. The only props I could give you guys is to be so sketchy im just glad that you had the decency to be linked up with pay pal somehow. Conclusion people still stay away from ruff house purchases!!! Theyre only good for there videos, and thats how they lure you in. 5-10-17
Bought an item December 17 and still hasnt came in. You say your having trouble with whatever your having trouble with but its been 3 months and you still do videos but hey you cant give me what I paid for. I ordered a Vital Portable Vaporizer and it took over a month to ship although it was in stock which was odd, none the less the item arrived perfectly fine and functioned just as described.
I had a conversation with Matt at Ruff House and he was very informative on vaporizers. I order one of vaporizers and got very quickly. It works real well. I certainly will buy from Matt at Ruffhouse again..thanks
Needed to post twice this place is so bad. Save your money. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait on a process that should take a max of 2 weeks. Then once you try to see where your product is there absolutely ZERO customer service. Horrible.

2017-03-09 02:43:55Refund my order for a full refund. I ordered about a month ago, bought the same thing from a different website and got it in a couple days. Emailed you like 5 times. Called that number that keeps ringing a couple times. Order is still processing. This will change from a 1 to a 5 star once I get my refund. I understand youre a one man band but this is awful. Order number #13234.Update. I completely forgot I even bought this. Anyways, I checked my email and FINALLY got a response. He hasnt even directly communicated with me besides sending me this update as Refund Pending. I purchased this order January 14th. BUT I am a man of my word. He refunded (even though its pending) and I said I would change this to a 5 star rating.

2016-10-10 03:06:15I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and have attempted to contact the owner by phone at least 30 times and by email 4 times. I have yet to receive a reply, I have been patient and considerate seeing as how its a small business but it still seems unfair to neglect and ignore your customers for a month. The item was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and its still hasnt arrived. All I want is my product and a reply.

2017-03-13 00:53:57So far, my experience has been absolutely awful. I placed my $100+ order a month ago and still havent received my package. Ive also not heard anything from Ruffhouse since placing my order. Ive emailed the contact page three times, called almost daily, and have heard absolutely nothing. There is no customer service whatsoever. The only thing I got was the order receipt as soon as they got my money. In a day and age where two day shipping is the norm, to go a whole month without contacting your customer is rediculous and unprofessional. If I dont hear from Ruffhouse by the end of the week Im requesting a refund. This is rediculous. This review is subject to change if Ruffhouse makes amends, but if I have to go through claiming a refund this weekend, the one star is staying a one star. Order #13433RE: please refund everything. 2016-12-15 23:23:38I have always had a good experience with this place. I was growing quite frustrated recently for one of my orders was never sent and seeing how many people complained that responses to order inquiries takes awhile, I was not very hopeful. To my surprise, they replied right away and managed to sort things out. It so happens that I inputted an incorrect address so totally my fault. Matt was specifically helpful! Hopefully others can get the same experience as I did.

Dont bother buying from them, as you will waste your money. Well see if I can get my money back, hoping for the best.If you cant deliver, then dont list the product. Dont keep taking peoples money for something you dont have.

I have bought an item on December 1,2016 and I waited two weeks, and I went to the website to see it was still processing so I asked for a refund around December 20th. And I waited two weeks to get my refun on PayPal and yet I still have not received my refund and the item still says processing on the website to this day 1/22/2017. I dont recommend buying here, ever!

It seems that Ruffhouse studios is kind a mom and pop shop the way its setup, but besides that they are great to deal with, excellent customer service when they arent being flooded. I sent my vaporizer in for a replacement and they got it right out to me.
