Refund my order for a full refund. I ordered about a month ago, bought the same thing from a different website and got it in a couple days. Emailed you like 5 times. Called that number that keeps ringing a couple times. Order is still processing. This will change from a 1 to a 5 star once I get my refund. I understand youre a one man band but this is awful. Order number #13234.Update. I completely forgot I even bought this. Anyways, I checked my email and FINALLY got a response. He hasnt even directly communicated with me besides sending me this update as Refund Pending. I purchased this order January 14th. BUT I am a man of my word. He refunded (even though its pending) and I said I would change this to a 5 star rating.

Update January 2017Ended up getting my money back through paypal. If i could give a lower review i would. By far the worst internet transaction i have ever done. Funny how a bunch of people have been giving 5 stars over the past couple of weeks, nothing fishy about that at all im sure.Updated NOVEMBER 28THIt has been over two weeks and I have not heard from RHS the only reply I received was through this review and it was not helpful at all. Maybe you should hire someone too help you because this is fairly negligent on your behalf. I ordered the product from somewhere else and already have it. I did not call Due to the fact I work 12 hour days and dont have time, thats why I buy things online. I just want someone to answer my email.it has only been a week or so since I ordered but all I got so far is the confirmation that they got my money. JUST SEND ME A EMAIL.Ok now it has been 13 days and still no response and now the phone disconnects instead of giving updates.But the videos are great but I would like a update on my order

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and have attempted to contact the owner by phone at least 30 times and by email 4 times. I have yet to receive a reply, I have been patient and considerate seeing as how its a small business but it still seems unfair to neglect and ignore your customers for a month. The item was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and its still hasnt arrived. All I want is my product and a reply.

Love the videos and the info! Helped me with my own home medical needs. I now feel comfortable with making my own tinctures and edibles for my pain. They also have great reviews on smoking products. If your even thinking of checking them out, dont hesitate!

So far, my experience has been absolutely awful. I placed my $100+ order a month ago and still havent received my package. Ive also not heard anything from Ruffhouse since placing my order. Ive emailed the contact page three times, called almost daily, and have heard absolutely nothing. There is no customer service whatsoever. The only thing I got was the order receipt as soon as they got my money. In a day and age where two day shipping is the norm, to go a whole month without contacting your customer is rediculous and unprofessional. If I dont hear from Ruffhouse by the end of the week Im requesting a refund. This is rediculous. This review is subject to change if Ruffhouse makes amends, but if I have to go through claiming a refund this weekend, the one star is staying a one star. Order #13433RE: please refund everything. I have always had a good experience with this place. I was growing quite frustrated recently for one of my orders was never sent and seeing how many people complained that responses to order inquiries takes awhile, I was not very hopeful. To my surprise, they replied right away and managed to sort things out. It so happens that I inputted an incorrect address so totally my fault. Matt was specifically helpful! Hopefully others can get the same experience as I did.

List products they do not have on hand, no way to contact them. They only have a voice mail. No response, having to go through paypal to get my money back. Dont bother buying from them, as you will waste your money. Well see if I can get my money back, hoping for the best.If you cant deliver, then dont list the product. Dont keep taking peoples money for something you dont have.

Giving it one star. I have bought an item on December 1,2016 and I waited two weeks, and I went to the website to see it was still processing so I asked for a refund around December 20th. And I waited two weeks to get my refun on PayPal and yet I still have not received my refund and the item still says processing on the website to this day 1/22/2017. I dont recommend buying here, ever!

Great pricing and great products and customer service. It seems that Ruffhouse studios is kind a mom and pop shop the way its setup, but besides that they are great to deal with, excellent customer service when they arent being flooded. I sent my vaporizer in for a replacement and they got it right out to me.
