This place is amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs rehabilitation after an injury/surgery. I broke my leg/hip, first broken bone ever, and my husband said you are going to RSM Physical Therapy. I don’t always listen to him but I’m happy I did this time! Being retired military and law enforcement, he’s had lots of injuries and he’s always gone here for rehab. My Physical Therapists have been Craig, Justin, and Sam, all wonderful! My surgeon was amazed at how much progress I’ve made in a short amount of time. And all of the office staff and assistants are friendly and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all of the staff!

Its not my first time to come to RSM PT for help,but its always my first choice after having been so many PT clinics. After last THANKSGIVING car crash in 2023, I was wearing a full body brace for 3 months, with 8 vertebrae fractures & 2 compression fractured vertebrae my whole body was as stiff as it can be. In working with RSM PT, Craig and Sam diagnosed a lot of muscle/fascia related problems . The muscles All over the back was still guarding the spine, any movements can trigger extreem pain, tinkling, numbness, and heavy legs and knees..... On top of that my neck, shoulders and shoulder blades suffer severe whiplash. Craig and Sam apply all PT techniques to loosen up the muscles, knotted fascia and so on. My upper back is already doing many times better, pain and tickling has greatly diminished. Now its time to work on my lower back. I am sure I will feel better and gain more freedom in the near future.Thank you RSM PT!

Colten has been terrific helping me rehab after full thickness tear of rotator cuff. At my 8-week post op Dr. Appointment, my doctor was very happy about my progress to date. He indicated that my progress is very impressive when considering how large the tear was along with the additional bicep tenodisis and SLAP repair. He attributed my success to my PT technician.Not only is Colten very thorough and intentional, but the entire staff is also super supportive and highly focused on taking care of the customer. I am very happy I found RSM Physical Therapy group and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well, they did it again. This is the third time Craig has put me back together again from tennis elbow to plantar fasciitis and the latest pinched nerve in my neck.I am forever grateful for the wonderful care they have given me from the front desk girls to the tech’s helping out and to Craig always an amazing experience in and not so happy time. I have been lucky to have found Craig so many years ago and I can’t imagine going to anybody else.

Nothing but good things to say about RSM Therapy. After about one month of going here I have noticed significant improvement in my left knee after tearing my ACL/ MCL. Finding the best physical therapy place for the best treatment can sometimes be a struggle. As a ACL replacement patient, recovery was very challenging mentally and physically. I have had a great experience and would recommend RSM Physical Therapy to anyone who needs a great team of therapist for whatever your need is. There are a lot of physical therapy places to choose from these days. I broke my options down by proximity to my house and by how their reviews looked. I found RSM Physical Therapy location to be very favorable as well as plenty of raving fans leaving their positive reviews, so I went with them for my therapy after surgery. From my first call until today they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable staff all around and really care for their patients. I couldnt be happier with RSM Physical Therapy and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for the best!

I worked with RSM PT in the past as a safety professional when working through workers compensation claims. We always had great experiences and positive feedback from the employees. I recently found myself as a patient recovering from shoulder surgery. When given options for PT, of course I had to go with who I knew, but this time it was from a patient point of view.I am three weeks post surgery and able to move my arm in positions that have been out range for 9 months.All of the staff have been super supportive and friendly. More importantly they listen to what I am telling them about my recovery.They have been flexible with my schedule allowing me to have appointments as early as 7:00 am.5 out of 5 stars from a professional and patient point of view.

I have became a patient at RSM Physical Therapy 25 years ago and now when my sons need physical therapy for their sports injuries this is where they go. The therapists are knowledgeable and kind, pushing you sometimes out of your comfort zone but always with the best intensions. The front office ladies are also genuinely kind and there to help however they can. It is very much a welcoming facility that truly cares for their patients and has the knowledge and expertise to help you succeed in whatever milestones you are trying to reach

Justin is outstanding! He worked with me a few years ago and recently for a different concern. He really listens and creates a program that helps you, both during your session and at home. Alice was wonderful at moving me through each exercise at a good pace and explaining each exercise so I knew I was doing it correctly. The whole RSM PT team made me feel welcomed! I have needed physical therapy for injuries and surgeries many times during my life. I can’t say enough good things about the care I have received from RSM PT.I have received physical therapy at RSM PT for two total knee replacement surgeries. All of the physical therapists, assistants and staff I have worked with here have been friendly, attentive, and professional. I have had any physical therapy and didn’t really understand what it was all about. I hurt my shoulder, walking my dog, and the pain was pretty bad. My doctor referred me here and I was impressed from the first visit. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been to about eight appointments so far and I am already starting to see improvement. I highly recommend this. If you’ve been dealing with chronic pain and putting it off don’t wait anymore. Chances are your insurance will cover it and the people here are great! Sam specifically is amazing. Her expertise, her communication and bedside manner are second to none!

Top level care! After suffering several shoulder injuries my goal was to recover and rebuild strength without having to go through surgery. The team at RSM Physical Therapy has been the key to my astonishingly fast recovery. I was recommended to RSM Physical Therapy by my lawyer after a car accident. I was originally treated for my back and neck due to the whiplash. Later I was treated for my healed broken fingers due to the accident. I went to PT three times a week. I had many questions about the treatments and outcomes. I was given assurance that I would begin recovery and gain mobility in my back and fingers again. I was always greeted by friendly staff and the therapists were helpful, professional and friendly. I started to gain confidence through the weeks because of the sessions. Jimmy treated me for my back and neck, Karis treated me for my hand, and Van was the PT assistant that would often aid in the sessions. I am pleased with my treatments and results with RSM Physical Therapy and would return if I need any more treatments.

The staff at RSM Physical Therapy is very knowledgeable and positive. Craig and Justin have a great crew! I mostly worked with Sam; she has strong hands and gives a wonderful muscle massage. She also gave me some good tips about how to improve my weak knee. The facility has a lot of equipment, and I did some new exercises to improve my leg strength. All in all a very positive experience.

Extraordinary experiences with Rancho Santa Margarita Physical Therapy since 1998. Since my back surgery in 1998 my back acts up from time to time requiring medical attention and physical therapy. I decline any referrals by doctors to other physical therapist I opt for RSM physical therapy due to the trust I have in them. They are consistently professional, personable, encouraging, caring, and I appreciate their expertise. Everyone is amazing, I don’t know how they keep track of everyone but they all know my name and familiar with my injury and treatment. It is important to have an environment that shows a high degree of hospitality and a therapist who genuinely cares about you when you are in a great degree of pain. I owe a lot to Craig Legacy and his team for relieving my pain. They have taught me techniques/exercises to maintain the progress I make. Last month I returned to RSM Physical Therapy due to a high degree of back pain, Craig Legacy immediately greeted me, asked how I had been and about my family. At the end of his evaluation I was so impressed when he asked what my goals were, no one had ever asked me that. After just two weeks of physical therapy I made great progress from barely being able to move to regaining my mobility. I dont often write reviews, but the team at Envision Irvine definitely provide 5 star level service from beginning to end. After my wrist tendon surgery, I was referred by my Orthopedic Surgeon from Kerlan-Jobe to the RSM Physical Therapy group. They have great staff members, who are extremely knowledgeable, caring and serious about their craft - and the front office are super friendly and are very proficient with scheduling and billing. The facility has great equipment and has a cool relaxed vibe! My therapist Sarah is simply wonderful, with great communication skills and expertise, very passionate about her profession - making sure I was getting the most out of my care, and really assisted me in my recovery. Sarah is very genuine and sincere in trying to get me back to competitive sports, the exercises are targeted accordingly. You can tell she is invested in her patients, and genuinely cares about people.

This office is the best, the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Appointments are made with ease, and are on time. The therapists and aides are wonderful, very patient and thorough. I felt like my therapist Shannon really listened to me and would adjust her treatment plan based on my current condition. Ashley, the Aide that worked with me the most, always had a smile on her face and made sure the exercises were done correctly. The entire staff is so caring and friendly. My treatment was effective. When our teenage daughter tore her ACL in soccer, PT Justin was there every step of the way to guide us through her pre and post surgical needs. His knowledge and expertise in her rehab has been instrumental in her recovery from her injury. I have been to other places in the past and they don’t come close to measuring up to RSM physical therapy . Craig the owner sets the bar high by providing excellent service . He is an owner that goes above and beyond to help his clients . He is very talented, extremely knowledgeable, amazing at what he does and has helped me tremendously with my recovery after surgery . I had gone to RSM Physical Therapy about 4 years ago for a neck injury. I was very pleased so when I had some new issues come up that required physical therapy I knew just where to go. I love going to this treatment center. All of the PT instructors are great and they know the correct exercises to resolve or improve your particular issues. RSM PT has the most professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff around. I went in wondering how it would be possible to heal from my ACL surgery including bending my knee without pain; and within 6 weeks, due to their care and expertise I am walking without a brace, without pain, and have full confidence I’ll be back to all of my favorite activities in no time. I’ve been going here for rehab after 2 different neurosurgeries in the last 2 1/2 years. The first one was my neck, C-4,5 C-5,6 and C6,7 Fusion and PlatingThe second surgery, my lower back, was for L-4,5 andS-1Fusion and Plating.I must say that I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from the therapists here. Six weeks after my lower back surgery, I was prescribed physical therapy to help me regain my muscle strength, balance and ability to function normally again. I chose RSM after researching the skill sets, training and expertise of their therapist. I went to RSMPT for vestibular balance therapy after a severe concussion. The treatment plan Craig put me on most definitely contributed to my healing. They will guide you through the exercise and correct your form. They prepare you for success. I’m a total knee replacement patient. This is my first experience with RSM. I’ve been going for 15 visits and I am now about complete with my rehab.This place is great and I had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and they give you their full attention when working with you. They always took me through all exercises, taught me the correct form and explained what I am trying to do and what to avoid. After a while they would cut me loose to work through my routine at my pace. They always kept a watchful eye out to make sure I was correctly doing my exercises.I saw many different therapists and therapists in training. I learned from each one and I feel I learned more that way. While I could schedule time with the same therapist every time, my scheduled dictated when I would go and I believe I saw most of the staff at one time or another. I liked them all. They are all very good at rehabilitation and very caring. The front desk staff was always quick with a friendly greeting and good bye and were good with addressing my questions and working with my insurance.This place gets an a five star rating for their patient care and culture. If or when I need more rehabilitation, this is the place I am going to come.

I moved her down from Oregon after an auto accident, knee replacement surgery and neurological issues that left her with minimal lower body mobility. Justin and Craig are amazing PTs and spend a lot of time with me to make sure my recovery is on track and progressing. I had a reoccurrence of an old injury several months ago. I went to my healthcare provider and progressed okay for a few weeks. I had ACL reconstruction on the 5th of April and started physical therapy here at RSMPT soon after. Im really grateful for how kind and caring everyone is here. The staff are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. If I ever need physical therapy again, this is my spot. Thank you RSMPT!
