I came to RSC with my vision and immediately Robert got me on track with a plan. I had no idea where to start and I kept waiting for all the right pieces to fall into place. Robert showed me how to work with what I had on a very limited budget. He also has a knack for connecting like-minded people and helped connect me to my business partner. Robert has been great for us. We started a few months ago now and have already in my opinion received 10x value wise. Hes also been working with two of my admin team members to help get them to understand their roles and have them provide an even bigger impact for the law firm. The fact that hes local is a massive plus. My prior consultant was out of state and provided limited availability. Robert has been much more interested in understanding our current immediate challenges so we can strategize how to solve those challenges. I have recommended him to a friend. I think the business consultant as a coach role is something every small business owner can benefit from.

Im so glad I hired Robert Chung to help me monetize my small business. I started out facepainting for events about 9 years ago, and during the first 3-4 years I was highly motivated and had many new clients but over time I lost some of my passion and motivation, which resulted in failing to keep the web presence updated. I never thought I would ever hire a business consultant to help me with my business, but a few weeks ago after a friend referred Robert to me I decided to give it a try. So far Robert has given me tasks to finish to get back on track, and its motivated me to take my business to the next level. I have worked with Robert since October 2010. I told him my goals were to grow my Home Automation company from a 1 man shop to a National Chain. Its a bold dream, but I figured why not dream big!!! Robert is the best in the business! He was referred by one of my mentors who has been coached by Robert for over 20 years and he was gracious to introduce Robert to me. My mentor is at the top of the game as of the results of Roberts coaching. Robert knows everything from a-z in regards to business structures, systems and training. He is also highly trained in communication and really creating the space to help you reach your next level of your performance. No matter where you are at in your business, he will work with you. I first hired Robert Chun as my business coach in 1995. At that time, my business was booming but I lacked business acumen and I was working 18 hours a day. If it were not for Robert, I would have been out of business within the year. One of my blind spots was market trends. Sales were so good and I was so busy, I could not see the products my business was based on would be completely commoditized in the very near future. So we set forth on a strategy to build professional service offerings within the same industry. Sure enough, the LCD Projector business channel changed and my sales plummeted, but I was ready and barely noticed a drop off in profits.Robert taught me how to be a business owner, a leader and how to plan ahead. When my first child was born, I was able to spend a lot of time with her thanks to Robert and his incredible coaching.It is not almost 2020 and Robert is still my coach, mentor and dear friend.
