No need to look at other companies or DIY (I spent weeks researching and comparing). Fair prices, great service, knowledgeable staff, and fantastic communication for the 3 years I have been with them. I cant say enough about R&R! As a bookkeeper and QB Proadvisor working to clean up books, I was spoiled to meet Keri and Sonia. Sonia has prepared detailed reports and gotten me every return I needed at the speed of light! I have never worked with a payroll firm that is this organized and responsive...EVER! As professional as they are, they are also just the nicest people. I love working with them. I have already recommended them many times and will be referring future clients to them, absolutely. I dont think 5 stars is enough!

We provide 401k and Simple IRA services for small business. One of my clients is served by R&R as their payroll provider - they love them and I find them to be very easy to work with, competent, etc. Thats not always the case with payroll providers. I highly recommend them. For those of us not in payroll - it is a complicated chore. R&R makes it easy on you.

I have used this payroll company for over a year now and wow, they never cease to amaze me. Calls still get picked up by the 2nd ring at the most, and when the work comp auditor screws up, they are on the ball helping it get squared away. 10 starts to R&R Payroll. Update: July 2022: Their staff is great. Specifically, I was impressed with Wendi today-I have an insurance audit for my premiums on workers comp and was asking for a report I needed, and she offered to help fill out the forms, was so friendly too...made me feel like a valued client.-------Ive been using R&R payroll for nearly 5 years! They have been great to work with-no issues, and when Ive needed them for various things-reports, last pay check, etc, they are fast and easy to work with. I am a small contractor with a few employees and Ive been using R&R Payroll for about 10 years. One of the things that sets apart people and organizations is how they behave during a breakdown, you know when things dont go right. And Ive had many breakdowns on my side over the years and the staff at R&R has always been right there to clean up my mess and provide wonderful service. I found R&R Payroll and BK on similar review sites. A few years ago when I needed to hire my first employee, I didnt know how I was going to figure out all the tax stuff in the most taxed state in the nation!
