To be honest I don’t even know where to begin with RR Auto group!! These people here are human beings first and for most and they treat you as one!! They truly care about your well being and state of mind and comfort you if you were in an accident… or ACCIDENTS if you are me….and make you feel good and safe!Shawnnie with the love, comfort and all efforts possible to save you money with insurance, rentals and repairs! Greg the Boss making sure car is being done top notch quality ( made my car look like one of his fly cars) Adrian (Shawnnie’s son who is my angel that happen to show up at my accidents ( I don’t know how) as if he was assigned the job to keep me safe…tow my car (cars) and made sure I got home safe and sound…. I have no words to express my appreciation for these wonderful people!I am touched and honored to have met this family and beyond grateful they took care of me and my car the way they did. I’ve dealt with Greg for both insurance claims with my vehicles. I return to him because of the excellent customer service, experience and transparency. Simply Amazing! I cant thank RR Auto enough for their hardwork and for making my first car accident bearable. I am really impressed with this shop! They are very professional, competent, curtious and do great work. They were able to take me right in and had the car done early and washed. All the cars there being worked on were high end vehicles, so they know how to treat a nice car. Theres a good reason why they have all 5 star reviews. Thank you Harry!!!
