I had just come back from getting a quote at Home Depot where I was told i would 5 weeks before they could do the install.My neighbors were getting his door replaced so I ask tech to come seem me when he was done. The tech from R&Q told me he could get me done that week and true to his world installed and 2 days later.Wonder Service tech had me completely installed in about 3 hours including removing my old garage door and opener. Great customer service, easy to work with no drawn-out sales pitches if you want to just get done I would recommend R&Q Overhead Doors.

Sergio just came by and fixed our garage door springs. He was professional and quick with the repair. The price was reasonable. There is a $40 evaluation fee but it is included in the price of repair. Aliyah took the call and she was also very professional.Thank you for a quick and reliable service!

Had a service to fix my garage door bracket.Job done well! I had couple other businesses give me a quote and told me I need to change the whole garage door which would have been very expensive but the technician from R&Q came and fixed the thing in less than an hour, very efficient and professional from beginning to end. I’ve never used a garage door service before so I did my research called a few places decided to go with a local business since they were way more affordable & faster. Sergio came & gave me a quote didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell anything & replaced my very old garage motor with a new lift master motor the next day on time very quickly. He was knowledgeable about the product explained it well… no hanky panky straight to the point. Very happy with their service.

I can only say good things about this place. I needed a new insulated garage door. Got fair quotes over the phone, the installer Sergio came out few days later to get estimates and by the end of the week had the new garage door and motor installed. Problem was the door is broken. Sergio first figured out that the door was very heavy. Then he noticed the spring has loosened over time, so he tightened it. Then he McGyvered a steel bar and attached over the broken section. Cant do anything about the broken section of the door, but it works good as new after lubing and checking out the door. If I want a new door then it would be $3600 more. No, Im good looking at my great working over sized insulated door with a blemish on one little section.

From my first phone contact I was happy he didnt let me hang up without offering all the services they had and the best way to save money, and then they kept me updated through text on who would be out on the day of my service then I was texted from the technician who would be out that day and on the day of texted a hour prior to arrival that traffic had them 30 minutes behind the 10am appointment time and arrived only 20minutes past the appointment time BUT the work was excellent the technician was very professional his work was top notch and he explained everything and if I was to ever need any garage repairs done again they will be the first I call..

Humberto Rodriguez is extremely thorough in his work. He was to install a new garage door opener. When he finished my garage door was serviced as well with tightening of numerous screws and bolts and replacing stripped ones as well. We had a spring bust on our roll-up door. I looked for a quality contractor online last night, called just after 9 am today, and they had a great tech here by 10:30 am and he was finished doing a great job and then lubricating the whole door assembly by 11 am. Wow!!! I called R&Q and didn’t bother to leave a message. The receptionist called me back and I am so thankful she did. My car was stuck inside the garage because the spring broke. My kids were left at school and no way for me to get to them. The technician made it to my house within 30 min. He was nice enough to lift the garage up for me so I could leave; which added another 15 min to his time for repair. He even serviced my second car garage no additional cost and programmed my garage key entry. Super nice technician, outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Experienced a pre-dawn malfunction of our garage door. I called the garage repair service that I had just used but they were unable to come out that day. Referred me to R&Q and Bert/Aliyah sent out a technician out to my place. Jaime inspected the door and said that he could repair it within 30 minutes. Which he did, and in fact corrected a gap between the rail and the garage door frame. Service was super convenient and spot-on! And all under the 30 window timeframe! Would totally recommend!
