Ever since getting my Tesla Model S last year, always wanted to make my car a little bit different so I did a little research in terms of what company provides the best product at the best price and ultimately found RPM Tesla. From all carbon pieces on my car, I have not had a single issue, their customer service is great. The shipping is very secure and rugged and any questions you have the answer very very quickly. Recently purchased a new Tesla Model Y and I wanted to add a little personality to it. I found RPM Tesla online and was impressed with their vast selection of products for all teslas. After picking out a bunch of items I placed my order. It shipped out fast and arrived safely. One product arrived with a slight cosmetic blemish which was mostly noticeable because I have a bit of OCD. I contacted there customer service and reached Alexis. I just let him know about the blemish. He immediately started a return process and sent me out a replacement product. This was above and beyond what I was expecting. Ordered a good few accessories that were in stock. After repeated emails, I was told that one item is out of stock. I kept asking and finally item arrived. Didn’t get any tracking notification for few days. Wrote back and I was told that the mudfalps I had been waiting for, are not the right ones. It was after a month of ordering that I finally received my shipment. Disappointed. I would buy from any other source in future, but not RPM.

I have recently reached out inquiring about the core return process in order to receive a $250 rebate for my Model Y dash and door trim replacement and the online chat was able to assist me immediately with an RMA number and an email with the prepaid return label for the core. I was a custom for RPMTesla over 2 years, recently I submitted 2 different order online, almost over 2 months still didn’t received my order, but on my account it indicated order was fulfilled, I email to customer service, the response was very slow. I would say the business practice was terrible, they should not charge customers if they not even have the products in stock. At the end I canceling my order, but they try to charge me credit card processing fee. I dispute with the unfair practice. On RPM Tesla website clearly addresses if customers cancel the order before the items was ship, will avoid any process fee, I even have to screenshot the policy and email to them to protect my right. Very bad experience.

Ive been buying Tesla accessories from RPM this year and have been really pleased with the responsiveness of their online team and the quality and fit of their products. But I really was blown away recently when I stopped by with a concern about a rear spoiler I bought that was falling off. They typically dont guarantee installation if they didnt do it but they helped me anyway and were going to install a new one. Wow they really stand behind their products!Well that would have worked until we discovered this was not their spoiler! I made a big mistake and brought it here thinking I bought it here. I was so embarrassed but they were uber professional about it. They kindly offered to sell me one of theirs at local discount and install it for me! And the one they installed looked so much better than the one I had previously purchased. The 1st one was smaller, thinner; RPMs was bigger, thicker, more professional looking. This made me realize you really cant tell this from online pictures of products.After install, I did have to bring it back a week later because it was coming off - it turns out my ceramic coating was the culprit. They removed the ceramic coating on the small area where adhesive sticks, and now its perfect. (See pix)I really cant say enough about how pleased I am about their customer service and products. Customer service is very important for me as I purchase almost everything except groceries online. To have such great customer service coupled with superior Tesla accessories is a total win for me as a customer. I highly recommend RPM.

I ordered a set of LED solar car cup mats for my tesla model Y. The first one charged up quickly and works perfectly, but the second one did not work at all. RPM Tesla stands behind what they sell, unlike some vendors who just refer one to an email address in China. Alexis and William have both been particularly great to deal with. I have had a couple of minor issues in all I have purchased from them. No questions asked, they trusted me implicitly, and replaced those items on the spot. UPDATE!! 16 weeks to the day, the front lip finally showed up. I will say it looks great. For a custom hand layed part it is done very well. I will still defend my opinion about the 4 week lead time.From previous reviewI understand the issues with COVID, thats fine, then be honest. Even today your website still says 4 week lead time, and you know that is total bs. Minus 1 star for the lack of honesty. 4 stars because its a beautiful part.

Ive purchased the Model Y 19 Gemini Wheel Cover Replacements - Black & White × 1 as well as vinyl decals for the tail and headlights. Both times ordering I received great email notification and super fast shipping. On my last order I made a small mistake and forgot to click the smoke headlight vinyls. I texted with customer service (seems like the owner as they are super involved and professional compared to most CSRs today) and they quickly created an RMA and shipped out a replacement once I sent confirmation of shipping the wrong item back. Best part was it arrived next day. Thats unheard of to get a return next day. These guys have awesome products, great YouTube install videos, and they packaging is clean and have QR codes for those videos to help with install and limit RMAs with used products. The Model Y quarter window panel protector seems to have some kinks on the film and something is wrong with the evenness of the adhesive, not allowing a fully transparent look, causing some wavy, zebra-like stripes.The customer service team is responsive and it seems like the reason for the delay in response to my request for a refund/return was due to a system bug that they are looking into. Ordered the OEM type matt rear spoiler for 2022 model S but it won’t last year.They saying that it’s carbon fiber but it looks like plastic with carbon coating.That’s why spoiler coating is keep peeling, especially after rain.I ordered gross spoiler from this company and I had a same issue year ago.. their all spoilers are very poor quality but price is much higher than other aftermarket spoiler.**update**: this is very shady company. I sent a message via email but they didnt respond my message and they just left comment on google one day after I emailed them.they just want to looks good on google but they are not trying to resolve this matter.they saying that Tesla also suffered sun damage but thats not true, my brother has 3 years old Model 3 performance but his spoiler is just like brand new not like RPM tesla spoiler.bottom line is, their spoiler staring to cracks and fade after 2 or 3 months after installed.

My partial order has been delayed at the UPS warehouse for sometime so I contacted UPS customer service to see what I can do. They stated that I have to contact the seller (RPM Tesla) to file an investigation so I did just that. I got a hold of RPM Tesla customer service immediately, Alex, and I told them what UPS told me. Ordered some vinyl wraps for my Model 3, and the cupholder ones were obviously cut by hand, and were not symmetrical nor round so it didnt fit properly and left large uncovered edges. I emailed with photos to Mark (the owner) and he proceeded to tell me that he designed it that way and that I installed it incorrectly, so I was not able to get a replacement. The quality of the film itself was very good though. Couldnt be happier with this business. I rarely write reviews but when someone goes out of their way to do an amazing job, I have to acknowledge it. Their service department and installation people are fantastic. I ordered many different parts/upgrades and they did an excellent job of communicating the status when a couple of items were on backorder. I had to reschedule my installation several times due to my own issues and they were very accommodating and relaxed, no pressure storing all of these part longer. They quoted me a minimum of 8 hours to install most of my items. They did it in less than 6 and installed all of them and even did some minor things that wen above and beyond. Great job and Im very satisfied. Will definitely recommend them to friends and do business with this group in the future.

After watching Mark (the owner) and his installation YouTube videos, I decided to pay him a visit. My son and I drove the 1200 miles during spring break 2021 in my new Tesla Model 3. It is beautiful, and is very high-quality! The installation was very easy with the YouTube video.One of the most important things is that the customer service is excellent and is always there to help. I waited months since they announced that they will have model 3 body kit, when they first launched I make a purchased of the full kits from the website and paid for 2.2k and after discount it around 1.8k. However, the next they cancel my order and on the order it said I requested to cancel the order. Hate writing reviews...but all the negative comments are correct. Vinyl does not fit, and it is cut wrong. I ordered the Model 3 center console wrap in satin silver...with matching satin silver steering wheel and door wraps.I installed the easy ones first (steering wheel), followed by door. Nothing lines up correctly when you follow their video instructions, and the button wraps do not cover the button (1-2mm of BLACK can still be seen).Once I got to the center console, I realized that the colors DID NOT MATCH. The door and steering I installed had more glossy finish.Center console did not fit left-right. It was too small, so no matter how you lined it up, you had to STRETCH the vinyl to get it to cover the console.The T center logo was not on 3M paper - it was a cheap sticker. It was off in a BAD way dimensionally.Communication was good up to this point...and I did not mind the 4-6 week wait, as long as the product was superb.It was not.I sent all the below photos to them, explained my concerns, and then all communication dropped.That was 3 weeks ago.Never heard back, so after reading other reviews and complaints online...I opened up a dispute with Paypal.

China imported parts. Crazy margins. Terrible QC with no tables or designated QC area. Warehouse is completely filthy. Unorganized. Warehouse racks not bolted. I ordered a pair of louvers from RPM Tesla for my model Y and the passenger side one began making a lot of vibrating noises. I noticed that it bends easily and clicks against itself whereas the driver side one did not bend this way and did not make any noise. After bringing up the issue to their customer service, I was told that this is how the product is and that its an old order (2 months) and so they will not replace it. I had ordered a bunch of things from them previously and this response showed this business does not stand behind the quality of their products and does not value their customers. High schoolers... literally.I ordered puddle lights, Qi wireless phone charger, red ambient lights on July 19th. The website did disclose they were busy and it may take up to a week to respond. After installation, it feels like I am setting my phone on top of a cookie thats covered by a piece of paper. In the past 6 months I have bought over 27 different items from RPM Tesla and I have to say that my first purpose in buying from this company was to support an American business that is making goods and jobs here in America. RPM is everything a luxury car owner expects but rarely receives in the after-market universe. The selection and quality of products is superb. Shipping was expedited and the products I received by mail were carefully packaged. The materials and design of the wood veneer overlays was precise. Returns and exchanges were processed without questions or restocking penalty. Installation in the Orange County facility was flexible and completed on time, and as promised. I had ordered a set of Tesla Splash guards for my Model 3 and after I installed them I did not pay attention to two of them having a paint smudge on the inside. After a couple of days I could see this paint smudge on the inside and tried to clean it off but nothing it was the paint color of the splash guards (Pearl color). I emailed and send photos to RPM and stated there were two defective ones with same issue. Originally RPM stated they would replace both when their next shipment came which took over a month. I received a box but to my surprise a complete set was in there. So I could not replace all of them in unison instead of just the defective ones. I contacted RPM to inform them if this was an oversight or intentional, RPM stated they decided to set the complete set. I would give them negative stars if they would let me. I ordered a few products from them for my wifes Model Y I bought the screen tilt mount and a spoiler for my Model S. I avoided any of the products that stated backordered or out of stock. I received the mount for the Model Y in a few days and after 2 weeks I emailed them for an ETA for the spoiler. The reply I received that it is on backorder. I asked to cancel my order, I received a reply to that it was going to be 2-4 more weeks so slow boat from china. I was also told if I would like to switch to the glossy one I would get it in a few days and would I like to do that. They didnt attempt to make any concession or compensation but wanted me to switch the product I purchased.I asked 3 times for a refund and finally I received an email with a promise of a refund. Such poor business practice and the old bait and switch comes to mind and maybe that is not what was intended but that is my perception.Avoid them because there are plenty of other sites that have the same product at the same price but will not tell you it is in stock when it isnt and shamefully try to sell you something you didnt want and on top of that not give you a discount. Also, they charged me $60 for shipping that mount!!! Have they not heard of Amazon avoid them please if not you have been warned!!

Purchased multiple items back in July. In August I received an email asking for $75 more for shipping oversize item to Canada (Model Y trunk mat). At the time of my order there was nothing on the website stating that there was an extra charge (they recently updated their website to include this, guessing since my order) I emailed back stating that it was their issue for not realizing their own shipping charges and to honour my existing order or cancel it. I received an email reply asking if I would keep my order if they waived the extra charge. I said yes I would like to keep the order. They replied back great and they would now process the order. It has been a month now and I still did not receive my order. I emailed again and this time they said that I need to pay so the order has been on hold this whole time. I sent them the email exchange as a reminder and the agent just wrote back that they spoke to the owner and that “everyone must pay for shipping” so they cancelled the order. Just very poor customer experience after 2 months since ordering. And on top I just lost $20 because of the exchange rate since I ordered and the refund. Do yourself a solid and pick another company - lots to choose from that appreciate your business and offer the same products.

I completely agree with the negative reviews and poor rating due to shipment delays. I, too, experienced the same having ordered my items on July 16, 2021 and picked up Aug 3, 2021. However, I would have to give credit to Gus at RPM for making things right in providing excellent customer service. I also expressed to Gus my dissatisfactionon my order especially for a will call pickup. Gus explained there was no excuse for the delay especially on will calls. He also stated the company was having a difficult time hiring employees due to the pandemic. He assured me he was going to speak with ownership to help improve processing orders in a more timely fashion. Lets hope for the best as this company sells quality Tesla products.

The kit I ordered came promptly and while it does take some patience and a little attention to detail to install vinyl kits, it looks great. I needed a replacement vinyl part and customer support was quick to reply and send out what I needed. Words cant describe how happy I am with RPM Tesla. Mark from RPM Tesla helped me so much in getting the right pieces for my model 3. My latest item was the CF steering wheel. Its so gorgeous and beautiful and shiny! The material is the highest quality I have seen in a steering wheel. I also got the glossy CF dashboard to match and it came out perfect. He stands by his quality of products and it speaks for themselves and is truly amazing. Another thing I wanted to mentioned is Mark is an amazing guy and really cares about his customers. He has been very responsive and honest if pieces were late. He made me comfortable and on top of that he was honest with everything he has said. He truly cares about his customers wants to ensure we all are happy with every purchase from RPM Tesla. Another aspect I liked his products was a lifetime warranty vs 30 days from Amazon or eBay. I have a model 3 long range and really wanted the $800 spoiler like the performance 3 but it seemed a little high. I found RPM Tesla online and ordered their spoiler. The fit and finish is fantastic at fraction of the cost and the video installation guide is very well done and easy to follow. I have since ordered the center console cover fits so well you dont know it is there, the cover for the dash, the quality is superb and a charging pad fits perfect. I would highly recommend these products as they are top notch and the service is excellent

Ordered the mud flaps for the Model Y. One arrived damaged and the box they sent didnt include any instructions. Have only managed to speak with someone in customer service 1 time on this issue and all follow up emails and chats have gone into a black hole. With most of these accessories available on multiple sites (nothing actually unique or exclusive to RPM Tesla) I have zero reason to ever shop here again. Same shipping experience as others have mentioned as well. The website promises fast turnaround and 2-day air yet youll find yourself waiting weeks for actually get anything. Save yourself from a lackluster experience and shop elsewhere for literally the same items.

Here is a warning on RPM Tesla and their customer service/warranty claims. I bought the CF vinyl wrap for the wood and center console for my model 3. I also bought the led lights. They were very slow to ship, when I did receive the package the wrap with the cup holders was clearly too big around the cup holders. Nothing like the video showed where you needed to stretch, this was a problem of excess material. It was big not small completely opposite the owners installation videos, so I ended up having a crease because of the extra material. The CF wrap for the wood was mislabeled which side was the passenger side to start applying... I received a defective light so I took a video and sent it to them. They (Mark P) told me to put the factory light back in and they would send a replacement. I waited a month, I did not receive anything. I got a random email apologizing for slow shipping, customer service, we will do better blah blah blah. I contacted them again and this time they gave me the run around saying they could not open the video, I responded and nothing. That was several weeks ago so clearly I am not getting my replacement light. I was extremely patient and gave them many chances to make things right and honor their word/guarantees/warranty. Their warranty and customer satisfaction guarantee are absolutely worthless. Do a search on the Tesla message boards and you will see plenty of customers that have had the same exact experience as me. It is sad a company treats new customers this way. You have hundreds of thousands of potential new customers receiving their cars in the near future. This is not a good way to treat us who gave you a chance at the beginning.

On 8/28, I received a reply back stating that my order was close to ready and that it will be available the following week. It also stated that someone would contact me to schedule an appt.Crickets...On 9/2, I responded back asking for status. The same day (hey, I got a response on the same day!), I was informed that it was not quite ready that week and that one of their reps would contact me the following week for an appt.Crickets...On 9/11 and growing frustration, I asked again. I was informed I needed to text one of the reps. I was also asked to come buy the shop, as there could be more products I would like to buy... (LOL).I proceeded to text the number (and by the way, are you seeing a pattern here? The paid customer needs to initiate everything. There is no initiative on this service providers part).On 9/14, I get a return text asking for my availability. I proceed to provide a couple days of availability...More crickets...As of today (9/16), still no response back...At this point, Im over it. Its obvious they dont care about my business and my time. I drove down to the facility and requested a refund on the spot (because I wasnt about to get anymore run arounds). I will credit the guy who helped me with my refund. He seemed genuine/apologetic, which is something I cannot say about all the others I interacted with.Thats the end of the story. If you really hate yourself and want to go through this type of experience, by all means, your time and money belongs to you... but, if you want to be treated like a valued customer without having to chase people with phone calls, texts messages and emails, then please go elsewhere!!

Their warranty promises mean nothing!I ordered a glossy carbon spoiler for my Model 3. Looked great and was easy to install. I had it ceramic coated to help protect it from damage and extend its life. Well now the clear coat is chipping and delaminating in about 5 different spots.I contacted them in their chat and was told that those issues would occur and its normal wear and tear IF I DIDNT PROTECT IT. I responded that I did protect it with a ceramic coating applied by a professional detailer. My response meant nothing because RPM Tesla had already terminated the chat.So I sent them an email describing the same problem and enclosing pictures and mentioning that it had been ceramic coated. After a week and a half of hearing nothing back after receiving the automated response email that I should hear back within 24hrs I decided to send another email.Still have heard nothing so now I get to write this review.I did enjoy the spoiler while it was looking good and WILL replace it with another one, but if they cant remedy this warranty issue then I will go with a different company to meet my needs.

Back in October/November i ordered the Calif. HOV Under Stickers Protection Film and were shipped in a very timely manner. I finally got my HOV decals from DMV in early January and guess what, DMV changed the design of the decal so the old protectors wouldnt fit!!! So, i sent a email to RPM Tesla letting them know of the design change. Approximately 20 days later, i get the newly designed protectors in my mailbox at no charge! I placed an order for an item marked as in stock at the beginning of the week on Tuesday March 16. Its now Saturday 20 and I still dont have any update on my order. No shipping notification. No delay notification. No nothing. I tried emailing their customer service 3 times, messaging them through the website chat, texting them to the customer service number. NOTHING. Seriously what e-commerce business operates like this in 2021? I have dealt with several of their competitors like Abstract Ocean and Evannex: they are spectacular at customer service. RPM on the other hand will never see my business again.Update: I finally got an email back from the business a few days later and they were very nice but acknowledged that my item wouldn’t ship for a couple more weeks. I asked if I could come in person to pick it up since I live only about an hour away by car. They said I could come that same day and even offered to install this accessory for free. I they seemed super nice and accommodating. I think their issue it’s just that they are very backed up on shipping and that’s still a huge issue but they’re not a bad business. They’re very knowledgeable and I highly recommend visiting their store in person. In the end once I was there I ended up choosing a different version of what I was going to buy and they installed it for free on the spot. Very happy with the product. Much happier than with what I would’ve ordered by mail.
