Amazon looks like a great place to work but wasn’t. They hire and fire employees left and right. Discard you like trash. I was injured on the job with them and they got rid of me. For 6 years they didn’t provide me any treatment. An injury causing me to eventually become blind in my left eye and numbness in my hands and neck pain. I went to RP law group and they helped me get what I deserved to manage my injuries caused by Amazon. They will forever be in my hearts. Thanks to all your hard work

I’m a young black woman. 34 years old and have been working at a large company for about 8-9 years. I was discriminated and harassed from my race to age and had to constantly prove myself valuable and deserving. It was unfair. I developed a large amount of stress and anxiety and got to the point of having panic attacks. I went out on workers comp due to the panic attacks and high anxiety and was given the run around from the insurance. They sent me to random doctors and then said they weren’t sufficient and would not provide me with a doctor to help me. My name is Eric Bellmaster. I worked for a major golf course. They hired me as a bartender. When I showed up to work the first day, they told me that I was actually a food and beverage manager. However, I was still getting the bartenders salary. As a food and beverage manager, I had to lift many liquor boxes, move giant umbrellas on the patio, etc. Due to the repetitive work, I sustained a back injury. My name is Dalia I worked for a big company, I was a team leader for the Night Shift. I was given a team of people to produce medical plastic parts, I was heavily discriminated by my supervisor - the other team leaders got 7+ more staff than I did yet I was expected to produce the same amount of medical parts with less people. My staff was working overtime without getting properly, paid they were not getting lunch breaks; I complained about all this instead of helping me, the management started giving me bad reviews and gave me a performance improvement plan- with out even giving me a warning that I was performing “poorly”How can I improve my production when I am not given the tools or the resources. I kept asking for more staff and asked for other departments to come help out and no support was given to me- but yet I have to produce and produce and produce. There is a never ending to this corporate profit and corporate greed!!!!Management never helped me it got so stressful that I got sick to my stomach I started gaining weight, started smoking cigarettes again, I could not sleep; I had major problems nobody would listen to me. I am doing this review to help other injured workers, indicating that Worker’s Compensation system is horrible, it is a broken system, and therefore you need attorney, it is imperative that you find proper attorney. I got injured at FedEx, I did not receive medical treatment. Eventually after weeks of being in pain FedEx sent me to concentra, where their service was horrible. Concentra did not properly treat me the boot they gave me for my foot was three sizes small. I contacted raj which he helped me with my case and made this easier on my life. He represented me first hand and made this process very easy. The staff was also very responsive and communicative and kept in contact with me to update me on what’s going on.If you are an injured warehouse worker I highly suggest you go with RP Law Group, you are guaranteed really great service that’s gonna best represent you. My Name Is Nora i worked for cabinets factory. I got injured and reported my injury. My employer would not listen and would not help me. Finally after months of complaints they sent me to the industrial clinic. The industrial clinic doctor - without examining me or doing an MRI - said nothing was wrong with me. He told me to go back to work. I am in a lot of pain. And nobody would listen. I thought workers’ comp was for employees to get some help. Employers are controlling medical treatment very tightly. On one hand they will not give you medical treatment and deny your claim indicating that they don’t have medical evidence. It is a Catch 22. It is a big fight to get anything out of workers’ comp especially when you are Hispanic and don’t speak English. Most of the attorneys won’t even call you back. At least RP Law Group will communicate with you at a reasonable level and the staff will explain. You will feel like somebody is fighting for you. I am not getting anything for this review but I am confident and 100% sure to tell any injured worker to try any other workers’ comp attorney and then you will go to RP Law Group. Im a 21 year old man and I was working for a company that didnt care for my well being. I was on the assembly line, assembling dental chairs etc and I had hurt my back as I was trying too package the product.The company did not send me to the doctors till we had called the hr and then she sent us too a chiropractor but it was was not an in-depth check up. I was working as a warehouse employee and injured my back. I was sent to Healthpointe clinic to see Dr. Doc Campo and it was the worst experience I ever had. He never spent more than 30 seconds with me in the exam room for almost 3 months. I had no intention on hiring a lawyer until my treatment was declined. There are many workers compensation lawyers. Why did I choose RP Law Group? I was injured working for a bus service in San Bernardino. I was battered and abused by passengers. The management of my company knew everything. They even had video. But when I was to come for treatment for physical injury nobody was around. They sent me to a place called Concentra which is an insult to anybodys intelligence. You wait for hours for the doctor and the doctor will see you for four seconds. The reason I hired this firm is for the particular reason that when I came and called this firm the same day I got an appointment. They took my case. Explained the process A to Z. Changed my doctor from Concentra. The new doctor wasnt the greatest but he was okay. I spoke with Raj Patel and yet he changed to another doctor and sent me to a specialist. This other doctor was also not the greatest but better than Concentra. I came to the conclusion that in workers comp the doctors do not want to treat you because insurance companies control all medical treatment. There is something called Utilization Review and they will deny everything. I understand people abuse workers comp years ago but this Utilization Review process is unfair, inhuman, and almost criminal. Obvious injury and obvious treatment get denied where a person asking for help to get better because they want to go back to work they7 look at your suspiciously. Raj Patel will sit down with you. He will go through the process and guide you. Of course, nobody and can anybody medical help but I feel very comfortable with this firm. Betty really fought hard for me.

Why did I hire RP Law Group? I had many choices and I interviewed many attorneys - even worked with a couple of them before RP Law Group. The biggest problem is that workers compensation attorneys are not accessible. They will never call you back or work on your case. This guy is unique. They have staff, but if you want to make an appointment to see him you can within the week. I tested that first hand. He is aggressive. That is another thing I like. He understands the injuries. My case was late to file but he still took it. He said he will make lemonade out of lemons. And he did. I 100% suggest this attorney. However, I would like to inform everyone to report their injuries and make sure you have a text or email as proof as the employer always denies that you reported an injury. When you go to the doctor RP law Group can only do so much. You have to fight for what you want. You have to tell all body parts and be honest. Once my case was settled Raj asked me to go into google and asked to see my phone. As soon as he had my phone he sent a message to my phone copied and pasted it and posted it as the review above then deleted the txt. It was very fast and sneaky. He had a txt/review ready to go. I never wrote a review yet received an email thanking me for the review. I mean come on, he made the review seem like instructions to prepare people before coming in. Just read it again real quick. Once I read it I was absolutely furious. I am not really sure any of the reviews they have are real. I regret not going with another law firm. I did speak to another law firm prior to RP law group but it was in LA and stupid me settled to something closer. I will say that the LA law firm I spoke to was pretty crappy as well. I have come to see that all lawyers are scammers as well. Or just don’t care enough. I went with Raj because yes he is very smart and aggressive, but did not work well with me. He was very rude and condescending at times. On the day of my deposition he was handling another case on his phone at the same time. His focus was not all on my case. Aside from that he did not work with me before my case, he made me lie and say that we “prepared for the case” for at least and hour and fifteen minutes, we did not. When I asked him to ask for more money because I was not satisfied he said no. I wanted to be seen by a doctor as well before my case settled so it would be covered by the company but he also said no that we didn’t need it. Now I have to use the money I won, which I know is the point, but I could have saved some of it if Raj would have let them pay for at least one doctor visit. That being another thing, the company we went up against didn’t even bother fighting against us much at all. My injury was severe, traumatic, and had all the proof in the world, we could have fought them longer for more. I literally already had pictures, doctors notes, incident reports and so on. I feel like I did half the work myself. My deposition lasted like 30 minutes, I am sure we could have doubled what we got. Raj was just not willing to work harder nor longer on my case but I was already in the process. If I would have dropped the case to go with someone else I would have had to pay for the services rendered. So I was stuck. With all that being said they did get the job done yes indeed. Raj is very aggressive and I know he could have done more. The only reason I am now updating this review is because I received another email saying I have a reply to the supposed review I left. What surprise it’s RP law group thanking me for the review they wrote themselves through my phone. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. Once I saw that I went back to the anger that I had before about the initial review. This is why I am taking the time to update this. PLEASE READ IN FULL. My experience is that I learned as a Hispanic and Latino you are not supposed to put your head down. If you dont have an English background you must have a translator when you report your injury. This is a lesson learned as I worked for Walters for many years devoting my heart and soul. My family and personal events made it not worth it. Because of the inconveniences I lost my job. It is a lesson learned for the future that any type of work and any type of injury you must report it on the spot. I want the community to know that there are people to fight for you like Raj and his team. They will fight for you. It is not the income that we expected but we have no complaints.
