Steve was amazing. I did not end up needing to hire him because he just helped me over the phone with problem that was a straightforward fix for him - but not one that my husband or I could find anywhere on troubleshooting internet sites. He called me back immediately after I left him a message and said he thought he could probably fix my issue over the phone. He ran me through a couple of tests and we found and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He saved my workday and told me how to avoid the issue in the future. I would not hesitate to call him again, and when we look to upgrade our home or business services, hell be the first one we call. Thanks again, Steve!

Steve is nothing short of fantastic! He listened closely as I explained my laptops issues. He quickly identified potential causes and clearly explained what might be required to resolve them. Steve is honest, fair, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend him.

Best IT service I ever had!Steve was a life saver!If could give him 10 stars I would!He is very knowledgeable, resourceful and fast. He communicated the issues my computer had and assured it was going to be fixed.I highly recommend him, and I will definitely go back for all my IT services.

I have had a malware issue on my computer for the past two weeks. I called around LA to get pricing for the removal and each business was charging between 100-150 dollars for the service. I know nothing about computers and the person I spoke with at this location could have easily just gotten over on me if he wanted to. Instead he took the time to see what my issue was and gave me advice on how I could possibly fix it. It took about 3 mins to resolve that issue that I would have paid someone 100-150 dollars to fix. I will definitely be calling this location if I ever run into an issue or need my computer repaired.
