Had a major Main Line Backup 😤. Called and the technician was able to be comes quickly. Out Tech Anthony was very nice and assured us he would be able to fix. The issue. He was very knowledgeable and had the line cleared in 15min. He kept things neat and cleaned up everything before he left. Will definitely use Anthony again!!

Definitely had a great experience with Elias! He assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to help us find the root of the problem! Due to how the apartments are structured he discovered that the upstairs neighbors garbage disposal was causing our kitchen sink to clog up. He spoke to the neighbor and informed them of the issue, unfortunately our upstairs neighbor didnt seem to care and told him to tell us to call the association and until then she will continue to due as she pleases! Thankfully Elias gave us advice on how to take care of this situation if it ever happens again. Thank you so much Elias for fixing our clogged kitchen sink and for trying to inform our neighbor about the issue.

We had a clogged drain that was blocking a shower and bathroom sink that was fixed very quickly by Roto-Rooter. I had tried to unclog myself, but whatever was blocking the line was too far down for my tools.It was easy to schedule Roto-Rooter online; I got a call confirming the time. Called in for a same day main drain cleaning as ours was backing up. They were prompt and their customer service was fantastic. Our tech, Anthony, was friendly and professional AND QUICK! They followed up with a camera down the main drain so we could see that it wasn’t blocked and advise if we needed any other work done. That tech was also amazing. He got that pipe off and cleaned up the remaining drain pipe and set me up amazingly to be able to install the new trap and faucet I had ordered. Absolutely fantastic work.

Ran into trouble today with toilets and showers backing up. Was worried as it was Sunday although they quickly responded with a plumber, Elias. He was professional, and knowledgeable about his work and what was needed. After clearing the main through the clean out he showed me with the camera the issues and even took steps to confirm what was being seen was from my residence to reassure me. Elias fixed the issue and got our water running today.. Plumbing issues are never fun and almost always cost way more than you expect or should be. I had John, a water restoration technician, come look at a leak I had in the bathroom - very friendly and professional. He recommended Kyle to come fix the leak. Kyle was the absolute man! Did a great job and price was actually lower than originally estimated…which doesn’t usually happen. Would recommend these two to anyone I know and will definitely use them again without a second thought.

Per my request, Roto-Rooter sent out a LARGE drain clearing device, one of the largest I have seen used in a home! Efrain, the very experience operator, explained the terms and the proposed approach, and after the basic paperwork (all easy and clear), he set to work. He worked diligently, on my old sewer systems and afterwards gave me very good advice to help me move forward with my next steps. Efrain was a model drain system technician. They answered all my questions!! I have a leak in my ceiling coming from my bathroom upstairs, they are almost sure of that. John fixed the toilet and replaced the wax ring as it was worn.... He thinks that could have caused leak. Demo will start soon, downstairs, but I am happy that Roto Rooter will continue working until job is done! Very happy with this company!Bianca did the demo and she worked all day with no breaks! She was amazing and I so appreciate her professionalism and cleaned up afterwards. After she finished, Andy made sure it was all cleaned up in ceiling and upstairs bathroom was complete. We had water blockage issue with outside pipe of our house due to tree roots. My kids and I couldn’t use the water. No shower, no washing dishes. This gentleman Elias came to our house and started working around 9:30 pm. He was working nonstop for 3-4 hours. He heard that we have kids and knew how it is urgent if we cannot use water. The company was quick to answer the phone and set the appointment which was nice. However the technician showed up an hour late. When he arrived I showed him to my shower that was not clogged but draining slowly. He quoted me $460 to run his cable through my tub waste and overflow. Right away I told him no way am I going to pay that much for you to run a cable down the drain that’s not even backed up with water at the moment. The technician asked if he can step outside and calls boss. When he came back in 40 minutes later with his equipment and invoice he made it $200 even as I asked which is generous for what I see online of $88. And the company had a $60 off coupon on their website that I presented to the technician after the service was completed. He told me it would not apply due to major discount already . I paid my bill with the technician and wished him a great rest of the day. I went back upstairs to test my drain and found out it was still draining slow. I ran downstairs to grab the technician and he told me there was no warranty on the drain but wrote on his card that if they’re backed up again in the next 30 days to call him and he would come out on his own. Overall I feel the company lack the value I was looking for as an experience to get the drain cleared/cleaned. To go from $460-$200 makes me feel personally like you were trying to gouge me which made my experience not as great. The technician was nice and friendly however I feel the company should change their methods if they want to earn my business in the future.

Pricing on the job that was done was ridiculously high, especially after hearing what the employees get paid. I was promised the job would be finished at a certain time and instead it took two days to complete. When I asked for a discount, because of the time issue, no one would help. I am still waiting for Christian, to get back to me.

Needed my toilet unclogged. Technician was in and out in under an hour, efficient, friendly and professional. Very happy with the service but felt the price was outrageous ($300 to snake-which took maybe a minute. That didnt work so $300 was waived but then was quoted $700 to take toilet off and unclog). Obviously needed to get it done, but felt that price was very expensive for what was done in an hours time.
