I’m so grateful to have found The Roth Real Estate Group, especially Jeff Kack. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and from the start Jeff was super helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain every aspect, options, pros and cons. He had so much knowledge and experience, we knew we were in the best hands! He was always very honest and responsive. We could reach him at anytime and any day, and he never pushed or rushed us into anything. He did his absolute best to help us find the perfect home within our budget. And thanks to Jeff we did! I had my home listed with another agent for about 4 months and we accepted several offers but fell out of escrow each time. I hired Krystle and after being up for a week and one open house, we got 9 offers! We accepted one and were in escrow 9 days after listing the property. After reading a couple of reviews on Yelp, my wife and I knew Rahill Real Estate group was the perfect team to represent us on selling our home. I called Krystle and we had a zoom meeting the following day. As a first time home seller, I wrote down a few questions to ask Krystle and she answered all of them. She worked with our timeline which we really appreciated since we were moving and transitioning to a new job. After a week of going live, we’ve received multiple offers that was emailed to us as they come. Kaitlin, Krystle’s Transaction Manager was on top of every offer and always letting us know if we needed to sign paperwork. At the end of the first week, Kaitlin presented us the top offers and we reviewed it with Krystle and helped us decide the best offer possible. Krystle and her team, sold our house $31,000 over the asking price. We are so happy we went with them. We just wish we can have them represent us on our home purchase in our new city.

Im really great to have worked with this estate group, especially their agent Jeff kack. He will not only help you find a home, hell help you buy the best fitting home for you at the best deal you can get. Ive had an agent give up on us before him, but he stayed with us until we achieved buying a home, he wont pressure you into buying anything you dont really like and he will literally tell you all pros and cons as if he was buying the house for himself. If you like attention to small details coupled with personal attention then Madeline Meighan is the Realtor you need in order to navigate through the sometimes stressful “unknowns” of buying a house. Maddi was unbelievably available to look at every house we wanted to tour. She was always on the ball and got us into the property asap, usually within 2-3 hours. When we made a phone call to Maddi we usually had our calls answered immediately, but in the rare occasion when she did not immediately pick up, she would text us and let us know she would call us back shortly. Maddi went the EXTRA mile on EVERY part of our home buying experience. UPDATE: We sold our home with Maddi and Krystle Roth Rahill Real Estate Group. Krystle made the home selling process absolutely painless. The best part is I never had to call Krystle for an update because she kept us very very very well informed on all aspects of the sale. We received updates via text which made the process easy since I am not always available by phone. Krystle would also reach out by phone just to see if we had any questions or concerns. I was assisting my elderly mother (93 years young) from across the state with the sale of her house when she injured her knee and was put into a convalescent hospital for 6 weeks to recuperate. Krystle drove 20 miles outside of the city to meet us at the hospital. My mother has bought and sold many houses in her day, however the number of additional rules and regulations that are ever evolving add to the number of forms required to list a house. Not typically a problem, however mom has arthritis and it is very difficult for her to write. Krystle was patient, kind, and attentively listened to mom’s stories as she slowly signed each page. They are not kidding with the slogan of Roth Gets Results.When I first met with them, they already had a marketing plan put to sell my house as quickly as possible. They were very enthusiastic about selling my house (which is more than I can say for some realtors--one of whom I saw wrinkle his nose as he passed through), which made me more confident that they would be able to sell my house quickly, which they did. It sold within 14 days of putting it on the market and for over $10,000 more than the previous realtors I met with had suggested I sell it for.This was really an incredible push for both of them. Madeline found me a new home the first weekend after I retained them as my realtors. My house wasnt even for sale yet, but the new home purchase was contingent on getting my house into escrow within 17 days of execution of the contract, so we were really in a time crunch. Ill admit I was nervous, but Krystle was absolutely confident she could do it, and she did. She hustled to prepare the house to put it on the market, which included staying up with me until 10:30 p.m. to stage my house with her own personal items so the professional photographer could come the next morning and take pictures for the listing. Madeline then held four open houses on the next two consecutive weekends and after the second weekend, the house sold, successfully meeting the time contingency for my new home with a few days to spare.Both Krystle and Madeline were great with the advice they gave me, from pricing the house, to negotiating counter-offers, to agreeing on which requested repairs to perform.
