Best dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting the staff is wonderful they keep the place spotlessly clean and Dr. Riley is absolutely the best dentist ever! And if you knew me youd know I absolutely hate going to the dentist but not this place! I highly recommend the services they provide. 5⭐

I give this Oral surgery office 5 stars! Very thorough, very friendly, fast and efficient. Love the girls in the front Jilana and Clara very friendly, happy, good energy and warming. The Assistant Gabriel was excellent, thorough and good energy. And of course great work Dr. Graves. Everyone in the office seem to be happy to be there. Thank you all for excellent service.

Husband had an emergency that needed attention. The team was able to fit him into schedule with no problems. Here at a follow up appointment now and he feels so much better now that his surgery is done. Phew! Thank you team!

Staff were awesome all around, I felt safe in their hands. My surgeon Dr. Riley was obviously very skilled and knowledgeable in his profession and I felt lucky to have had him. I am someone who is very afraid of the dentist but they made the experience as pain free as possible and I would recommend Rotary Way to anyone who needs wisdom teeth removal like me or any other dental procedure.

Professional and respectful!I went to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was educated on the pros and cons of wisdom tooth removal surgery. After giving consent, the dentist and his staff put me to sleep, so I did not feel any pain. After the surgery, the staff put me in a wheelchair and took me to my parents car. They were very nice & professional. They politely instructed my parents what to do after wisdom tooth removal surgery and how to recover. I was prescribed painkillers and antibacterial pills. I couldnt think of a better place to go! You are safe in their hands.

The rating is specifically for communication and efficiency. Dr. Graves was great and procedure went well which is most important.TIP: Make sure you have the day off in case if possible delays where you don’t find yourself frustrated and rushing to get ready so you’re not late to work.Pros: Front desk staff are pleasant. Procedure was quick and painless and Dr. Graves and his assistants her very pleasant and caring according to my daughter.Cons: We had to wait for an hour after my daughters scheduled procedure time which made my already anxious daughter more anxious, causing nausea, and the doctor then wanted to cancel her appointment as a result.Lack of communication amongst the staff and lack of updating pertinent patient information such as insurance in a timely manner. Twice I spoke to someone over the phone with information that changed my copay amount to a lesser amount and in person a different person would still proceed with charging me the original amount quoted and would seem confused when I told them I spoke to someone who quoted me different amount.Upon arriving to the pharmacy 2.5 hours later, the prescription was not found in the system. I called the office and they said they had not yet sent it because they needed the Doctor to approve and he’s been busy in surgery all morning. There has to be a better flow and planning of things to avoid this.

I had a consultation and booked an appointment to have my teeth removed under anesthesia once approved. The office was very clean, modern and efficient. I will update after the oral surgery. So far, everything was great. Their X-ray technician was very kind and creative, working hard not to add to the pain in my neck while setting up the needed images.I am grateful.

The doctor was amazing very friendly and caring! I struggle with anxiety and the day of my removal I was constantly asked if I was comfortable and or if I wanted them to stop and try another day. I was able to go ahead with the procedure and it went very well.

The staff here are great! They had great customer service, and only scheduled my wife for the whole time that she was here during her surgery- ensuring that my family has the living room all to ourself, instead of overbooking and cramming people in they take their time.. looks like they believe in quality over quantity, and with that I give them five stars..Hopefully there surgeons are as great as their admin!

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff and doctors were helpful and instantly calmed my nerves. Had wisdom tooth removal surgery there about 3 days ago, and it was my first surgery, my first time going under, and they joked with me and laughed with me. Checked in on me when I was brought into the operating room, explained everything. Dr. Chris did an amazing job. Only reason I write this now is I dont remember much due to the anesthesia and I have been recovering. I even called back yesterday to thank them and ask them after surgery care questions and the staff were so kind and friendly. Definitely going to recommend to anyone in need of wisdom tooth surgery. 10/10!!!

I really like both doctors here. I had a very serious dental issue come up and Dr. Graves was able to get me a referral with one of the best doctors at UCSF.Many years later Dr. Riley performed some reconstruction work by putting in some implants. It was all very well organized and with the advanced X-rays and guides, they were able to put in the implant screws flawlessly and in one hour with minimal downtime. Follow-up care has been top notch.

Alondra, is the reason for the low earning review.I had been recommended here, from Benicia Family Dentistry as a highly rated establishment I could bring my mother to, for her needed procedures.First impression wasn’t the greatest, as I will admit I didn’t have everything in preparation for a consult. They needed a full medical history for a surgery that was at least several weeks away.They proceeded to try and cancel the consult, although I really wanted to talk with the surgeon and figure out what to expect for a major procedure that we were coming for.After this mishap all was cleared up and I felt confident moving forward, once we had a concrete plan from her dentists’ office.Fast forward to today, about 15 minutes ago, I had the worst experience you can have with a business that is quoting you several thousands of dollars.I spoke with the woman who picked up my call, and after figuring out who I was and finally locating my mothers file, I was told all communication went to my brother, who is also in charge of my mother’s care, because I couldn’t be reached. I explained that I am the point person for all appointments, and her way to and from them, but it’s only possible with my busy work schedule.I then proceed to explain to her that I have spoken with this business before and said that we have been playing phone tag for the past few months, because I am only ever called during times I am not available.I also explained that I have relayed to the business, that I am able to be reached and return calls during Thursdays and Fridays only, due to the graveyard shift hours I work.I also explained that I have only been called on weekdays other than the two I am available. The employee, responds that the business has hours that they operate, to which I reply yes, and that they can call me on those days they are open, that I am available, yet that has never happened.I then repeated, I am only available Thursdays and Fridays, to which she replied I’ve already said that and chuckled. I was flabbergasted that someone would laugh at a customer, who is prepared to give them money, when simply trying to clear up why there has been a disconnect for months.I asked to speak to a supervisor at this point, to which she replied she was. That to me is a red flag if you have any person in management treating clientele in this manner.After I informed her to the rudeness in her behavior, she backtracked and eventually apologized. She asked if I wanted to schedule the surgery during a Thursday or Friday, to which I replied yes. It was so simple! Yet, I then said I however, no longer wish to do business with Rotary because of this interaction.She called back to confirm my email to send records and radiographs.This could have been turned around easily, but to chuckle and undermine a customer is a guaranteed way to lose business.We will be taking my mother elsewhere because of this.

Very organized, friendly and willing to support and listen. Communication pre-appointment and post-appointment were excellent. Office staff are nice, the doctor was kind and helpful. The office furniture, equipment, flooring and paint are all a little dated and could use some TLC. Overall I would recommend.

Had some lower wisdoms removed at another surgeons office Friday July 8th and had absolutely no problems for two days and the third day I woke up with extreme jaw pain...(dry socket) prob My fault. My other surgeon was out for a week so thankfully doctor Graves took me in the following Tuesday cleaned the sockets and made everything so much better and now I have no pain! His admin team were so helpful and professional and I really appreciate what they do! Thank you!Ps. I drove 1.5 hours just to get this procedure done and it was well worth it!!!

Easy parking, When I spoke to ask for directions on how to get to the office, they explained to me in detail, the reception girls are very kind and attentive, and this new branch in Vallejo is easier to get to and closer because I dont have to pay fast track to cross the bridge.

Yall are Amazing! From all the staff to the Dentist. Staff was so funny and comforting. Even during this pandemic I felt so welcomed. There was no hesitation or awkward extra caution, it was business as usual. Everyone there is knowledgable and thorough. Very clean facility. Got a long overdue extraction terrible pain. But I felt comfort and reassurance. Best experience at a dental office.
