I managed to get a discount on this but still not worth what I paid at all. The chair comes with no instructions and my emails to the company have been ignored. I want some of my money refunded but have not had any response. The bottom of the chair has metal with holes in that’s completely scratched our wooden floor. It came with some screws in a plastic bag that said £2.99 on. Clearly a cowboy company that buys furniture/parts very cheaply from China probably, and sells them on for more than they’re worth. Once their sale have gone through, they just ignore you. I wouldn’t order from here if you want good quality furniture and customer service. Terrible experience.

Love being able to make purchases from a store in our home city - we recently moved back to the area and needed to furnish our home - working with Maciel we have been able to make just about every room purchase at Rossos. Their prices are the best; their support staff are friendly and the delivery staff (Gallo and Carlos) have been very knowledgeable about items, respectful of keeping home clean and great at set-up. We will continue to use and refer friends to Rossos!

Worst Customer Service EverI purchased a very expensive couch upward of $7000 which is under warrenty. I also purchased insurnace on the furniture. On Januay 31st I contacted Gabriella stating the couch has literally broke down. The stuffing did not hold up and now when you sit on the couch your literally fall in a hole.First she tells me they can come look at it for $119 per hour.I emailed her back to set an appointmnet and have had no email reply in the last 8 days. Unacceptable!!

Beautifully furniture complete sets at great prices. Ventura has such wonderful customer service Im seriously considering getting a new bedroom set for my sons room. I bought a beautiful very large rug for 25.00 WOW super happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend coming her for any furniture purchases. Needed some bedroom pieces for my daughter, although they had a nice selection…the style that was recommended by Mellisa was not on display, Rosso’s was able to special order and ship directly to my home. My wife and I have been looking for months for the perfect sectional for our living room. Mr. Elliott at Rossos Furniture in Morgan Hill was largely responsible for closing the deal on a beautiful England 5630 Sectional. Mr. Elliott pointed out the key attributes like the excellent workmanship that went into the overall design, the excellent warranty coverage, and that fact that this Sectional was made in the U.S.A. (Tennessee). Mr. Elliotts knowledge of every piece of furniture we looked at was amazing. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, he helped us work within our budget. I must also point out that the delivery of the sectional by Rossos Furniture was timely, handled with special care, and very conducted very professional. From the moment we walked through the door, Keith met us with his friendly and helpful demeanor. He was able to answer our questions promptly and was very patient while we did a little research before returning to buy a bunk bed for our son. Luckily the bed was in stock and Rosso’s efficient employees delivered and set up the bed three days later. The people a Rosso’s were really friendly and gave me great ideas for which couches would work best in my living room. When I provided the dimensions and orientation of my living room, I was given great suggestions on how to setup furniture that would make the layout really nice. They did not try to upsell me but instead gave me great options that were not only affordable, but were based on expertise that would not have been provided if I had just bought furniture online instead. I highly recommend Rosso’s if you’re shopping for great furniture at a reasonable price and want to deal with pleasant and knowledgeable sales staff.

And with the current Covid situation, they go above and beyond being careful with contact tracking check-in, hand sanitizers as you walk in, wait sign at front door to make sure youve sanitized. Times are tough during COVID and selection and availability can be slow and limited but our salesman Maziel at the Morgan Hill location was very helpful and honest which alleviated a lot of the stress. I haven’t shopped for furniture in years and it seems that there are not as many place in San Jose that sell quality furniture. Therefore, after looking online and seeing the wide variety of manufacturers Rosso’s carries we headed to Morgan Hill. I’m so glad we did because it was an excellent experience. Diana, our gracious Design Consultant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She allowed us to peruse at our leisure and applied no pressure to purchase. Our experience was so great that even though I brought family to help me pick out a new furniture, they ended up purchasing a new living room set as well.Finally after returning home from our shopping trip I had decided to hold off on one of the items I chose. I believe in shopping local so as a new Morgan Hill resident, I was happy to see that Rossos Furniture was having a sale. I met Yaqui and told her exactly what features I wanted in my new sectional as I am a 55 female and dont want a too high or too deep couch. I also wanted good back support. She took me right to a few options that fit me great - showing excellent product knowledge and listening skills! She loaned me fabric swatches and when those werent quite right, loaned me some more until I found the perfect texture and color. Ive purchased other items for my home from Rossos in the past, but it had been some time since my last visit. I bought a new bed, including mattress and bed frame from here last week and it was a terrific experience. First, Junior asked me the right questions so he could know exactly what I was looking for and showed me different possibilities. That goes for the frame and the mattress. He said delivery could take up to three weeks, but I got it within 4 days!The guys who delivered were just as good. We had a great conversation, they were careful carrying everything upstairs to the bedroom and taking the old bed out. Oh, they were scheduled to come between 2 and 6pm on Saturday but called to see if I wanted an earlier delivery (definitely yes) and so they came around 1130 am. I really could not ask for better service from Rusdo’s in Morgan HillThe price was great, the service was great and the delivery was great. Is there anything else I could ask for? Definitely not. I absolutely recommend Russo’s to anyone who is looking for any type of furniture. Last year I purchased a recliner from them and got the same great service.

We’ve purchased from Rosso’s before and had a bad experience as we were told our item would be delivered, come to find out the item was never written to be delivered so we ended up wasting a whole day waiting around for it and getting a refund.BUT, since returning we’ve had the best experience. We found an amazing couch that checked off everything we wanted and the staff was attentive to our needs along with when it came to delivering. We ended up coming back for our dream dining table that was added to our delivery, which was such a plus so we didn’t have two separate deliveries.The delivery guys were awesome, took apart the dining table in order to fit into the doorway and reassembled it. Took no more than 20-30 mins to bring in the dining table & couches.Would recommend Rosso’s for their great selection/variety and their customer service!

In store employee really patient and helpful, found us a wonderful couch, couldn’t be happier. The delivery was a disaster, had to convince deliver guys to try and bring the couch upstairs it took about 40 minutes to do so,at which point I grabbed one end of the couch and brought it up with the help of one of the delivery guys. Not means guys just undertrained and lacked know how. Over all pretty good experience, all I would say is if you can get the furniture to your home on your own, it’s well worth the money and time you’ll save.

The day I purchased my furniture, I was provided with great service. I was informed the furniture may take up to 6 weeks, but will probably be ready earlier than 6 weeks because I purchased an entire set. The agent working with me offered me their floor model the day I purchased everything. Her manager then stated the floor model is not available for purchase, as they have to keep those on the floor.I went into the store in person, 6 weeks after my purchase to follow up and ask about when the furniture could be delivered. I was informed about part of my furniture still not being in from the merchant. The manager offered me a floor model located in their gilroy store. I was informed that there would not be a price change. The floor model would be the same price as the new furniture. Due to this reason, I decided not to move forward with floor model, and instead stay with my current purchase.Tomorrow will be 12 weeks, and I still do not have my furniture. I have made more than 4 phone calls to the store. During each call, I was told they would follow up with a merchant and call me back. I never receive a call back.Overall, poor customer service.

I bought a table set that the style is tall and has high chairs. I really liked it but Unfortunately, my mother didnt because it was very uncomfortable for her due that the chairs were high and difficult for her to sit on it. So a week later, I went to the store to see if I could exchange it for another one. The Service that We received the day we bought our furniture was good, but they didn’t have everything we were looking for. They didn’t tell us there was a mattress recycling fee and didn’t explained what was that for. I thought because we bought 2 new mattresses they will take the old ones and that was why we got the recycling fee. I had to pay an extra 90.00 to have my couches delivered to have them delivered like that was very disappointing. No follow up I keep getting the run around and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. The office Staff both Kalan and Rachel are very polite and respectful and followed upon leaving messages for Keith and Maziel when they were with customers or off that day. Excellent experience at the Morgan Hill Rossos Furniture. Junior was fabulous. He was VERY patient. We spent two different days at Rossos shopping for our new family room furniture. We spent 4 or 5 hours Sunday and Junior answered all questions, got us multiple prices on many pieces, and was just great. The prices were good. A few days before we spent several hours at Laz-z-Boy in San Jose. We think we did better at Rossos. We bought two Lazy Boy recliners and a beautiful Flex Steel sofa. Ask for Junior! I was very impressed with the extra cautions taken when entering the store to search for a dining room set. There is one set of doors to enter and another to exit. Hand sanitizer and a sign in sheet was used. We were helped by a very nice sales person by the name of Mariel Rodriguez who we have bought from before. Masks are worn and sanitizer wipes are used when getting back credit cards.The store is located in Morgan Hill and it is filled with beautiful furniture. From past experience if they don’t have it they will help you find it. I was offered next day delivery and haul away.We definitely will be returning!

I have recently purchased a new home in Morgan Hill that is around 3000 sq ft., Rosso’s has been the only place I have purchased furniture and have only worked with Maziel for several reasons. Kieth is a 1st class person, obviously loves his job. Had a great experience, and wouldn’t have guessed that it would be enjoyable. Kieth wasn’t pushy at all. He was more interested in helping us to find what worked for us. We were very concerned about getting a couch with perfect dimensions for posture. My wife was in an accident where she was hit from behind on the freeway, and now has spinal cord damage. So a couch that allows us to sit with good posture was imperative. We already had a Lazy Boy couch that, though it is comfortable, the cushions are made to deep for us to be able to sit and have our backs up against the back rest which required us to lean back and brake our posture each time we sit on it. Kieth was able to get us into the perfect couch that fits our needs exactly.This is a great place to begin your search for new Furnature.Well done.

Ive had concerns in the past about sales representatives stalking you the minute you walk in the store which does not lend customers a bit of privacy to think or discuss. However my husband and I stopped in again hoping to not have the same experience - and we didnt!We werent approached the second we walked in so that felt good because in the past, sales reps were sitting inside the door (literally) and that was not comfortable. Within 5 minutes, Maziel approached us, introduced himself and said to enjoy looking around and he would check on us in a bit.He came back and was not overbearing and because of that, I actually felt like I could have a comfortable non-salesy conversation. My husband and I were not newbies to buying furniture but we knew right away that Maziel was very knowledgeable on the store, policies, products and warranties, as well as had a very relevant knowledge on styles etc.The result - dining room table set purchased and more things to come with Maziel as our sales associate.Thanks for not chasing us away - we will be back!

They have a 30% off sale & no tax right now, which brought the price of the bedroom set I got down to the prices I saw on other websites. Only the floor model was available & it had some scuffs. They brought the price down a bit & offered to fill in the nicks before it was delivered. The delivery guys were late but very friendly. I was just bummed that the nicks hadn’t all been filled in.
