My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross Reality. We cannot express how professional this team is. Eric, Debra, Lee, and Alisa provided exceptional service. From the very beginning, they dedicated their time and effort to making the home-buying process as comfortable and stress-free as possible. They demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that every property shown met our criteria. If anyone is looking for a very experienced, helpful and knowledgeable team, look no further. From the time we met with Debra and Eric, we knew we were in very capable hands. The whole family is amazing. There was never anything that was too difficult for them. They’re a very caring team. Whether it was helping with the moving sale or getting the house ready for market, they were all there ready to pitch in with whatever was needed. We moved out of state and besides getting us to the airport early on a Saturday, they took care of our home everyday until it went on the MLS and afterwards, resulting in getting us 70k over asking price (and it wasn’t even a remodeled home). I would recommend the Ross team in a heartbeat without hesitation. And I would definitely use them again without giving a second thought. They truly care about their clients, which sets them apart from most realtors.What can I say - THEY’RE THE BEST!!!!Thanks again Ross Realty.

They work hard to help make such a stressful process as smooth as possible and really go above and beyond to get the deal done. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen. With the Ross Realty Group you get a diamond in the ruff. The entire team goes above and beyond. I cant say how many times I said wow I cant believe they did that for me!. From day one they were on top of everything. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable they were and how easily they alleviated the stress that comes with buying a new home. Having worked with multiple realtors over the past decade, we thought we understood what the experience should be, we were wrong.Ross Realty showed us how the selling and purchasing process should be. They are with you every step of the way; in fact, my wife arrived to our new home to find an inch of water from flooding. Our first thought, what did we get ourselves into? The Ross Realty Group was recommended to me by a co-worker. Most of my interaction was with Debra and Kristine while searching for a home. Without question, The Ross Realty Group, was the hardest working real estate team I have ever worked with. Showing homes that match your preference is pretty basic stuff and many people think that is the primary function of a real estate agent. The real work is all the boring business stuff that requires an agent that knows what they are doing and has excellent follow through. During the entire transaction, Debra kept checking in to make sure everything was in order and was constantly checking with the mortgage broker, the selling agent, the inspector, etc to make sure everything was going as planned. Everything was going smoothly until the end. I had a unique personal situation that Debra had not dealt with before and it looked like I was not going to be able to fund the house. Debra and her team are real problem solvers and found a way to make it work within an hour. After I closed on the house, the Ross Realty group, still checks in on me to make sure everything is going well with the house. I’m so glad that I followed the recommendation of my co-worker to go with the Ross Realty Group.

They are truly at the top when it comes to the real estate space. Weve had the pleasure of being on both sides of the table with Debra and her YupSOLD! team representing us. The moment you meet Debra you know shes telling it like it is and not holding anything back. She will never steer you wrong. From the initial walkthrough until the day escrow closed, she and her team stayed in constant contact with us. There was never a day that went by that we didnt know what was going on or what we needed to be doing. They were always working for us to achieve the best possible outcome. From beginning to end we had discussions about what we wanted to get out of the transaction. There was never any pressure to do, say or submit anything that wasnt fully discussed, explained and agreed on by everyone. The incredible resources they had available made the whole experience positive. We were completely blown away by the marketing plan that they had and how beautiful it made our home look. Class act realty team from start to finish. The safer at home orders came right before we could even have an open house, so our entire process of selling the home was under a mostly quarantine situation. They got drone footage, and home pictures, and did a coming soon for us based on the exact timing we needed. Within a few days we had 2 offers and sold for over asking price. An extra stressful situation (selling a home during a pandemic), was executed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Escrow closed without a hitch. I have known Deb for most of my life and would recommend her in a second! Deb, Eric and team are absolute professionals and make the entire experience as easy and straightforward as possible.

100% First class/White Glove experience with Eric and Debra. Helped sell my elderly fathers house that was 60 yrs old in less than 60days.Being an old house, their guidance was critical in positioning correctly and what work was best bang for buck. We have heard/had horror story experiences with realtors with animated metaphors of dystopian characteristics being a mild understatement, but we were soooo blessed to have a referral from a friend ours for the Ross reality group.
