I love this shop. There is so much to choose from and it is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I never leave empty handed. The discounts are great which allows you to buy good quality clothes at a fraction of the price. The only negative is that the queue at the checkouts is always huge as they never have more than 2 or 3 open.

I love this place.I have always loved Ross dress for less. This particular store has a great selection with really good discounts. The store was very clean. The bathrooms were nice. And there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot.The store was neat. There wasn’t much to choose from on the men’s side and sometimes it can be hard to find certain Items. If you are having trouble finding an item just ask a clerk at the front of the store. The staff was very nice and they were very knowledgeable about the location of items in the store.

There’s not a whole lot of selection here and good chunks of the store seem to be empty. I hope this changes in the future as the employees are nice and the store itself is relatively quiet. Unfortunately there’s just not much reason to go to a store if there’s not much to buy there.

The most worthless store on the block. How can this store still stay in business the way it is? Ross has only 1 or 2 employees and no one working around their. 4 other cash registers . Worst thing of all? is they dont even hire me? How can they hire everyone else when the only good employees are the clothing fitters and the security guard at the front door?

Had a worse experience in this store. The shop associate Monica was so rude and mean to me that made me want to leave the store. I asked her to open up the cabinet with sunglasses and she refused doing saying she can’t leave the cashier station because there is to much clients and made me wait in line for 20 minutes saying “ you need to wait for the line to finish” while people kept on coming. Ending up never buy the sunglasses and not wanting to come back ever again to this location. Will be contacting management and making sure she is getting fired because the way I was treated today is totally it accept in our society. People like Monica should not be working with people because of the attitude she gave. I was disappointed and disrespected.

This time we had very worst unexpected experience due to one their female employee on 4th july at 5:55pm..as she spoke with us rudely in front every guest by saying this that couple are not allowed together in the try room and told us to come outside from the try room otherwise i have to kick you out..this the first time that worst experience we had. We have to leave the stuff their what we suppose to purchase sue to ill manner of yhat rude girl.their one curly and short hair who always treat us very well and help us in finding the stuff as well.why we mentioned about curly hair girl as on that time only these two were female employee were there.b

My favorite store in Camarillo, and right next to Walmart Neighborhood. Great selection and great prices. Giving them a 4 store for the 3 or so employees that seem to go out of their way to be rude to customers. They have all been there for a long time and the impact on Ross culture is detrimental. Seems like their bad mood is contagious.

My wife and daughter were shopping here and buying their usual needs. Meanwhile they were waiting in line the security mistakenly directs them to a Checkout stand on number two. They stay waiting to be checked out for 3 minutes. This is when a rude employee by the name of Maria walks to the register next to them and ignores them. She proceeded to not acknowledge that my wife was waiting there. The part that made my daughter uncomfortable was when she rolled her eyes at her. She instead let the customers from behind them go first and rings them up. This is when the security asks Maria, isn’t she supposed to ring up my wife. At this point you can see attitude all over this woman’s face. My wife and daughter are getting checked out, my wife’s English isn’t the best so my daughter had to translate.(Note they were speaking in Spanish the entire time) In the process of translating, Maria rudely interrupted what my daughter was explaining. My wife was quite in this situation because she doesn’t like uncomfortable predicaments like this.If you are having a bad day, do NOT take it out on your customers, it genuinely ruins a shopping experience.

I went to Ross Moorpark today as I was told over the fone that I can get a replacement of a broken item. I bought the sandals ($22.99) at Ross Sepulveda last April 5, 2022. I wore the sandals April 14, 2022 and that very same day the sandal just snapped. I went ahead to Ross Moorpark if they can replace the sandals of the exact same item. I called and they said I can just visit any Ross store to get the item replaced or get a refund as long as I have the receipt which I did. And since it is an hour drive going back to Ross Sepulveda, I decided to go to the nearest one. When I got there I spoke to Tatiana who just told me that she cannot take the item because it was already in use. I said yeah coz I wore it that day and it snapped. She called her manager named Jessie who just told me “I’m sorry I cannot take it back. It Should have been returned within a day or two from the time it was purchased”. (so what about the 30 day return policy on the receipt? I did not argue coz it was not worth it). He told me to contact the manufacturer. Seriously?? He even told me to go back where I got it from. Tatiana and Jessie should go back to training on helping customers. So I called again and got hold of Ross Northridge. The lady gave me her supervisor on the fone regarding the return. This very nice manager (Margarita) from Ross Northridge assured me that as long as I have the receipt and the tag, they will give me a refund. I drove 30mins all the way and met with a very nice gentleman (Albert) and without any hassle he was able to resolve the issue. Kudos Ross Northridge!!! You guys are awesome!

This is my first time visiting this Ross and I was impressed! As with all Ross Stores the selection was reasonable and the prices were great. I needed some white business shirts which can be hard to come by at these types of stores, but to my surprise I was able to find several!

Needed to return clothes. Cashier was very rude telling me that I should have not taken the tags off when in fact they were a gift. Continuing to say she don’t have time to help me !! Raising her voice and having the security guard help me. Continuing to tell me that I should have known to leave the tags on. I am disabled and dyslexic so I was not able to read the labels correctly. She did not allow me to explain my disability, spoke directly over me. Rude and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and humiliated when she raised her voice for everyone to hear. Should be fired. Luckily I don’t know her name.

Ross has been one of my favorite places 2 shop. Their clearance and over all prices are exceptional. You save a lot of money while buying quality attire 4 the entire family. They have random items 4 your home decor, even artist items like canvases, Bed & Bath, kitchen, closet items, everything you may need 2 pack for a fun vacation, or untimely business trip out of the state or even the country. Including Luggage, travel,or personal/portable, dollies to ease any lengthy time if needed.

It’s interesting to note that the most judgmental and prejudice people are the ones who look like me. I used to enjoy shopping at Ross but now it’s become a bothersome unpleasant experience that will no longer put myself through. Also I don’t like using debit cards and try to pay cash to avoid over spending. I asked if she could hold a pair of shoes for me until the next day when the smug cashier rudely declined my request. It’s hard enough to find things I like than to have a rude cashier treat me like a bum who annoyed her.
