Poor customer service. Stood at the glass case & was seen but not helped until I spoke up. The employee ignored me and helped another customer who came into to look at jewelry. After her acknowledging the jewelry customer first. I had to ask her for assistance. Not an environment I’ll likely put myself into again l.

Store looks like a tornado went through it, spent 45 minutes waiting to check out because they only opened one check out. Changing rooms were closed for health reasons, receipt printer was broken.

I waited in line for a cashier who arrived and instead of attending2 customers in line helped a couple find rings when I asked if any other chashiers were available was promptly told no... eventually another cashier arrived who was very friendly and enhanced the experience.

Deals arent nearly as good as they used to be.. A lot of items are retail price and some even more. I do go here to get hats and soap as they usually have a good selection and fair price on those 2 items.

It is 6:09 p.m. on 7/29/23. I just had, well I should say my husband had the worst customer service of our lives! I was the only person in line with my two daughters and my husband was at the jewlery counter. He asked Kayla if he could see a necklace and she said shes helping a customer. Then said next in line, although I was the only one. My husband then said thats my wife, may I see the necklace please. I nodded my head in approval. Kayla then turned around walked two steps behind her,flung the case open, swiped the necklace so fast it flew out of her hands to the floor. My husband said he would take it. She rolled her eyes and was breathing as if she was so aggravated. I then spoke up and asked please dont treat my husband that way. Just because youre having a bad day doesnt give you the right to do that to ppl. She huffed and puffed and tried to argue back with me. I did not respondI paid for my stuff and left. Although it wont make a difference I still will not be returning to this location, very disappointed and how embarrassing for the company. Kayla if youre reading this, you should find a job in a cubical somewhere far away from customers.

I was down to the day of my sisters wedding and I still hadnt found the right shoes for my dress... so I popped in to Anderson ROSS and low and behold! There they were a perfect match and just my size 8 1/2! And so inexpensive!

I used to love this place but with all the rampant theft and no security, along with the increase of the homeless its kinda scary to go there. U can tell that MOST of the employees want to be ANYWHERE but there...and the customers these days are so dang rude to them I dont blame them for acting like that. However we are all not the same. Smiles and looking someone in the eye can go a long way. Its usually in utter disarray with customers not putting things back etc. U have to ASK them to call up another cashier when it gets busy and I HATE that. None of the employees take pride in whatever job their doing there.....which prolly has more to do with the clientele.

I have never before been so offended for someone else..... the upper management of this location should immediately take heed to my review.....This location is SO inappropriate with how obvious supervisors speak to the employees. NEVER have a so quickly, or instantly lost my temper, but still maintained my composer. Its taken me 3 days to calm down enough to write this review and still I shake while doing it. NO ONE, AND I MEAN NO ONE should ever have to endure being belittled for an injury, I am sorry to the cashier Christina that I just couldnt say something right then. It would have been anger filled and have no effect on helping you out in your situation at that moment. HOWEVER I did LISTEN to it all, same as the customer you were in the middle of helping was clearly also VERY uncomfortable with what was being said. I hope that this review, and the letter to corporate will help you, and please know NO ONE EVER HAS A RIGHT TO TALK TO YOU THAT WAY! NO ONE! The level of self respect, and your outstanding ability to continue to work, with what was unbelievable belittlement that we all seen you endure, was a tremendous statement to the maturity level that you have compared to your superior.

It was a good visit by luck I found what I needed 75% of the store is well organized the rest is a little bit of a mess especially in the clothing department the mens department to be specific a bit of a mess and you have to dig for everything but in the end it pays off youll find what you need I dont mind that I always enjoy going there its a well clean store Ill go again and recommend it to anyone

Decent selection. Shopped there during holiday season and they stayed open later than any other store which was cool if youre a late night shopper. Not the friendliest staff though. Seemed almost bothered by the amount of stuff I purchased everytime and subsequently if I had to return anything they too seemed bothered by that. Overall though, good selection and a big store.

Really great to have Ross open in Red Bluff. However this location is quite smaller than the average Ross store making the isles tighter than usual and selection more limited. Love the store, just could have been a little bigger.

Lack of customers service, have been in 4 or 5 times and none of the employees greeted anyone to my knowledge during my visits, hardly called to the register, and awkward silences at checkout. Being a barista and trying to make conversation at another work place but cant be bothered. Inventory slowly growing still being a semi-new location.

My sentiments exactly! Great selection on womens shoes, fabulous pricing on designer perfumes and skincare, friendly staff. The only thing I would like to see improve is the temperature inside the store. I was miserably hot and sweaty and found myself having to leave well before I was finished spending.

The employees were very rude to a customer who wanted to return something but he didnt understand the reasoning behind the difficulty of why they wouldnt give him cash anyways besides having patience with their customer the manager started to raise her voice and pretty much tell the customer that weather he liked their policy or not it no longer mattered because the manager said she was officially refusing service so he would have to go somewhere to do his refund

Why not? This store has a good selection of department store clothing and household goods for a fraction of department store prices. I look froward to going and saving major dollars getting new casual and dress clothes. I ve even gotten car care products. Ross is a awesome place to shop for your clothing and household items.

Its hit or miss here when it comes to finding what you need, in the area that it should be. Shoplifters do make it difficult for the regular shopper to get help from employees. They are really focusing on the hijackers more than the shopper.

I had fun looking at clothes. Was with a good friend. We were finding for each other. But it was fun for women our age shopping and teasing. It was a relax place to shop. Made me feel younger. So many things to pick. I selected two nice tops. They fit my curves just right. Glad to see we have one in Red Bluff. California. I use to shop one in Los Angeles.

Clean, well organized store. The prices on the things I was shopping for were very reasonable. Only complaints were that there were only 2 checkers with 12 people in line, and my checker just wadded up my new jeans and stuffed them in the bag.

Its great to have another store in town besides walmart. It seems similar to Ross in Redding. I was excited about going and seeing what types of womens summer shoes they may have...not very much at all and even mens section wasnt much of selection. It was very muggy and warm in store and i was in line for at least 10+ minites. What i couldnt understand was their is approximately 10 cash registers and even 2 employees at check out counter (one standing raking clothes off hangers) and other checking people out. The line was wrapped all around and long line. Unfortunately i wont be in hurry to go back and was rather bummed.

It was really messy and disorganized in the store. And even though I spent over $300 in the store they followed me around while I watched another girl blatantly stealing from the store.
