Employees were fine, but the merchandise has gone downhill. Ive bought all my T-shirts from Ross for the past 15 years and they were great: ONeil, Billabong, Quicksilver, Ezekiel, and similar skate and surf shorts that fit good and were a mix of cotton and polyester so they wouldnt wrinkle. Ive been to 3 or 4 Ross stores recently and the quality is not there. Very low end shirts for $10 that dont fit well and arent the right mix of materials. Id gladly pay $20/shirt for the good ones. They should just get rid of their current stock and get some decent clothes in here ASAP.

I saw all the great reviews on this store & my experience just this evening July 23rd, the store was a total disaster. Clothes everywhere on the floor, underneath the racks, piled on top of furniture, I also saw many aisles blocked by items pulled out and left in the middle... totally unorganized and messy it was unbelievable.. I dont know if they were short-staffed or what, but it made it very difficult to look through things and honestly made me not want to ever go back.. I had to leave Within 10 minutes of walking in. Ive been in many other Ross stores that are much better organized & much cleaner.

I do like Ross but ever since the pandemic it really it has almost nothing... Shelves not stocked all the good stuff that was there is is not any More and everything that is there is barely cheaper then where it came from originally.. Before it had great deals... The luster of Ross seems to be gone for good

I think all women like Ross. I only gave them 3 stars 🌟 because some clothes are on the floor. I know that customers have a lot to do with that. I believe that the employees should go around and pick them up. Maybe they are short-handed...

Horrible Long Lines! Checking people out is not a priority. One reviewer said the Yucaipa store is good. So I’ll try that next time. But Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, TJMaxx, Home Goods, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Kohl’s, Walmart, Amazon, etc will get my money before I go to the Redlands Ross again. The person in charge was behind the registers working on “go backs” instead of ringing people up. Couldn’t that wait until later? Ugh, the misery of waiting in line at Redlands Ross was a deal breaker. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Store was a mess. Workers were unbelievably rude and openly talked bad about me and my friend at the fitting room area after sitting there on their phones so we tried to walk in after standing there for a minute or more and we got yelled at for a tag. Will NOT be going back.

Loved it! My friend and I went shopping for pj sets and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for! Not only did they have alot of cute sets to choose from but they were all at great prices! I was soooo happy, I bought 4 pieces and it cost less than 60 bucks. I would highly recommend this place! I even bought some cute 😍 underwear from there as well! I love this place!

I love Ross! I get most of my clothes from here due to the wide variety and cheap prices. Most days its kept very organized when I go, though there have been a few messy aisles, but I dont blame the staff. Went there EARLY in the morning. It is the BEST time. I had a big return and it was easy and quick (I had my receipt). Everything is organized. (Before people come in and wreck the place.) Easy to navigate thru aisles with out stuff on floor or people in way. They didnt have what I came in for, but I sure did find a bunch of other stuff I LOVE and for such a great price. Check out time was short and cashier was friendly and courteous.

They had a nice selection of clothes. I wanted to see a makeup in the jewelry case. A worker came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and I asked to see the price on the makeup. She pointed at another worker who was helping a customer and said she will help you. And she walked away. Why ask me if I need help if youre not going to assist me? I walked around the store and then I kept hearing very loud yells and it turned out to be the same worker who wanted to help me. Im assuming she might be a manager because she kept barking orders around to the workers. My ears were ringing after I left because she was talking/yelling so loud. My cashier was very nice. I give this store a 3/5.

Very nice and clean store. Their selection is great from womens clothes, mens clothes, shoes, and house household items. Ive gone a few times and most things are kept in stock as well as their changing seasonal items. Only downfall to being a great store is that it does get busy.

Slow lines, the store wasnt even full, it was around 7:30pm on a Wednesday, and 1 cashier managing purchases, returns and exchanges. The store was upside down. This is the main reason why I will travel to the Yucaipa store, is always clean and organized. Staff are always attentive even during busy holiday times... I should have taken pictures.

Better Ross than other locations but in the late afternoon it was incredibly messy. Nothing was put where it belongs, 40% of the clothes were half hanging off hanger/all tangled, or on the floor, stuff all over in isles; made it very difficult to browse. Waited in a very long line but luckily it moved fast. Employees on the floor need to be increased, or more organized.

I love Ross!! This Ross is decent. My only real complaint is that since its move from Industrial Parkway, the product selection isnt as good and it seems like the prices are a little higher... maybe to compete with the TJMax, that is right next door, but the whole point of Ross is to dress for less. Staff is always super sweet and helpful.

I normally don’t do reviews but this place definitely deserves one . This place is the worst the store is small and dirty . The merchandise is all over the floor and the employees have no clue what they’re doing and if you ask for help they get mad and roll their eyes at you. I only shopped there for 10Minutes because the employees were just really really annoying . Every minute you’ll hear one complaining about how much they hate their job or their co-workers . One girl was throwing a fit because her display wasn’t coming out how she wanted and she actually threw the whole box of merchandise on the floor . Who ever hires these people should definitely take a second look because every single one of them was immature & something extra to add into the bad experience Someone threw up on the floor and instead of cleaning it up the employees just walked passed it and pretended that they didn’t see anything . 0 star rating if I could

Ross is a well known place to find good quality brand name products for an extraordinary closeout value. This location in particular has an incredible selection of popular name brands. I love to come in as soon as it opens Sunday mornings for some great catches! It seems shortly afterwards a lot of good products are taken. Early bird takes the worm.

I usually enjoy ross, even if its unorganized, missing labels or missing items in a box... not biggie. What I dont appreciate is rude employees. I wasnt upset when the cashier didnt greet us, nor that she didnt look at us the entire time she was ringing us up, nor the fact she was gossiping with an other employees the entire time; I got upset with the way she replied after I asked if there was a discount on open items... Which is a no! I still bought it but had to return because it was broken and missing accessories. She replied to us like we were bugging her. BTW her assoc# is 591007, she needs to be retrained or take a permanent leave us absence. I think if a customer is willing to walk through tiny aisles and shuffle through random clothes, furniture, shoes of different brands at a discounted price and spend over a hundred dollars at least the employees can do is be polite.

I love Ross Dress for Less. Thankfully they are filling their stores with merchandise again after Covid. Great home decor and bedding etc too. They truly have the best prices of all the discount stores. Selection varies from store to store which makes it even better if you have a variety of stores to choose from. The best part is the late hours...pre CoVID some stores open til 1230 am but currently I think 11 pm is the latest. That definitely beats any other store hours!! New stores are opening in many places. OHIO has about 7 stores now but didnt have any before COVID that I know of.

This particular Ross deserves negative stars. First, the store is filthy. The levels of dust on the clothes and in the womens dressing rooms is appauling and sent my child into an extreme asthma atack. If anyone has asthma or sensitive lungs DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Second, the towels I bought were all the same brand, size, etc. but the cashier rung them up at different prices. When I asked why she said, because they have different sku numbers. I asked, Arent they identical? She said, Yes but different sku numbers mean they have been in the store for different amouns of time and so I cant ring them all the same price even though they are identical towels. What!!!! Last, the aisles have merchandise blocking the walkway and no one around to clean it up. Terrible experience. I will never return..

I like Ross for the vary of products, but what i dont like is that they have missing parts on different items, and the prices are still high..:((...and what happened to me was pretty much weird; after I bought a pair of shoes, in the next day i wore them only in house and they tear on sides....when I took them back, they told me that they do not usually do that...if you buy them you have to return them in perfect condition...in the first 30 days...Pretty bad..buy things from them?? This Ross Dress for Less looks big from the oitside but its actually smaller than the ones ive been toIts not tiny but most Ross stores have a larger floor space. This limits the amount of merchandise they place out in the floor. But every Ross is unique. Youll find stuff at one that you wont find at another. Not bad. Its a clean store.

The people who work there are disgusting they follow you like your a criminal, but dont ask do you need help. There be stuff everywhere even on the ground. Instead of working they follow my family the people who they assume is going to steal I didnt know i still have to experience discrimination in 2018. This Ross Dress for Less is smaller than other Ross stores. They had a lot of clothes for the family, but the selection wasnt that great. A lot of the same items, just different sizes. Where Ross usually features their top picks (on 4-ways in the front of the store) wasnt at this store. They had a big selection of pillows, wall art and candles. The toy selection was small but there were toys that I had never seen before, including things from Star Wars, Avengers and Legos. Tons of craft items and craft kits for kids. All in all, decent store.

Most racks were completely empty and you could see through them all the way to the back and sides of the store where most of the shelves were also empty. Could only think theyre closing this store. Stalkers followed me here as usual i think my bus drivers are huge informants in telling people where i go for my locations thats a possibility but its not only when i use the bus to go anywhere it occurs even when i take car rides from people for free so theres just so many tactics to harass people.employee at cashier calls me ugly as well as a person who follows me occasionally calls me a muse while another guy uses words from my country of origin language to talk disgustingly they are not the same race as me also a huge glass mirror breaks like probably 4 feet tall/length + 3 feet wide on the floor.back to topics of my mean family who support the harassment instead of saying what other people are doing is wrong like if people bump into me intentionally or cuss at me right in my parents or siblings face they ignore it + tell me not to respond they dont stand up for me in any given situation they have been this way all my life but with this situation it got a lot worse.growing up if bad words were used they would say get over it instead of try to penalize or at least try to communicate how wrong the behavior is.my sister 1.5 years younger then me took there nature for real she goes to church but she is all my life been mean to me similar to my parents.if she becomes a millionaire or a nun it does not mean she was a good person at least not to me even if she gets married and have kids for life the traditional american dream.it does not matter what education level or appearances is.being nice is something so different it something she truly does not have.shes nice to people outside this is very normal in todays society to be mean to a friend or a spouse or a family but nice to your boss or people at work but not necessarily the clients choosing to harass people literally for fun its not a good reason.everyone on earth can be + will be nice to certain people that does not mean your a nice person.nice people are that way most of the time to most people actually to even be mean to one person repetitively is a sign of something evil inside of you if there is no real motive of the other person being the bad one + it really is you who are the problem in the relationship.its NOT always a personality conflict there are people who judge based on appearances, or income, or public perception or they use you like a punching bag not physically but verbally to get rid of there stress to take there anger out on you but not others because they dont want to show the world who they are so they confine it towards few people who they are forced to see on daily basis maybe at work or there biological child or a spouse they see at home.you need to be good to everyone if you just put a face on at work + then your a wife beater,psychologically abusive at home or nice to friend whatever your way is like your not really a good person.but sadly social perception is based on how you treat people publicly to friends or employees.customers can be taken advantage of so examples are well in low end shops they can shun certain people whether it be hospital,law enforcement agency or social service like its you + that person really anything you do wrong will be written in there reports.the problem i had even though complaints are possible and online they do have hospital staff review websites for particular names of workers not necessarily for law enforcement or social service but definitely for those in healthcare professions of particular degrees so NOT all the staff but maybe it depends job profession so doctors,therapists.i know they have rating sites.schools have ratings if you want in the comment you can add a teachers name + same thing with police department they do have online reviews.but they wont do anything to really make it known.there is police reports or complaints for any job in the world they have those problem i have been threatened my safety,sanity to report
