Awesome customer service! Went there on Saturday afternoon (5/18) to grab spark plugs and try to get a small battery bolt and nut replacement for one that had fallen into the depths of my jet ski. A gentleman at the parts counter (wish I got his name…dark hair baseball cap) was great about trying to find a spare that he had lying around – he was looking all over it. He finally referred me to the service desk, where Dean was great about giving me the exact bolt and nut that I was looking for – plus a couple more “just in case”. Great place, great employees!

I came to this dealership with 0 knowledge of what quad I wanted for my son. The staff was helpful, considerate, and extremely well versed in every product. I loved that they had great inventory and a clean store. I have sent many friends to Roseville Motorsports. Every person has had an equally incredible experience. From rookies like me, to track veterans- I wouldnt recommend any other shop. I stopped by a competitor because it was closer at the moment. But after over 20 min wandering the store looking for help.... I left and made the extra drive to Roseville Motorsports. Worth the drive!

Over the years Roseville Motorsport has nearly doubled in size and that includes personnel as well. I bought a 2023 XT250 from Anthony at Roseville Motorsports last year and the process was first class with no surprises. A few months later Dean Mosser in service helped me navigate the 600 mile service on the XT and I was very happy. Then today I just had my 2015 FJR1300 ES that I had bought out of state late last year, serviced for the first time since owning it, and both Dean and Zac Mickel went beyond the norm to make sure I was taken care of. I had Tyson Winarski service my e-Specialized mountain bike, the guy worked wonders on my brakes,bleed,adjust, my breaks didnt work this well when new! He also did a excellent job bringing my rear wheel back into true! I highly recommend if you need a service tech on your Mountain bike.

I found a 2019 Suzuki Boulevard c50t 800 online that was BRAND NEW 0 miles and wanted to trade my 2015 GSXR in Back said it was time for a cruiser I called them up and told them I was coming to get it! Got there and the stress level was the lowest I have ever felt!! The staff here is super helpful. If I walk around, three or four staff members usually check in and make sure Im ok. Ive been to other dealerships that dont even say hi. Their relaxed too....telling me to move bikes around if I need a closer look.I purchased one bike from RM and it was a great experience. The employee rode, and had tons of input and knew what he was talking about. He was super patient and we talked forever regarding a smaller bike for my kid.....not a huge purchase. I appreciate the time he took.The parts department is great. If I need a part they always provide the right one, and hand it over quick. Other dealers have sent me home with incorrect parts after I stood around for a half hour.The service department seems good as well. I bring street tires in for a change/balance. They seem to finish everything ahead of schedule. They are really good about calling me, and when I call back they know me/the order. I havent done any engine work or serious repairs through them, but I would call them first.RM is the best dealer Ive been to. None of the others are even close.

Im on the fence with this. My first experience with buying a brand new jet ski was last year. It was a great experience and it was a good deal. The first jet ski I bought. I came with cash, and it just seemed like a very good experience. So this I went and bought a secondary jesky with a double trailer. Few issues here. The finance guy was horrible. He opened up a yamaha Credit card without telling me what kind of financing it was. It was a horrible way to do financing. We end up going with another company with them. But now I havent opened Yamaha credit card. Which makes no sense at all. The finance guy is very poor at communicatand it seems like he really does not like his job. The trailer lights stop working the first day I put it in the water. Getting into the service department is extremely hard Because tbecause they dont let you drop it off the day before. And they have very limited availability. Salesman Was friendly courteous and helpful. Sells manager not that helpful. So I dont know how to feel about this place and I dont know if Ill be buying another jet ski but I do need Two more jets use next season.Issues was handled fir the most part

So I have to say, In the beginning, everything went fine, My sales guy was awesome and everyone did what was to be expected. I paid cash for a 2023 Yamaha R3 for my wife. The problem is once I received my pink slip in the mail it had come to my attention they registered my wifes street bike as an off-road vehicle. I understand mistakes happen so I called them to let them know. They had me send all my paperwork to them. I will say it has taken some time to get this process fixed. However, the attention from management on this seems to be enough to get it taken care of. So short of a small hiccup everything went off without a hitch. Good company, great people

My bike came back way dirtier than it was when I brought it in. I had just washed it the weekend before and only did a drive train service along with a recall warranty service. I understand cleaning the chain can be messy, but I have mud splats on my seat, front forks, and other parts of the bike. Doesn’t make a lot of sense.Other than that, this dealer is awesome. Great people and a nice selection of bikes.

What a great experience. My wife and I came in to get some information on servicing our new Kawasaki KLX 300 Rs. Met with Zac at the service dept and he took care of us. We also needed some parts so off to the parts dept where Mike and Justin made it so easy. Were fairly new riders so having the opportunity to talk through the process was extremely helpful. The way I wanted to go would have cost us more money but the parts dept made some recommendations and saved us a lot of extra money which we were happy to pay it forward and buy some more riding gear. Treating people like they matter despite their knowledge level is definitely well taught at this location. Thanks again for everyone who helped us today.

Just about the beat service department Ive used, these guys were paid to change my tire, breaks and oil change, they fixed all sorts of random problems that Im still finding a month later, exhaust rattling noises are gone, my kick stand actually moves without the force of a elephant to push it down, they even scrapped off the melted shoe on my exhaust from the previous owner... my bike feels new

I took my 2017 Polaris RZR to Roseville Motorsports hoping to find a new one to purchase and trade. I worked with Dan in sales and they had a huge inventory even though most of their competitors did not. We live at Lake Tahoe so he wisely steered me to a more appropriate model for high altitude and back country tight trails. He gave me a fair trade, a good price on the new vehicle and helped me set it up with accessories. I watched staff give assistance to several customers in the same exact place as me and my wife and we were ignored. The gangly idiot at the front got smart with me when I requested a clear visor. How many times has your order been less than quoted and they do extra just because its the right thing to do? Lately never for me, until I got my bike serviced here. The Service Team here was exceptional the did the work I asked,(Replaced Tire and Brake pads) but also adjusted my Throttle and inspected the bike thoroughly which is rare with that type of repair. I wanted to give this place a higher rating because they do have a lot of inventory which forces the question, why are prices so dang high? Yeah pricing on some of the new stuff is set by the manufacturer. I get that. But some of the used stuff is literally the same price as new! What gives? Sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly which makes it worse that we couldnt close a multi-vehicle deal. (I tried making a deal to buy four or five vehicles at one time to get better pricing as Im trying to reorganize priorities and make room for more fun in my / familys life and spend some of that hard-earned money). Im talking about a mixture of used stuff and some new vehicles that they had over a dozen in stock or on the way.Oh yeah that photo I posted is a demo unit with scratches all the way around the paneling and cracks here and there, along with dry mud all up in the nooks and crannies of the vehicle. Thought I would get a good deal on that because its technically used / damaged right? Nope. Still being sold as new with new pricing. I confirmed this thing was taken off the property and out to the lake or off-road park or whatever. Definitely should be considered as used. Think about it, what are the chances that somebody with no financial interest in it followed the break-in procedure to the letter? Im guessing similarly to how Rentals are treated lol. I could be wrong but the damage on it speaks for itself.My salesperson was great. However, I gave him my first and last name, and my phone number so we could text and talk about this deal. Somehow my name ended up in their system and I started getting junk mail from them at my house a week later. Coincidence? Maybe. Clever marketing folks? Maybe. Pretty bad timing. And it only reinforces my reluctance to give out my contact information when I visit dealerships. Very unfortunate. Anyway, sadly rather than building a relationship with this dealership, Im going to save 35% to 40% on used stuff and buy from the private Market if the right vehicles show up online.

Went in today to have my battery replaced on my jet ski. 170$ for a battery that wasn’t even fully charged!! I had to go buy a trickle charger for my battery for my jet ski yo even start. I have an ‘05 Kawasaki 1600cc Nomad with a problematic FI light that was coming on and off.Dean is very good at getting the right technicians/mechanic to work on the bikes that come into the service center. I found him to be very helpful over the phone and he followed up with me on the repairs.They did a great job - though I couldn’t speak directly with the mechanic, (reason for 4 stars instead of 5), Dean was very good at explaining what was causing the problem and how they corrected it.I also highly recommend Greg Stephens in the Sales Department. I found him to be focused on serving others, helping them with information to make an informed decision rather than dealing with a typical salesperson. The salesman was happy to take a $500 deposit on a brand new bike. He failed to tell us that the bike was a Red Sticker bike. I had no idea what this was. Luckily a salesman at another shop explained it to me. Apparently the bike can only be ridden at State Recreation parks for 8 months a year. Greg made the sales process easy, held the bike until I was able to come down from Nevada, and generally made the sales experience a pleasant one.That being said, the finance department has turned a simple cash transaction into the largest headache imaginable. After a 4 hour DMV wait, I found out the Certificate of Origin was improperly filled out as well as a lack of signature obviously required.I called them with the bad news and told them I would be mailing them back the certificate of origin for a signature as well as a paper required by the NV DMV to correct these errors. On Nov. 23rd they had their annual Black Friday sale where they have different items on sale every hour. I have been to this store several times, for parts and to look for a motorcycle.I went to look for a motorcycle and found the new bike I was looking for. It was the right color and the right make. They had it labeled as a 2017 even though it was a 2015 and they said they would get me a price for the older model.I waited around for about 10 min (which was totally fine as I really wanted the bike) and they gave me a price of 8300. A decent price but I wanted to see if they could do any better. They gave me a price of 8100. I knew I wouldnt get that price but since he asked I gave him my answer. I was hoping he would counter offer, but instead he insulted me.He started saying that if he offered 6 dollars for something expensive (like a Ruth Chris steak he said) he wouldnt get it and going on about how I basically offered him nothing compared to his offer. I was shocked by this. Ive never been treated like this in any dealership.He could of told me no or that it was too low but he was more keen on insulting me. If he couldnt go lower I would have understood. I wanted that bike and was willing to spend about what they asked for. They knew I wanted that bike and felt like they didnt want to work with me to sell it.I have no plans on going back to buy a motorcycle from them.

Ive had a rather bad experience with them with the last part I ordered. I ordered 1 mirror for my bike on a Wednesday before they closed. They told me in the store that it would take 2 business days to ship. Assuming the order would be placed the next business day(Thursday) that meant it should arrive on the following Monday. When I called Monday to check, the person I spoke to said the order had just been placed that day. This person also tells me that the mirror should arrive in 2 business days(Wednesday). Well here I am an entire week after paying for this mirror(Wednesday) and I still do not have it. Ive purchase from Roseville Motorsports on several occasions, each time was nothing short of perfect.In March of this year, I purchase a new RZR Turbo S, shortly after it somehow rolled several times causing severe damage and a total loss. I decided to retain it, rebuild it to a complete custom RZR. With the personal help from Brandon in parts and Zac in Service, they spent what ever time needed to go over all of my options, make sure we used only the best parts and make sure only one tech did all the work. Missing brake caliper bolts not their problem.I bought a brand new bike from them which they said they were assembling in their warehouse. Did my 600 mile oil change with pcp motorsports and was told i had missing brake caliper bolts. I called roseville motorsports about the problem and they said why would they help me if i was getting it serviced by another shop which they recommended due to them being booked in the first place. They told me they dont assemble bikes and they told me to tell pcp to get a bolt from ace hardware to fix it. What inspections do they do when selling a new bike because brakes would be one of the first things to pop in my head? And do they use ace hardware and harbor freight bolts when they dont have everything for the assembly?

Spent a week trying to get a quote out of Augie in sales culminating in a call on Thursday afternoon to try and get a price on a Star Eluder. Nothing on Friday, so I called again to be told Augie had retired Thursday! Asked if someone was working on my quote (it seems not). Tried 3 times to talk to G (sales manager), but I guess he wasnt interested in picking up my call... I give up guys and will take my business elsewhere!I grumbled and you reached out to make it right.The upshot is youve since worked hard to earn my business, and Ive bought the bike I wanted from you... and what a bike!

Did a Yamaha demo day there! Enjoyed riding a few different motorcycles, only reason I give 4 stars was they had motorcycles demo motorcycles that you couldnt ride once they hit there riding limit. Sucked to watch a group leave, not be able to go and see the motorcycle I wanted to test sit unridden.

Been in the market for a new motorcycle since scrapping my old 01 ZX-6R. Found this shop online through Kawasakis website and found some great deals.I can see why they are moving - they are kinda hard to find your first time as they are tucked behind Cooks Collision.I can also see why they are hiring. The only people that acknowledged my presence were Parts & Service workers as they passed me on my way either in or out of the store. I wandered their small sales floor for a while and was never approached by a sales person. Not only that, looking around there wasnt a sales person to be seen. Not going to sell any motorcycles without sales people.The two kids behind the front counter saw me numerous times as they glanced up from whatever they were looking at but never made contact with me, never made an attempt to call for a sales person, etc.Overall this was a wasted trip and do not plan on coming back to this establishment even after theyve moved.

Sold me a Z400 with loose handle bars. The bottom bolts on the handle bar brackets were so loose you could take them out with your fingers. Im now wondering what else is going to fall off eventually

Service writer dean is horrible. The service manager and owner are out of this world nice. They messed up my wheel and I had to go back multiple times. Dean was rude and not polite. The owner personally reached out to me and not only made it right but refunded me my whole ticket.Awesome customer service.I would definitely be back and have sent my friends over there to get parts and service work done.

My review is strictly for the service department I have never bought a vehicle through them so I dont know if the sales department is as terrible as the service department but the service department is pretty awful dropped off my husbands Yamaha R1 street bike and they said it would be done same day. We made the appointment 2 weeks in advance for a specific reason so they had plenty of time to have the correct parts on site to fix the bike. Dropped the bike off the day the appointment was made for and they said nothing but alright have a nice day. I call later that day to ask on the progress and then they inform me that they do not have the correct gasket for the fix so they have to order it which is going to take a WEEK ! When they had the hole week prior to our appointment to order the part which they did not do. I say whatever I let it go say stuff happens and call to tell my husband who is upset so then he calls them wondering why they didnt have the part on site to which the service tech got snippy and said the only tech they have on staff to work on this type of bike requested the day off a week ago anyway so regardless of whether they had the gasket or not the bike was no going to be worked on! Would of been nice to know that before we dropped off the bike! Long. Story short we wont have the bike back for a WEEK. When it was supposed to be done same day! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS STORE AT ALL AND WOULD NOT OF TAKEN BIKE HERE IF WE KNEW THIS WAS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE !

Friday before Memorial Day weekend, I was running around trying to get my used Polaris RZR 1000 registered, so Cindy could try out her new toy. I realized it did not have a spark arrestor, since I purchased it out of state. I called Roseville Polaris and spoke with Brandon, after talking with him about the situation he said, Come on down and we will make it happen. The spark arrestor s are not readily available, since they come with new machines. Brandon installed one from one of his own machines and ordered one to replace it, which I gladly paid for. Horrible experience so far, tried to order a part that was needed for my motorcycle and did the research to help provide information to make it an easy process as the part was needed on somewhat of a time frame. after asking polietely for delivery date and informing them of this time frame i was told, rather dismissingly, that it will be here on wednesday or thursday. well after calling wednesday and thursday still no part. still no part on friday. now the situation has changed to, uhhhhh might be next wednesday....... i wouldnt have been so upset if i would have known from the beginning that there is no estimate for delivery for whatever reason. i deal with many different parts suppliers from auto to home and 99% of the time i get the courtesty up front of an I dont know answer if they can not give me a time frame. well thank you roseville i will not be buying any more parts (and there will be a need since i am restoring some bikes) or be buying a new bike from your store you have made my descision easier to go to pcp or elk grove

Went to Honda in Roseville and was ignored by everyone. Came to Roseville Kawasaki/Yamaha and was approached instantly. Learned a bunch, sat on a bunch of bikes. Way better to learn while speaking to a knowledgeable salesman than learning on your own, like I did at Roseville Honda.
