Had a great time. We did the afternoon/night swim. Slide water was cold. But refreshing. The area was clean. The staff was nice. Some of the guards on the slides lacked personality but after dealing with a bunch of people all day I would be a little numb too. Safe and clean. Better than I expected

We were in the area on a breakfast date, and decided we werent ready for the date to be over. Mini golf popped up, so we came here and played a round. Really fun. It took me back to childhood, and I was much better than I expected, so that added to the fun. Lots of good obstacles and the course was well-thought-out. Great date idea! Well be back.

Been going here forever. night slides never disappoint! you meet fun people here. lifeguards/staff are nice, and the food is stellar for a waterpark. lounge areas are clean, I enjoyed reading there :) see yall next time.

Went mini golfing, price for 18 rounds was about 15$. But when you walk in its super overwhelming. Didnt know where to go and after getting our clubs and ball no help on where to start or how to play. But figured it out after a few minutes. Food was horrible. Pizza was completely way over priced for what you get it was like microwave pizza for 25 bucks. And the chili dog was cold and had a weird taste to the chili so no one ate that. Overall might come back for mini golf now that we know where to go and play but stay away from the food.

We love this place! There is so much to do here, not just the water park. You could easily spend a full day and come early and do miniature golf, video games, then water park for a day or night session and go-kart somewhere in between. Laser tag too. The food isnt terrible, prices are okay. The service we get when we rent the cabanas is excellent. You get your own cabana staff to take off your needs. We make this almost 2-hour drive at least several times a year. This location and park are far better than any others in the local area. They keep it very clean very well staffed and and update rides. I feel safe here with my family. It may not look like it from the outside but in this one location there is quite a bit to do. I highly recommend it!

Birthday party experience; I wouldnt advise anybody to have a birthday here. One of the biggest reason is because you can never get a hold of anybody. I left several emails voicemails, call back numbers and nobody contacted me back. I just had to keep calling for 3 days until somebody answered. Arrived on party day, I was told I didnt pay deposits so I had to pull out receipt. Once food was dropped off, at the beginning of our party, none of the party staff came to even check on us. Another complaint is they put us in the middle of a enormous group of kids and camp counselors of about 60 plus kids! Not to mention they put us on the corner where everybody entering the party area would grab our cups and ask for food and drinks from other parties. At one point some teenagers sat right next to our table (Because party staff left it unmarked so it was open to the public according to security) and tried to steal our soda and rumbled through our pizza. The security staff was good to jump on them, and made them move (After video surveillance showed them attempting to drink our soda) I honestly didnt mind mind paying for my son to have a nice birthday party but this place price gouges you incredibly! $39 for a family size French fries, what did that cost you $5 to make??

Me and my spouse were looking forward to visit because I never been but it took a turn, checkin was easy I download my tickets ahead of time, but the lockers are super cluttered and not enough personal space it was super fun the first to slides weren’t a long wait but every single other ride was at least 45-1 hour wait or longer idk if I was in rush hour but people are super rude in the lazy river the will shove you. Waited in line for the food court but it took 30 minutes and I didn’t move closer to the front at all 2 ladies cut me as they were in lane 1 instead of order and I asked them to move and they argued . I then was uncomfortable waited another 10 minutes to see if the line would pick up but didn’t then I just left back to the master ride waited 15 minutes for them to tell us “something happened “ MAJORITY of the staff there really lack respect there and following rules . I always stay 6 hours at a water park but this is my worst yet experience and would not recommend if you like a more friendly environment this is not for you . I only stayed 3 hours and was just thrown off of how people go there for drama rather than a fun family time…..

We visited in July 2023.There was plenty of parking, and everything was clean and ready for the day. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early to get better parking and immediate access to the Waterpark. It was a hot, busy day, but their staff was on top of everything. The food was fresh, and the drinks were cold. The arcade was big and the coolest area to hang out on a hot day. I would suggest arriving early if you have a group of people. Place your items and reserve a spot or table, which is really the only thing that is limited in supply of there. If they added some shade netting in common rest areas, that would be a huge improvement.

Ive driven by this place a few times, not today I was able to stop. Put in a round of miniature golf with my daughter.Balls fly all over the place, lol. A lot of the obstacles and challenges seen to come with a Plus 1. One hole had a ramp, but if you dont hit it hard enough it falls into a like running water, and the ball goes down into the fountain. It wasnt by design, but that was the consequence. The person hitting in the group saw that and hit it pretty hard, it cleared the moat or whatever, but hit the cement and went flying.Thats crazy, but it was one of the better mini golf joints Ive been to.Great time

I took a video of the holes on these courses and shared it with a friend in Canada. She said it was the nicest mini golf course she had ever seen. A mini golf course for all ages with a wonderful scenic flair. I look forward to returning for more action soon. Ps. That was my score. Can you beat me?

My aunt got a CRAZY GI bug from this place, lasted for about a month as well as insane nausea medication from the doctor. She said she didnt feel this nauseas during both of her pregnancies. There was no trace of chlorine in the water, someone had also thrown up on the stairs and the supervisor couldnt care less. We came back up on those some stairs a few hours later and it was still there. The ticket booth up front is broken as well, my little cousin has been going there for years and its never been fixed. Not worth it a bit. The mini golf is alright, shame they dont let you bring your own food and drink in.

We had a children’s birthday party recently and we did one of their party packages which were reasonably priced for what they entail. Everything was well coordinated, the “party specialist” was amazing with the kids and everything was ready for us. They even got to decorate their own cupcakes! You can customize the party decorations too. The arcade was so clean and so were the golf courses. We are looking forward to spending more time here and trying the other activities too! Shout out to Emery for their incredible work and their sunny disposition. They connected with the kids so well. Will be coming back for another party in the future!

This summer was our first time visiting the water park and it was a blast. The first time we went on a weeknight for Night Sliding and it wasn’t crowded at all and we had a great time exploring the park and having water fun. The second time we went was on a Saturday for Night Sliding, and we knew that was obviously going to be a high volume time to go. Everything was really crowded, life vests were just thrown around and you kind of had to hunt for them if you needed one for the kids. Tubes for the lazy river were something you had to really work for, lots of people just ended up walking through the river which caused lots of awkward moments bumping into people, or feet in your face etc. we all still made the best of it and had a good time, but we would definitely go back on a weekday. Prices are meh, and customer service is not the best by any means. I chatted with 3 different people on their website and was given three different answers for the same question, so when I called I was hopeful it would be cleared up and I was just given a new answer as well. We would love it if this place offered Military Discounts, or Military Family Nights because it would be a great turnout. Their website isn’t the best either and its hard to get information or navigate through with such little detail about tickets etc.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at Sunsplash Roseville on June 15th, which was supposed to be a celebration for my son’s birthday.We were informed that adults accompanying children for the birthday party would have access to the waterslides for free. However, we were charged for the adults as well, which was unexpected and disappointing. Despite paying nearly $2000 for the event, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was unhelpful, and we felt neglected throughout our visit.The lack of service and the miscommunication about the charges significantly marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. We did not receive the service we paid for, and this experience has left us feeling very dissatisfied. This was the worst experience ever. Me&my friends will never go back there. And also to watch the kids why they are charging birthday kid’s parents and the other parents?

I attended a cousins birthday party and this is the most fun Ive had since I was child myself.Arcade is huge, pizza and drinks are good, parking is ample, and the place is very clean and entertaining. The package included go-karts, lazer tag, round of mini golf, and a card good for 5 plays.The only cons are that there is no elevator to get upstairs, and there are no bathrooms upstairs either; also the party hostess forgot to hand out the birthday boys presents after the cake was cut.Easy to overlook as the atmosphere and company were fun and exciting. I highly recommend this for parties and events.

The mini golf is such a blast and definitely a great activity to do with your family! The setting is so perfect and all the mini buildings are so absolutely adorable! Each hole ranges from super easy to somewhat tricky for the most part making it on going fun for everyone to enjoy! After golf we went in and played in the arcade which was ok. The games seem a little run down and more often then not they seem to just stop working or need maintenance of some kind. There is a lot to do for the whole family to enjoy nonetheless and prices seem about average! Parking is easy, and bathrooms are clean. Hours are great and they are open from 10am-10pm. Employees are kind and very helpful if need be! It’s the perfect place to bring your family or friends to enjoy an morning, afternoon, or evening out of the house!

Waited in line at the snack bar outside by the wave pool for 25 minutes. While 7-8 people continued to cut in line. Finally get to the front and was next. They then closed the line I was in just as I was next. Asked me to wait in the other line most likely for another 25 minutes. Left and gave up on food at that point. They also dont support hydrating. Had to dump all the water I brought with me before coming in. Ask the food people were I go to get water and everyone looked at me with confused looks. Not to mention it was $59 for my son to play in the water for 2 hours. Will not be back!!

“Securtiy” at entrance ran by a rude teenage boy who wouldn”t let me bring my brand new water that I had bought the night before inside. I had bought 6 tickets running $300 and checked before and it said new bought water is ok to bring in. I had put them in the freezer for a few hours before we left so they would stay cold since it was going to be over 100 degrees that day and he opened each bottle with his dirty hands and said the seal is compromised. I toldHim they were brand new and just frozen so maybe that made the seal seem “compromised” he laughed and said “you probably filled these with tap water” and I said “Excuse me I spent $300 in tickets for 6 people I don’t need to fill these with tap water” he was so rude and condescending. He took all my brand new waters and threw them away.

My family and I just spent the afternoon playing in thier arcade and we had a BLAST! Overall the machines were all very clean and sober their bathrooms. I saw plenty of hand sanitizer all over. They had lots of new machines which keeps us coming back.Every arcade has a few machines that are not working well, so when are we brought it to someone’s attention they happily refunded us our tokens.

Not safe for families. The place is overrun with disrespectful kids that are dropped off and left to do whatever they want. My wife suffered a concussion on the go karts due to kids rear ending her. They were kicked out for the day but allowed back in next day like nothing happened. Meanwhile we have $5,000 worth of medical bills and cant go back for the rest of the summer. The lazy river is dangerous for smaller kids. Theyll get shoved under or shoved into the wall by older kids if youre not protecting them. We went here for many years but this is the first year its been this bad. I dont recommend anyone take their family.

I recommend this place to everyone young and old. The water slides are out of this world. The wave pool is so much fun. And the lazy river is relaxing. The miniature golf course is excellent and the go-kart rides are super fun. They have a great arcade. The weather is perfect for the day or night. It has been 3 hours, and we are still waiting to go inside the waterpark. Do not be a full member or season pass holder. You can no longer go inside the water park any time. You have to reserve now. Sunsplash wants to restrict your visit to the waterpark. It is no longer a perk to be a season pass holder. Also, as a season pass holder, they want to scan your wrist like vascular scan because supposedly many people are going in without paying or using someone elses membership.This wage increase in CA has made companies cut corners.

Birthday parties here are so fun. They do everything for you including cake and gift bags. They also include a shirt for all the kids to sign and stamp. I had a great time playing laser tag, arcade, and mini golf. I highly recommend it for birthday parties.

I wanted to love this place but I just liked it. Our fault we went later than planned but when they say open to midnight slides I guess I was just hoping it would be later than 10..I didnt get to try the food because after the couple hours of play we wanted to.get a few pizzas for our party of ten and instead of making us a whole pizza wanted to.charge 5 dollars slice.( thats crazy) besides that and the countdown to get us out of the wave pool it wasnt awesome. I would recommend that instead of counting down for us to all get out, they end it off with waves. It would leave a more lasting fun memory instead of a sucky one. Im just saying. The good point was that every life guard and staff I came across were very kind and very helpful. I would still recommend this place but dont.waste the day just go.amd enjoy . Dont pay 405 and only go for a couple of hours . Make.surr you understand the times and activities correctly.

I really had a great time here. I went on a Saturday and had one wait 30 minutes long which was a bummer. Otherwise the waits were not too bad. Be careful with the entrance to the kids area because there are kiddie slides that go straight into 4 feet of water which is the deepest part of the kids pool. My young child saw those slides as we went into the kid area and took off for it before I could get him a life jacket. He dropped straight into 4 feet of water and was there for 3 seconds before I could get in and rescue him. Later at the pool his lips turned purple and he struggled to breathe. Later at our hotel he was coughing a lot and exhibiting all the signs of dry drowning (look it up) so I had to rush him to the ER. Luckily nothing was wrong but the layout of the kids area should not have small kiddie slides going into 4 feet of water as the very first attraction. I have to imagine a lot of small kids new to the area would go down those slides first as they are really small slides that a kid who can stand in 4 feet of water would have no interest in. I really recommend that this place remove those slides so other kids would not be tempted. Otherwise the place is a lot of fun.

Water Park admission prices have gone way up over the years. So expensive I dont know how people afford taking their kids to these places all the time. Food is super overpriced as well and they wont let you bring your own food. The employees at the entrance called my son out for having goggles in his bag and that they were not allowed inside. I had to walk them back to my car and put them away but all day long I saw people with goggles on with no one ever saying it. I wish there was more space as well, the whole place feels cramped because there isnt much room for growth on the property.

Staff is very unhelpful. Wouldnt take our money and sign us up for a membership after letting us stand in line a long time, despite us asking upfront if we were in the right line for that. Stood in line for a half hour to be told we had to purchase on the app. The app wouldnt allow us to pay by credit card, only ACH. When we asked someone about that they were rude and dismissive and didnt really care. Drove all the way back home and purchased from the internet on a computer rather than a phone, which did allow the credit card payment despite the staff telling us that the first payment simply had to be ACH. So much difficulty over simply buying a membership - dont try to go in and do it. Get signed up on a computer first because the staff will not help you if you go in, they will turn you away and dont care about the potential for lost money.

I went to the arcade with my son quite a few times this spring. Spent hundreds of dollars accumulating tickets for a prize my son really wanted. He finally got the 20,000 tickets he needed for his prize that was a pair of Bluetooth headphones. They didnt work at all and we brought them right back just for them to say take it up with the manufacturer. 20,000 tickets!! My son was shattered. Thanks a lot guys.

Mini Golf Course Review - There are 2 courses here. The one to the right is decently fun and the one on the left was not fun. The greens have been worn down so much that it is practically the equivalent of putting on concrete. It is challenging, but lame at the same time. Lots of the holes are very repetitive where you have to make it into a hole that has a mechanical flap opening and closing. Hole in ones tend to not be as challenging as other courses out there. They chose to just give you a hole in one automatically if you make it into a certain area. So, I cant recommend going here to strictly play mini golf. I didnt play the arcade games, but they looked fun and had quite the variety. Im sure the waterpark is a blast, but we went in March when it wasnt open.

Took the kids and got them the full package. Was hoping to use the water park but it was closed. They loved the mini golf which was dressed up for Halloween. There were giant spiders and cobb webs everywhere. The bumper cars were a blast. The go carts were especially great, brought back the childhood memories. If you plane on leaving the kids, someone over eighteen must be present for them to ride the bumper cars and go carts. They also received two slices of pizza and a fountain drink as part of the package. Lastly, the receive a $30 card for the arcade. I took my daughter out while my wife was at a church dinner. I have lived in the area for 10 years and have never gone. We were both excited to go. I purchased the $25 castle pass for each of us. For $25 you get 18 holes of mini golf, bumper cars, Lazer tag. and go carts. Seemed like a great deal. We went in December. I figured it would be a good time to go. It wasnt busy at all. Mini golf was a lot of fun! They had it decorated for Christmas. Laser tag wasnt that great. We were the only two there and I dont think our equipment was functioning properly. We couldnt tell if we were hitting each other. The go carts were an absolute blast! Best part of the night! The bumper cars were closed down and they didnt tell us when we purchased the pass. We spent some time in the arcade towards the end of the night. They should really go through and remodel it. It smells old and musty inside. The arcade games were fun.

I would not recommend this place if you have or are with someone with a disability. The ramps are not good if you are someone needs a wheelchair like myself. They also charged me 50 dollars just to enter the park and sit in my wheelchair ( they dont have a spectators pass like most parks do) also had very limited disabled parking. My rating is not a comment on their slides as I didnt use any of the water parks slides or pools) it based on there customer service and how poorly they are designed for people with mobility disabilities

The slides at sunsplash are a ton of fun. Lines are a little long but thats to be expected. My reason for giving them a lower rating is their no outside food policy and they are VERY strict about it. Its super frustrating paying $20-30 per person to get into this place and then to have to cough up a ton of $$ to buy their food. Their food choices are super limited and not even remotely healthy, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. I really wish they were more lenient in this area.

Had a great time taking my daughter and nephew to the water park yesterday! The lifeguards are always super nice and accommodating, and one even rode down Riptide with us! The new slide the Zoomerang is a lot of fun and has a really good first drop! When the kids needed a break we got an icee, a soda, and a rootbeer float all for under $12. The lines were never that long and we were able to ride every slide in the park at least twice! The ticket price has gone up a bit since the last time we went (about 2 years ago) but it is definitely worth it!

Great for birthdays, family get togethers, and just getting out. Been a member/pass holder for nearly 2 years. Most recently we dealt with the young management team, who really works hard to make your experience positive. I cant recommend this place enough. I would come here as a youth, and now I come with my son. Theyve upgraded a lot and kept up with the times. Plus, for $23 each we got a go kart ride, a game of Lazer tag, a game of mini golf, and 20 credits each for the games! Add on another $20 in credits and we had the best night ever. This facility has been in operation for many many years. Im going to guess at least 15 years. If poorly maintained it would be tired looking and tattered by now for sure. Not the case. The course and grounds are meticulously maintained. Whoever is in charge of this has a keen eye for detail. The holes are each different and fun. Some go quick and others take a bit more time. This helps to keep everything moving. I could see the preparations being made for the holiday lighting. This park does incredible things to decorate for Christmas. Very festive and fun.After golf spent some time in the arcade which was fun. Good game selection. A few games were out of order but thats to be expected I suppose. Most games worked fine. Spent $25 on a token card and two of us were entertained for an hour. It felt about right from a pricing perspective.All this play had me wanting a snack. I got chicken strips and fries. Doors open after 10:30am. Didnt allow us in swim areas until 11am. Bathrooms needs periodic cleaning throughout the day. Also, all half of the other side of the womens bathroom had no toilet paper and their doors did not close or did not have a door lock leaving to only 4 other toilets. Has 2 showers which I believe are wheelchair accessible.They have a small shop next to the bathroom that sells misc items like sunblock, etc. Next to that was dip n dots and their concession area. I believe 2 slice of pizza is $10, I would rather get a whole pizza for their $24 deal. They had cheese, pepperoni, combo. They also sold chicken and fries which was $11-$12 this came with 3 pieces of chicken, your choice of sauce and a small side of fries.At 4:30pm they start kicking folks out of the wave pool to start their night slide goers. Great local area water park with a good selection of slides and areas for kids of all ages. For little ones the do a great job of heating the water for them as cold water is never fun. Kids over 42 inches can do a few slides which is nice and so they dont feel left out. Six shooter and storm rider are great for kids at 42 and above with zoomerag being a thrill for kids and adults over 48 inches. Food at the park is the standard burger, hotdogs, and pizza assortment. A surprise was the chicken salad was better than expected. Chicken was not bland and it was actual lettice and not a pile of ice berg.While the park is fun it does show some signs of its age. Owners should in the off season inspect the areas of rust to ensure they are not developing a fatigue weak point. Also give things a new coat of paint as the rust is showing pun intended. I hate to see the park close from a incident caused by differed maintenance. In the mean time the park seemed fine and a great summer getaway from the California heat.

A mean couple were taking their sweet time while 15 of our kids had to wait on them to finish cuddling n talking and starring at their ball instead of being considerate. When we skipped them, they also had a problem with that. I guess, the party host should have made it a point to be there. The go carts here are definitely affordable. I am short just barely making the minimum requirement and my only problem was that trying to push the pedals was a bit hard. The metal part that sits under my achilles didnt help when I push on the pedals. They actually hurt a bit after the ride but its still a fun thing to do. Maybe a pad would help for short people :). Anyways it was fun for the kids and one ticket gives you 6 laps.

This review is only for the Waterpark: Came here during labor day weekend and it wasnt as busy as I thought it was going to be, we rented a cabana for the day and well worth it! Also loved having someone come take our order for food instead of standing in line.My family had a blast! The kids pool was heated which was nice for my 1 year old niece, my 6 year old son liked going down the different slides,my nephew with special needs liked hanging out in the cabana. We also went go-kart racing, it was early on a Sunday so we had the whole track to ourselves! Will definitely be coming again next year.

Once you are inside the experience is fun. Mini golf was enjoyable and fairly tidy. When my oldest lost his ball to a water feature, they replaced it right away. Bathrooms were reasonably clean although one of the changing tables in the womens bathroom had spilled food on the floor next to it. The arcade games inside were all clean and in good repair. The arcade space was well lit. The reason I took a star off from the score is because the lines and their prepaid tickets are confusing. We prepaid online for mini golf and were told we needed to wait in the line out front to scan our purchase to print out tickets. Turns out that line was for waterslide tickets only, and we had to go inside for mini golf. A sign pointing that difference out would have been nice. The security guards out front (2) seemed pretty distracted talking to each other and werent being very helpful. Otherwise, everything was good, and we had a fun time.

For my family and I have to drive an hour and a half, so its kinda far for us. The price was high (almost 70 her a person, but does include golf and bumper cars or race car) not enough inner tube once it starts to get crowded. Overall it was fun and felt safe unlike some other water parks I have been to. All of the workers were friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would go again and recommend.

Took our 2 grand daughters here for Miniature Golf and a bumper car ride. They had fun, said the bumper cars were their favorite part, all 3.5 minutes worth! 4 for golf, 3 for bumper cars (Grandpa decided not to participate in that, his loss.) Bought tickets for golf on-line, had to purchase bumper car rides at the golf check-in. They could do a better job of explaining where to go/what to do as that was not at all clear. We were finished in 1 hour and cost was about $75, cost depends what activities you want to do. Not cheap but, hopefully, some fun memories for our girls, 8 & 10 years old.

Love it!! Only one flaw thought... They close super early and the staff are rude!! Me and my family got the night tickets and we went once it opened for night and it only lasted like 4 hours! The staff are also racist. The security stopped 3 black kids to tell them to calm down when they were just play arguing. The lifeguards also do nothing, there was so many people DROWNING. Even me! We tried to gab the wall during waves in the pool but they didnt let us, a little girl almost died! I almost threw up from it and I couldnt get out so I didnt get a chance to catch a breath.

We had free mini golf passes wed won from the Suicide Prevention walk in September and 2 of them werent scanning but the very nice guy who was checking us in said he was just going to give it to us. You can only bring in sealed water bottle from the store. No food. Their food and water is crazy expensive.It is extremely crowded day or night. I have been here twice. Once with my kids and once without. Once during the day and once in the evening.Put your kids in bright swim wear to be able to keep track of them among all the adults and older kids.There were way too many teens in the kid area. More than I thought there would be, and they were being too wild for the life guards to pay attention to the smaller kids.There wasnt a dress code for adults to follow, so be aware that your kids will see A LOT of skin (really skimpy swim suits).

They need to have smaller size groups on the go carts or be more lenient with the no bumping rules. How can you put 16+ carts on that small track and think people can get around each other without some bumping? Its not racing if you arent allowed to pass. And on that small track with tight turns, you cant avoid bumping unless you stay in single file lines. Was enjoyable enough, but for the price we paid and the strict rules that shut the race down early, it was a disappointment.

I brought my 4 year old and he only wanted to go on the Lazy River and the Wave Pool as most of the other stuff was still too much for him - he wanted nothing to do with even the kiddie slides. I wish there was a wristband option where you could pay less for using only certain things. Also it was very packed but there were not many changing areas for the number of ppl there. However, we had a blast there and in the arcade, I just wouldnt pay $50 per person to only do the Lazy River and Wave Pool again. The free drop shot ride has to go. only ride with no line. It injured me and my sons back, head and arms. Dangerous and unsafe ride no matter the guidelines they follow. if they do modify the ride they should slant the beginning part where the free drop part of slide. White ramp stealth ride and other rides all need nets to guard from falling over slide rails. More safety precautions of nets and walls for the rides is much needed. Lifeguards and employees are all young teenagers and dont really care and understand safety and concerns. Lazy river water was to cold different temperature from everything else and needs to have a faster current .Prices were $50 per person. Locker $20. Parking free but far from entrance. Food was descent cost $5-20 . 2-4 people rides were the best. Park Hours about 6hr duration. Theyll let you come in and out of the park.The one star is for the free fall ride. The package deal you get for the day includes laser tag race cars go karts bumper karts eighteen holes of mini golf and the giant arcade we had a lot of fun running around the park all day it was a blast. I home to see them update the lazertag and go karts soon because its the same out dated stuff since I went there as a kid but new electric go karts would be a great investment for them.

Horrible customer service. Nothing ever works the card machine didn’t work 5 different times I went. Didn’t accept the platinum pass I bought. Some parts they would say “sorry passes doesn’t work here” when the passes say it works on that specific attraction. The water slides and mini golf are really good. Would never actually come here for laser tag there much better for cheaper. Hire more mature people that can actually run this place appropriately .

Came with youth group for an evening water slides. We had a lot of fun. Tickets werent cheap, making it difficult to come a bunch of times throughout the summer, but once is plenty of fun. Life guards were everywhere and very watchful!!! I felt my kids were super safe here. Lockers are pricey too, so if youre coming in a big group, bring grandma to hang at the picnic tables under the shade to keep an eye on your belongings. Food line moved fast, and service was awesome. Food was fair and mostly comfort foods like chicken fingers, pizza, and fries. If youre looking for healthy choices, eat before you come or after you leave. Slides were super fun and lines moved fairly fast for how busy they were. Mini golf, race track, and arcade options are fun too. I wouldve given 5 stars if they had healthy options on the menu. Otherwise worth a fun day with kids in the park.

The water park is fun and the arcade is also fun. But the concrete is really hot on certain days and theres sometimes chaotic lines and they are long. So if youre in a two slide conjoined line make sure to pay attention to the signs because theyre a really great help. And in the twister I suggest that you lift your hips so that it doesnt touch the slide because when they shoot you up with water you can either get a really uncomfortable wedgy or actually get hurt so careful of that-

Its been over 40 years since my last trip to a water park- wow have things progressed in the most delightful way.I took my 9 year old son for his first waterpark trip- as we drove home he said it was among the best days of his life. He is a bit averse to rides like rollercoasters, so when we first arrived I tried building up in intensity, starting with the simple straightforward slides, which went well. But quickly the rides became overwhelming and scary for him.We had brought his friend who was gung ho, so we came to a compromise where my son hung out at the water activities area for younger kids- short slides, water cannons, dunking areas- while I went on some more intense rides with his friend.This calmed my son down and he started trying out the slides again, comparing the ones we were considering with the ones he had done already. In the end he went on nearly every ride and by the closing he was yipping and hooting and racing to get back in line.The staff was super friendly and supportive. When they saw him close to tears at the entrance of a slide they gave him reassurances that it was not intense- no rushing, no bad vibes. There were lifeguards everywhere- so many! I felt safe with my son doing a solo slide ahead of me.A large variety of activities, from straightforward bumping slides to super crazy ones and all in between. The wave pool was wild, the lazy pool more fun than I anticipated, the kids area had heated water that we went to occasionally to warm up.Parking was relatively easy, check in was quick. Its a drag about no outside food, but there are ins and outs, so my plan was to eat before arriving and have food we could go back to in the car, which we never did. The food courts inside are avoidable. The parking lot is quick to access- its not like trying to get out to your car at Disneyland.I thought the fee was not unreasonable. If I were to break down all the rides we did, it was 18 rides for $36, so essentially $2 a ride. This was for a midweek evening session of 4.5 hours.Overall a fabulous experience that I look forward to doing again. Great job Sunsplash!

I had my son birthday on 07/01/23 and I would say how disappointed I was with the service. I waited past 15 mins to get checked in and they asked if parties could be there 15 mins before party starts. So many young kids working and very unprofessional. It was really hot AC was not working well, even laser tag was so hot. Our host really wasn’t in it, most of the time didn’t need one. It was too hot to do mini golf which was part of the birthday package.It was overpacked with ppl coming from the sunsplash area.Only good part was the arcade and the different games my son loved but to redeem your ticket counter and get prizes was a joke. Young kids didn’t want to serve you and kept ignoring you.It definitely wasn’t worth the money paid.

This place is very run down and needs a lot of tlc. Slides are very old and patched up in multiple places. The grounds are clean but there is only so much you can clean when the place overall is old and needs to be refreshed.The service was okay.We are comparing this water park to the one in Boise idaho and the one in Idaho is a 10/10 compared to this one.

I lived the golf here. It prepared me for my professional career as a mini golfer. The castle and other holes reminded me that in life nothing is easy except when you can cheat and pick it upur ball and just put it in the hole. Seriously, no one checks your score so you can cheat as much as you want. I hit a hole in one on every hole. They bumper cars flew off the track and ran over some flamingos. Tragic!

Would give -50 stars if I could. My daughters birthday was ruined by this place, and this is just the first of many many negative reviews to be expected from our entire group. Its now at a point that Im shocked at the level of disorganization, a complete lack of welcoming, and one complete failure followed by yet another. Unbelievable. The owners must also be incredibly cheap, because it is so hot in here, we couldnt breathe in the laser tag arena. Maybe invest in the A/C, and training your staff, especially management.

Omg so much fun. Everything is expensive and you cant bring food or drinks in but if you get the premium passes its a lot less expensive but youre committed for a year. Love the water park childrens area has deep water and the life guards dont pay any attention. My daughter went down a slide in the kids area with a life jacket on. The life jacket came off and my 5 year old daughter was under the life jacket and under the water. I threw my phone and grabbed my daughter when the life guards just watched the situation. Just prepare to care for yourself here and youll have a blast because the attractions are fun. Lazer tag, go carts, bumper cars, mini golf, many water slides and a kids water area all worth the price except the bumper cars. They are bad, very bad. Battery powered, each car shuts off every time you bump anything. Whats the point of bumper cars when you cant bump anything. My daughter has a blast overall.

I can’t believe this! The people who check your bags took food from my 5 year old! He told us we can’t have food and my Dad explained that my 5 year old brother will be hungry. The man said we could either eat it now, put it in our car, or go buy the food they served. My dad told them that we just ate and that we got dropped off so we DONT have a car to put it in and also he didn’t have a wallet or phone to pay for food inside my dad asked them if they could hold our snacks but they said no so we just went inside then I saw them throw it away!!.That man was so heartless!! Super fun experience, I went with my friends who were down from LA, and we all had a really great time. The mini golf course has enough challenge to be engaging but too hard so that you feel like you have to be a golf pro. Very affordable prices at 13 dollars per person for 18 holes.

Took my family today and had a really nice time. We ordered a large combination pizza that was so good and fresh might have to go back just for the pizza. The place was well covered with lifeguards and security officers with friendly attitudes.Definitely could do better in the over all maintenance of the place. Try pulling a couple weeds would definitely help. Also if your gonna shut down so many pipes you may not wanna charge full price for a place not fully open. Over all great time and I would return.

Prices are great for everything they offer. They have I think 4 different options. They have an everything included all day pass for the water park, lazer tag, bumper carts, mini golf, and play points for the arcade for about $55. Or you can get just the golf, Lazer tag, and bumper carts for about $30. Just mini gold if about $15 per person. You can go and play on the left or the right for mini golf which is a completely different golf course. Best mini golf Ive ever been to. Absolute best Waterpark Ive been to and Ive been to like 4.

Great Waterpark. The wave area is twice as big(plenty of space) as others I have been to. The kids area is great. Theres a playground with waterguns, slides and buckets that dump water when full. The water on the playground area seemed warmer to me. There are many areas to sit and eat.

Just if they could figure out a way to cool them down or some kind of paint that doesn’t heat up as much I don’t know, it just kinda sucks having to carry your flip flops with u because you can’t wear them down the slides.

Recent visit on 7/7/23 was great until my son was approached by a Security member and accused him of unfounded behavior. He was attending the park with a church group and they were full chaperone throughout the visit. Ive reached out to the parks corporate office and waiting for their response. Until then, I would not recommend sending your children to this park until Security employees are reviewed and retrain.

My most recent visit was for the arcade only. I remember it being much larger when I was younger. I bought 2 - 50 dollar game cards for my kids and they reached a point where they had nothing to play that hadnt already, long before they were out of credits. There were quite a few machines out of order. I still give a five star rating because the water park is great. I have been on every slide countless times over the years and they are all really fun. The mini golf is a lot of fun as well. The go carts are okay. The few times I have driven them, the line was really long and hot and the drive time seemed short and I just wished the go carts were faster. Over all my family and I love this place and visit multiple times each summer. I recommend.
