I’ve been to Rosemont Smile Dental a few times and each time has been great. All of the staff a very nice and welcoming.Dr. Yoon is the best! She’s professional, knows her stuff and is really nice. I am not a fan of the dentist at all, but coming here has changed that. Now I look forward to coming in because Ive had such a great experience every time.I had a crown and a filling done recently and it was quick and virtually painless. My crown is indistinguishable from my other teeth! I am really happy with it. Highly recommend Rosemont Smile Dental.

I setup an appointment for a bonding, a cleaning and eventually a crown and the person on the phone was a true gentleman. I was setup with a date, and just before the appointment, they called me and were pushing me for another date. I re-arranged my work schedule for this, and they could care less. They offered to squeeze me in for a cleaning and could not answer me when I could be brought in to fix my tooth. The woman on the phone was dismissive and condescending, and argued with me, and they could not care less that my busy work schedule had to be re-arranged to make this appointment. They seem to care about their time, but they did not care about my time. I went back and forth with them, and it was nothing but arguing over the phone. Its NOT my fault that they are overbooking their patients, and its rather careless policy might I add to be doing this. I wasted precious time filling out all of their forms only to find they would not honor their appointment, or anything that they told me they would handle when I set appointment over the phone. The gentlemen I originally spoke to was not there, and in turn it was someone who could care less about the position they put me in. I can imagine its a good dentist by the reviews, but this office did me wrong and I am not one to leave bad reviews ever. But I was actually angry with the way I was treated, and I am sure if I did the same to them, they would not have liked it at all. I found another dentist nearby who DID value me and my time, and they squeezed me in and did not rush me at all. I was able to get a cleaning, a very strong bonding, and eventually a crown and I am very happy with them. They are little further down foothill Blvd., and it was no-nonsense, and they took my insurance at Shabani as well, and are rated excellent.

Excellent experience here after an embarrassing amount of time without a checkup/cleaning. Hygienist was very kind and gentle. Everything was quick, comforting, and better than expected. Highly recommend coming here, especially if its been a long time. No worries, just make that appointment and you’ll feel so much better. I did and so can you! UPDATE - came in for my second cleaning, and once again a great experience, everyone here so kind and great at what they do! Again, highly recommend this place especially if you’re a nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist. Thank you all!

Terrible dentist who is incompetent and has a terrible attitude problem. She never provides me a solution or referrals. Now my gum disease has furthered and have a wound that needs stitching. Dr. Yoon is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Steer clear of this place - waste of time.Edit: Because of her lack of care, my tooth decayed and needed an emergency root canal and crown. This all could have been avoided if she had done 1 simple filling during the years I visited her.

This place is very clean and modern, Its not expensive either. The lady dental hygienist here was very gentle and extremely kind. I didnt feel any pain at all during the cleaning, I almost fell asleep. I came here becaus I was told that I need to have my tooth extracted at a different dental clinic.I was told that there is no need to extract this tooth here. The dentist seemed very honest. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but now it seems like theres no need to be scared anymore.I am very satisfied.

From start to finish they were extremely professional and calmed my anxiety. The staff is so nice and the front desk person is so sweet! Dr Yoon is very easy to talk to and she thoroughly explained everything to me which made me feel she cared. I highly highly recommend this dentist office, they really do deserve all the praise.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Yoon! My daughter is 5 and extremely anxious when it comes to needles and dental work. Her and staff were able to get her thru x-rays, cleaning and TWO cavity fillings with not a single tear. The office is clean, beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this dental office! The staff is exceptional and the dentist herself is amazing! They are all kind, compassionate, friendly and explain everything going on. I do not like going to the dentist typically, but I genuinely find it a pleasure to work with this incredible team!

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Lobby is clean, modern, and has complimentary water. Even the exam rooms were simple, modern, with angled TVs.Came here as a new pt and the service as excellent. Cleaning was gentle and the explanations by the doctor were thorough. Front staff and others were great and friendly. If youre in the area and switched to United Healthcare Dental insurance like me, I highly recommend giving this practice your business as well as a chance to help you on your dental health journey.

Very thorough check up and cleaning. Staff are very professional and the office is so cute and clean :) Definitely coming back for my next check up
