Rose Krinks is a high level experienced listing agent who sold my home in Alameda in record time. She brought tremendous value with her knowledge of the local market, her 10+ years of listing homes in my Alameda neighborhood, design skills and unyielding negotiation style. Rose is an amazing agent to work with. She listens to your needs and offers her expert advice. She also responds quickly and provides transparent communication. In addition, she knows many reliable, quality contractors should you need to do some upgrades to your home before putting it on he market and her staging skills are excellent. Rose Krinks is our favorite Alameda Realtor! She has already helped us sell, buy, and sell all of our Alameda properties. Now we are on our way to buy our 3rd Alameda home! Selling our Alameda home in the summer of 2022 was a transitional weird time with interest rates rising. We are so happy we used Rose to help us sell our Alameda home. She is very professional having excellent communication and organizational skills. Selling our home during the pandemic brought on extra challenges but she made it work for us! Rose helped my husband and I buy our first home in Alameda, we met her at an Open House and knew right away that she was someone we could work with easily. She is super responsive, and has a lot of knowledge not only of her industry, but of Alameda since she has grown up in Alameda and is a resident of the island. What was especially great about Rose is that she was extremely patient with my husband and I. My husband and I have worked with Rose Krinks twice now, to buy and sell our home. When we first met Rose we were first-time homebuyers and knew very little about the process. Rose was very patient and walked us through everything. She always showed us whatever homes we wanted to see, but never pressured us to make offers. She has a great balance of being responsive, without being overbearing. The Bay Area is a competitive market, but with her help we were able to buy a home within just a few months of working with her. When we were ready to sell our house we were in a hurry, as we were relocating for work. She helped us get our house ready to go on the market in just one week. She was there every day staging it and even helped us with painting! Rose really went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. On a tight budget, it was especially helpful that staging was included in her realtor fee. She did open houses every weekend and we were able to sell within a month of listing the house! After meeting multiple realtors throughout this process, I’m happy we worked with Rose and would definitely do so again, given the opportunity.

When I decided to contract Rose I was a little bit apprehensive because I had to spend a little bit more to prepare my house than expected. In hindsight it was by far, the smartest thing I did. She was able to get the most ever paid for the type, style and size of homes in my subdivision. At the time of my transaction, unbeknownst to me, she was also dealing with a family crisis. I’ve worked with Rose Krinks for years. She is a fantastic, down to earth listing agent in Alameda. I don’t know if you’ve seen the types of real estate transformations that Rose Krinks has done but I would suggest that you ask her to show you some before and after pictures of her listings. Simply AMAZING! If you want your home to sell for top dollar you must see what Rose will want to do to your home—did I say AMAZING! Oops I did. Well it is. I will try not to write an entire book here on how wonderful Rose Krinks is.Rose helped us sell our house in the slow time of year at the perfect price. She became our friend as she physically helped us paint walls, rearrange furniture, put pebbles in our backyard, bring over staging pieces, et cetera, et cetera.She suggested certain upgrades to increase the appeal of the home and make the asking price appropriate. She arranged for contractors and repairmen to meet her at our home while we were at work and school.She, ever so kindly, kept us informed of the comments people were making about our home as they came to view it so that we had a good understanding of what buyers were looking for.From time to time she came in and rearranged furniture or added orchids that she picked up at the store.We were absolutely blessed to meet her just by going to one of her open houses before putting ours on the market.Give Rose a call if you are planning to sell your home.
