Shannon & Dan were amazing in helping us sell our home. We had lived there for 33 years, they came in with knowledge, they knew the market. They helped us with the remodeling, with decisions, they know what they’re talking about! They even tell you the stuff you don’t want to hear, but they always had a solution. They held our hand through the entire process. I think if you want 2 really good real estate, ones who care, ones who will make sure you get top dollar, give these two a call. They also sold my mother’s in laws house.

Shannon and Dan helped sell my mother’s home after she passed away. It was an incredibly difficult time in our lives and only made easier by the care and professionalism The Rose Group brought to the process. There were several projects that needed to be done such as kitchen flooring and counters to interior and exterior paint. The staging and design they included in their services I know helped us get top dollar along with their incredible marketing campaign and excellent negotiation skills. We could not have done it without them.It should also important to know that I was in the real estate industry for over a decade so I know the real deal when I see it and I couldn’t be happier to have Dan and Shannon represent us in times of need and want. In all they have sold 2 homes for my family and they represented my sister and I when we purchased homes. Both Shannon and Dan Sullivan helped me to buy my first home. They were very patient and understanding of my concerns. This was an emotional process (being a first timer) and a difficult market to be getting into your first home in! In the end, I got a great house within my budget and in a nice neighborhood. Id give Shannon 10 stars if I could! Shannon helped us sell our home in days at a new all time high for our area.We had used Shannon when we originally bought our home. Our positive experience with her back then had us convinced that we would select her for selling our home when the time came.Shannon did a fantastic job helping us sell our home. We knew we wanted to sell so we could move over the summer and she helped us identify the right time to go on the market. We knew we wanted to get top dollar for our home and she helped us identify which home improvements would get a return on our investment and which ones would not. She helped us get the best price for our home - we set a new all time high for our area even though the market was starting to soften.Shannon and her team were always very responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgable. We had the pleasure working with Dan Sullivan at the Rose Group to find our very first home for our family. Dan really made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible, and we are so glad we were able to find him!As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had close to zero knowledge about home ownership and the whole home buying process. We started out going to see houses on Zillow/Redfin and working with appointed real estate agents there. Our experience there was not the greatest. It felt like we were just working with a disconnected salesman every time.We then got a recommendation to work with Dan and the experience was night and day. Dan really showed that he wanted to find the perfect home specifically for us. We went out on several occasions looking at all kinds of homes and locations in the Bay area. We met on weekends, weekdays, mornings, nights going to houses just to figure out what we were looking for in a house.As he knew we were new to all of this, he always tried to point out different aspects of every house and how they compared to one another. Things that we probably wouldn’t even pay attention to and he took the time to teach us along the way. He never made us feel like we were asking any dumb questions even though we definitely thought some really were. Dan brought a wealth of knowledge all around, but we especially appreciated his expertise regarding remodeling/house work that we would be interested in doing for every house.It was always very nerve-wracking when it came time to put some offers in, but Dan always made us feel comfortable and gave us his honest input on what it would take. Dan and Shannon were a reference through a good friend of ours. We purchased two homes with them and worked primarily with Dan on the second purchase. They are both punctual, clear communicators, respectful of your time and flexible in understanding what you’re looking for - not just in the purchase criteria itself, but also in helping provide the references for support system that enable the purchase/remodel/move stress-free and a success. As I recently had an amazing experience with my Real Estate agent, I wanted to be sure to share her with everyone!Shannon Rose is what some may call the best of the best! She helped to sell our first condo in building 16 while working hard to find us a new home after finding out we were expecting our little bundle of joy. We had an offer accepted on a home in San Jose (which we quickly regretted because it was so far away) and we were on track to move! Shannon got to work right away on getting our condo ready to list. What did this include, you might ask:• Maid service• Staging• Professional photographyThe great news is that these services did not cost us a penny! They were all included in Shannons services!Once the photography was done, it was time to get our home listed on the MLS and a billion other Real Estate websites. We had a sign put up at the entrance of complex and an open house the following weekend. With a ton of foot traffic and a great response it was time to review offers, 10 of them to be exact! We accepted an offer for 12% over asking price!! What a great surprise!! She was our hero!Her professionally trained team was amazing during this process as well.
