I had a great experience with Tony and Jeremy. While I was getting different bids, they had fantastic communication, followed up, and went the extra mile to explain to me in detail what everything meant. During the actual process of getting the roof replaced, the communication remained consistent with the project lead, Fernando, and they performed multiple quality checks throughout. Once the roof was complete, I had one MINOR hang up. I reached out to Tony and they immediately sent someone to fix it for me. I would recommend Roof Pros to anyone who is looking to get a new roof. This is a family owned business and the owner has a lot of pride in the workmanship of his crew and will make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

We highly recommend Roof Pro for your roofing needs. Cesar and Jhonny were very professional, easy to work with, very responsive to communication, and just all-around nice guys! Roof Pro provides a link to photos of the work being done on your roof so you can follow along with the progress. We loved being able to see what was happening up there! The guys cleaned up everyday, and Cesar even sent his guys back after final inspection because he wanted them to clean up even more! We got quotes from other roofing contractors, and Roof Pros pricing was extremely competitive. They do great work, and we are so happy with the results!

Fernando Osorio helped us from the beginning until the end of our project. We had our home reroofed to prepare for solar panels. He was kind and so patient. Roof Pro did an excellent job of replacing 25-year-old shingles on our home and repairing a section of our flat roof that had developed a serious leak adjacent to an atrium. Roof Pro owner Cesar determined the source of the leak and provided a detailed and thorough project proposal outlining several options for both the shingle replacement and repair of the leaking flat section of the roof. After the tear-off of the old shingles, Rafael’s crew followed with all the necessary carpentry (including repair of the atrium beams), installation of the new shingles we had selected, and resealing the area of flat roof around the atrium. The crew cleaned up around the house perimeter after each day’s work. Roof Pro personnel handled the entire project professionally and efficiently. We are very pleased with the results.

Roof Pro is Amazing!!We recently had the roof of our home done with all new plywood sheathing, along with all new Fascia boards all around the house. The demo team first came to tear out the existing roof quickly, then was the install. The roof looks fantastic. We are highly satisfied with the quality of Roof Pro’s work. Very prompt and great work completed, we had our roof sealed due to all of the rain during the winters, and Jhonny and his team worked quickly and accommodated any feedback and changes we wanted for our gutters. They also provided an evaluation and estimation to replace our roof in 2-3 years, so we know when we might be looking at having to replace our roof. If you are in Laguna Hills or greater Orange County area and you need help with your roof - call Cesar @ Roof Pro! I am a first-time homeowner. I knew I had issues with my roof at the time of purchase but not the extent of damage so I got couple of in depth inspections. Everyone I spoke to was overpriced, unprofessional, unresponsive, or uninsured. As I was looking for Solar I came across Proof Pro who partners with OC Solar. Cesar, the owner of the company, came out and performed a thorough inspection then quickly and clearly articulated what needed to happen and how long it would take. He gave me a detailed estimate with a fair price (came in spot on to actual invoice when job was done). Once the work was approved by the city, Cesar and his team transformed my roof start to finish in 5 days! The results speak for themselves, see attached.I highly recommend Roof Pro!

The whole process was amazingly fast and clean. Once they got the permit, the whole process took a week including inspections and replacing old, rotted plywood. They cleaned up each day and left our yard clean. Everyone was nice and polite. I’ve already given their information to people who have needed roofs replaced

I recently had my roof replaced with Roof Pro. The company requested payment in full when the work was complete. I thus happily sent a check the same day. I paid by check because this company charges a hefty fee to use a credit card, which is inconvenient. With that said, its been weeks since my check was sent and it still hasnt been cashed. Even worse: I sent an email to confirm that my check was received, which it was, and then sent a follow-up email almost two weeks ago to ask if/when the check will be cashed and I never received a reply to that email. I texted the salesperson with whom I worked (and who I wont name here as a courtesy to him) -- and he said the check was cashed last week, which is not true. Im befuddled as to why a company would wait so long to deposit a check -- and, worse, not reply to emails asking about such an issue. I found the overall back-end of the process with this company unsatisfactory and frustrating. The customer service just isnt at the level one would expect after paying thousands and thousands of dollars -- and promptly -- for a service.

I was just up on my new roof installed by Roof Pro and its solid as a rock after recent heavy rains. Looks like it will last another 40 years. They did a great job collaborating with a solar company on the installation of 33 new solar panels that come with a great deal of roof perpetrations. The installation team only accessed the roof from the front except for cleaning up miscellaneous debris that feel off the roof during installation. They were very responsive and friendly throughout the installation.

Tony Tatad an absolute genuine, honest and technical roofing consultant came punctually to inspect our concrete tile roof with his top of the line drone on Jan 25, 2024, unfortunately, due to our house is too close to JFTB NAF, authorization takes time, we failed to see the drone in action, but thankfully Tony got authorized and came back on Jan 29, provided us with clear pictures of our roof, and even marked one of the vent without metal screen to keep creators out, we’re so impressed and grateful he remembered our replies to his questions.No roof repair is needed for now, yet the courtesy trustworthy inspection performed by Tony approved by Fernando/project manager, cemented Roof Pro to be our roofer for life.We deeply appreciate the same peace of mind, and all the help from Lisa, Johnny, Carlos and Fernando in replacing one single edge tile broken by a careless painter in June.

Very professional company . They did our roof a couple of years ago and because of a significant sea gull problem we had them add spikes to keep the birds off of our roof & solar panels. With the recent storms this year several of these spikes broke loose. Roof Pro returned and re-secured the spikes as part of their warranty!

We were originally referred to Roof Pro by OC Solar (who we strongly do not recommend); however, the good news is we connected with Cesar Flores (owner) of Roof Pro. Cesar is not only professional, but a good human. Financing for independent consultants isnt easy and he was patient with us throughout the process and quickly answered our questions. Our biggest challenges were the metal roof distributor who dropped the ball on ordering and not knowing we didnt have plywood at all, which was a large additional expense. Having a full timeline of events and schedule would have been helpful, but we were supplied with updates from Fernando and Cesar when we inquired. Five stars and happy referrals to Cesar and the team!

Benjamin was great and helped in pretty much every step even though he was supposed to hand off to a project manager. Project manager didn’t communicate well and the tarp and sand bags that we had purchased were thrown away by the workers supposedly even though they were brand new, wasn’t even given the option keep them, really disappointed cause experience started off so well.

We were so impressed with Roof Pro, from start to finish! They were prompt to respond to my call after the heavy rains, whereas other contractors gave me the brush-off. They scheduled an appointment promptly, and once the work was scheduled, they assured me that if we had more rain forecasted before the repair, they would cover the affected area so as no further damage would occur. I was supplied detailed drone pictures of the repair before, during, and after, and every step was explained to me along the way. After the job was completed, all the area around my home was cleaned up to perfection. They even did a sweep of the grass and all the surrounding areas with a giant magnet, to assure that there were no stray nails left anywhere.I BIG shout-out to Jhonny Castillo, who was our personal contact person who handled everything. The employees I worked with Re the details were knowledgeable about the product and the process. I always knew who to call if I had any questions during the process. I had so many technical questions about insurance, permits, venting, underlayments, possible scopes of work (we had leak in one small area, but struggled to determine age of roof and degree to which we desired full re-set of the roof) - the Owner Cesar priced multiple scenarios - so patient - nice to speak with someone so helpful and so intelligent. Good pricing, not the the least expensive, but very fair and they responded in a timely manner. Once you are their client, they work go to bat for you - even helped us at another home that had a couple of leaks at chimney and vent at no charge to us and in time for the rain. I live in the City of Orange and had a big roof leak during the last rain storm. I called several roof repair companies, and ended up choosing Roof Pro and Im glad I did. They were the only ones who would come out before the next rain storm. They came first to inspect and see what needed to be done, then within a few days they had a team of workers repairing a large section of my roof. Both Cesar and Johnny kept me up to date on the scheduling of the repair. Johnny even came after to address a few questions I had on the final repair and made sure everything was done correctly and I was happy. I called them back even after they left to tell them how happy I was with how they worked on my roof. I recently called RoofPro after noticing wind damage, they responded right away and set up appt next day not realizing they had come all the way to San Bernardino from Irvine to inspect roof which I found amazing. We worked with Jhonny to replace the underlayment. Jhonny was very knowledgably about his work and he was very detail oriented. He explained to us in details what the problem was and the project plan. We felt comfortable to go with Roof Pro, because out of all the companies we talked to, Jhonnys proposal was the best one. We had a temporary tarp put on first, then the replacement of the underlayment started a few weeks later. The crew worked very efficiently. They cleaned up all the nails and debris after. Jhonny checked on the progress and followed up with us regularly. I highly recommend Roof Pro. And if you can, ask for Jhonny to be your technician and project manager, for only he is extremely knowledge, but also he offers excellent customer care.

We needed an entirely new roof, and so we engaged Roof Pro to provide it. What I cant get over is how FAST and efficient they were! A crew came to our house on Tuesday at noon, and they had taken off the old shingles and carted them away before 5pm. It was incredible to watch! The whole job was complete by the following Monday, which felt so fast compared to the other types of work weve been doing around the house.Roof Pro also went above and beyond, especially when it came to inspections. They handled everything, including connecting with an inspector for another job (that required some insulation work that Roof Pro did for us). They were always so responsive and attentive to me. Our Shop was in desperate need of repair and water was coming through in many areas. I called many shops for estimates some showed others didn’t. Roof Pro was on time and offered a great value for repairs we needed. Johny Castillo responded and estimated the job which was better than most. They had many samples to choose from but we opted for Owens Corning Cool Roof in Night Sky which looks amazing. The response of my initial telephone call for an estimate was promptly replied by Cesar. Upon his inspection of my old roofing, he explained thoroughly our best option for our re roofing work. We appreciated the way Cesar elaborated his proposal carefully for us to understand all the details clearly. Upon our agreement to go with Roof Pro, the schedule was performed very timely. We are very pleased with the extreme care and courtesy shown by every Roof Pro’s personnel. They cleaned up meticulously at the end each day for the entire 8 days duration to complete our roofing work.Due to some structural hindrances we had to make changes on our solar tubes installations, Cesar was very patient and understanding in accommodating our requests. Re-roofed a three bedroom house with detached garage summer 2019. Cesar and his crew did an EXCELLENT job, the demo crew were fast and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves, and we are VERY happy with the results. Im very satisfied with the experience I had with Roof Pro. From the time I received the estimate to the time they finished, they were great with communication, promptly answering any question I had during the process. Removal of my 40 year old roof took a couple of days but after work each evening everything was cleaned up to the point youd be hard pressed to tell. They took dozens of pictures during the work as well, documenting all that was done. They also took care of coordinating with the City for the inspection. All in all, a very good experience. If youre looking for any sort of roof related repair/replacement, I wouldnt hesitate to give Roof Pro a call.

Update April, 2022Had to remove a couple stars, sorry guys. The noise from my whirlybird has returned. I called to ask why, and rather offer to re-lubricate (maybe the first application didn’t take?) I was told I’d have to pay to have it replaced. The cost to replace was higher than any other bids I’ve gotten. My review which lauded the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff still stands though, they are really very nice.Previous Review (5⭐️):Everyone I interacted with, from the woman answering the phone, to the gentlemen that helped with mom’s roof, were so nice and so professional.I couldn’t believe how quickly someone came, Jhonny and Rafael went completely above and beyond for my mom, who’s a senior. On day one when Ceasar came out to assess and provide a quote, he was prompt, and professional. Answered all of our questions, provided various financing options. After the visit we had additional questions he responded almost immediately. During the entire roofing process the crew was courteous, and cleaned up everyday before leaving. I would highly recommend Roof Pro if they remain as communicative, responsive, competitively priced, and professional as they have been with my roofing project done in June 2021.I started out with taking quotes to replace my roof which was very old, had multiple layers of shingles as well as no soffits and just some mediocre gable venting. The Roof Pro quote was the only one that came back with a several page report including detailed pictures of the state of my roof and any problem areas. Their price was on the lower end of the quotes we received, and more flexible in the options for materials or types of venting we could choose. Roof pro also didnt use manipulative marketing tactics on us which I appreciated a lot.Caesar from Roof Pro was extremely responsive in answering all my questions via text, even the technical ones about what material would be used and what options I had to work with. He also helped me customize the quote since I wanted a specific type of intake venting that would work well with ridge vents. He also helped check for me whether the addition that didnt need a re-roof would invalidate the manufacturers warranty on the new roof.Caesar kept me up-to-date on the schedule of when people would arrive to work (as well as any delays due to the schedules of inspectors or getting permits approved), and what forms I would need to fill out and when. He also gave me in-progress photos of the roof without me asking for them. He was also very quick to send someone to clean the attic when I showed him pictures of nails and wood board that were accidentally left behind in the attic.The team who worked on the roof were polite and always rang the doorbell to let us know they were there to start working. They cleaned up all the materials and debris around the house, were not noisy, and they did not stay late. (they seemed to work from 8-5 or something similar to that). We were able to continue working from home, at least with headsets on during virtual meetings.Overall the project went as smoothly as I hoped and so far we have 0 complaints.
