I am so happy with the new HVAC replacement installations! We desperately needed replacement since our AC died on us last summer and they were also original units. We had a few bids but felt Ronnie Jones had the most competitive pricing and no upselling of any kind. Austin did all of the install and did a great job! He also was very respectful of the home to ensure cleanliness after the day’s work. I’ve never felt so happy to shiver and have goosebumps when these hot summer days are here. 100% recommend this company!

I am extremely happy with the service from Ronnie Jones Air Conditioning & Heating. I really appreciate the updates and feedback provided by Dana, and the very thorough AC check done by Steve. Steve made sure my AC is ready to run for summer. He is very experienced and does a detailed job. Overall they are very professional and friendly. 1000% recommend. Came out within 24 hours of online request. Pricing extremely fair. He took the time to show me how to clean my HVAC and when to clean it. Took photos of each step and explained each step in the process. Very honest with the work that needed to be done, didnt try to upsell unnecessary work. Overall a very positive experience. Fixed my HVAC leak and recharge within 30 mins of call. Highly recommend! My house is super cool now, thank you so much :).

STEVE was professional and arrived within the window I was given. He identified the issue right away and was honest with what the problem was. My system is very old and he didn’t try to upsell me but let me know that what he did was only a Band-Aid and he would be happy to come out, if the problem happens again. I would definitely recommend this company and I will call them if I have further issues.

I was fortunate enough to connect with this business through my home warranty, since theyre one of the reliable contractors for my insurance. My first claim started in the beginning of July, and as soon as my insurance approved the dispatch, Ronnie J.s office contacted me to schedule the first inspection for my AC repairs.My point of contact has always been Jana, who has handled all appointment scheduling, back and forth with my insurance, and billing in a very patient and efficient manner. Their AC expert Steve, came out to service both my AC units 4 times, filling them with the refrigerant, running diagnostics, and compiling the proper reports with pictures and videos for my insurance. He was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and explained in detail what the situation was and what repairs were needed. I was quite impressed with Steve and Jana feom the start, and made sure to submit positive feedback every time the insurance contacted me to get updates on the services by this business. It is thanks to the way this business handled my insurance claims, that my insurance finally was convinced that both my AC units were not salvageable, and needed replacements.It gets better from there...even when the insurance started to give me the runaround about a second claim for the upstairs AC unit, Jana made sure to help me. She advised on how I could finalize my claim, and rush to order the parts we needed for the new installations. It is thanks to Jana and this business knowing what theyre doing, that I was able to receive approval for the new AC parts. In addition, I got detailed invoices for the modifications needed, so I could get an idea what I was expected to pay out of pocket for components not covered by the insurance.Ronnie Js office stayed on top of the process every step, making sure the new AC units arrived within a week of me approving the claim estimates, and they scheduled the jobs within a week after that. I was so pleasantly surprised that they accommodated my urgent need for the new AC units, because its been extremely hot, and I have disabled seniors at home who need cool air at all costs.Both units got installed within a week of each other, and both times it was the dynamic Austin & Austin duo who came out to do the job. They are extremely professional and efficient, thorough in their work, and attentive to details. They are hard workers, never complaining each time they had to go up and down my stairs and the tiny, sauna-hot attic they had to work in for hours on end.They just finished the second installation, and my house feels like heaven, with the cool air blowing through proper working ACs for the first time in years. I appreciate every step of my experience with this business, Im grateful for their efficiency, and their honest work, as well as transparency in billing, its amazing to find contractors like them who are honest and do not charge unnecessary costs.Im attaching pictures of my large, beautiful, shiny new AC units, because Im just over the moon with the product and service I received from Ronnie Jones AC.Thanks Jana, Steve, Austin, and other Austin!

Dont use them. They did a horrible job at my home and didnt complete the repair job as promised. Staff was not knowledgable and poor work. When I called to let their staff know I was treated like a second class citizen. Very rude lady on the phone. I had to go elsewhere to get treated better and work done right. I DO NOT recommend not using this company for any repairs.

I selected Ronnie from my home warranty list because they had good reviews. I needed a second opinion from the first vendor that was awful.Ronnie’s son came out and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would put in a request for parts and the office would notify me if the warranty approved the repair. The warranty approved the repair and Ronnie’s office order the parts.I got a text saying the parts were in and could they come the next day to install. Ronnie himself came with parts in hand. He completed the repair and PRESTO…I had heat again.I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. I have a health condition that requires even temperature settings, so I really needed my heat. Thanks again to Ronnie and Company! I would recommend for anyone to use their service. Ronnie! We moved into a new house and had no AC. Another company said 1 week before they could come out, another guy said the AC unit is broke and can fix it for 3500!! Crying inside at this point. Ronnie picked up and said he was on his way home but would stop by and take a look. He went through several steps and found the problem. He also gave me pointers on how to improve my vents. Weve had another company come out several times to try to figure out why the unit cant seem to blow cold. After a quick inspection Ronnie realized its just overcharged from the previous tech, Purged it out, made a few adjustments and the units blowing cold. Told us if theres any issues theyll be right back out to pinpoint the problem. Plus there local!

Ronnie and his family have been an answer to my prayers and my moms prayers for a while now. We were recommended them over a year ago and they’ve only ever taken incredible care of us ever since. Not only are they communicative both while they are on site, they are incredibly responsive beyond the time that’s been allotted to only my service. Ronnie and Austin both clearly explained their process, assured us as to what their next steps were, and delivered so much more than just the job they were hired for. My mother and myself are prone to agoraphobic behaviors, which means we struggle with leaving our home, which is already uncomfortable enough but then to have to dread the summer heat with a broken a/c unit, to say we were worried is an understatement. But, as before, we reached out to Ronnie again once our unit was entirely broken and these guys came through tenfold. Every option was laid out clearly, with absolute transparency, the timing estimates were spot-on perhaps even a little quicker than anticipated, the pricing was incredibly fair, and the quality of the new unit they installed is more than we could have dreamed of. It’s been about two weeks since they installed our new unit and everyone in our house is comfortable and happy and not dreading life each hot day.. but more than anything I will always be grateful for the fact that there were numerous times that I would see Ronnie or Austin taking just a couple minutes to sit down with my mom (the worrier) to just get on her level and assure her that they would work with us. Establishing trust, standing by your words of promise, and delivering a service beyond what was expected is what we got with this company; it’s very clear that Ronnie believes in leaving things in better condition than when you started out. Mom and I prayed for help and we were in perfect hands with this one. Thank you for everything, guys. You’ll never know just how much you fixing up you managed to do over here. Incredible service! This will be a task making the long story short, however, here it goes.I had the most difficult situation with a home warranty company to get my AC repair processed administratively so that work could be completed. Ronnie Jones AC helped me LITERALLY through the entire process. They went over and above to help me through the administrative nightmare with this other company, was very professional when they came out to assess and diagnose the issue, very knowledgeable, and was super responsive. They worked with me to accommodate my situation on several levels and ultimately was the company that fixed my AC. My AC tech even called me later that day to check up on me after he had finished the job! Talk about customer service!I was educated through the entire process as it related to my home warranty process all the way till the end when Austin, my tech, shared tips on how to maintain the life of my AC unit.I could literally go on and on since there was so much that happened good for me in a situation that was so bad with my home warranty company. Ronnie kept it super professional and did the hard AC job that no other contractor wanted to even touch. After having 3 other HVAC companies come to my house, Ronnie was the only one who could fix the problem that same day without telling me that I needed a new air-conditioning unit. All the other companies told me that I needed to replace my unit because the condenser was bad. Ronnie got it up and running in an hour. Ronnie is honest and extremely knowledgeable. I will always refer him to anyone I know that needs heating and air work.

I called several places and the soonest I could get anyone out was two days later. Ronnies website had a messaging feature. Sent his company a text message. I received a text message immediately and was told they could respond the very same day. He and his son did a diagnostic and serviced both units. Great people and great prices. We worked with Ronnie Jones HVAC and Ronnie himself came to evaluate our situation. On the same day they submitted the report to my Home Warranty company and have all our machines quoted. The longest time it took was my Home Warranty company to order the condenser unit and for it to be delivered. Everything was done promptly by his son - Austin Jones (really nice guy). Jana is the secretary who is awesome at communicating and keeping everything in the loop. I highly recommend them as they reasonably priced (for the portion that we had to pay) and really good customer service!

We couldnt be more happy with the quality of service provided by Ronnie Jones AC and heating... We placed an online order and was notified immediately with a confirmation. Ronnie himself arrives on time and with a smile. The man was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about from the get-go. He explained to me all the workings of the air conditioning unit, what I needed to do to help maintain a properly working unit, and then he went to work. Within five minutes he diagnosed the problem. Another company which shall remain nameless came out and told me that my unit was cheap and old and was not worth putting money into. He also told me that if it needed Freon that this particular model uses Freon that is illegal and can still be obtained but is extremely expensive. (Sounds fishy.) He also let me know at that time that the cheapest unit on the market is $12k. I felt as if we should have someone else come take a look and I am so glad that we did. Ronnie Jones came highly recommended by a friend, after we told this friend about our experience with the nameless company. Ronnie explained to me everything he was doing to check the unit, including hooking up a device to see how well it was working. It was clear at that time that it did need Freon, and Ronnie had that type in his van and added it to my unit. He charged me per the amount of Freon he put into the unit plus his regular service fee. He also showed me how to clean the outside of the unit and talked to me about how I should be setting my thermostats to be getting the longest life out of my air conditioners. He was straight up. He told me he can’t tell me exactly how much life is left in my unit, but he thinks I can get a couple more years out of it. So, for $225 total I am sleeping in a cool house tonight and whenever my unit does decide to die, I will be calling Ronnie Jones to sell me a new one.

I had another Contractor fixing my furnace and it took them 3 weeks and after completing the job the furnace failed after the first day of completion of their job. After my home warranty company sent out 2 vendors who would not service my system (which was on the roof, which is pretty common) Ronnie Jones worked with me ahead of time to verify access would not be an issue. If I could give Ronnie 10 stars I would!! I had a company called nex gen come out they said they tested everything and they quoted me $1,219 to replace a fan motor. I said that is too much and called for other quotes and ronnie quoted $400-500 for same issue! He came out promptly within the hour of my call thankfully he decided not to trust nex gens diagnosis and did his own testing and within just a mins he spotted the REAL issue, he told me that nex gen didn’t even test the capacitor there was still tape on it and then he noticed that they left 2 caps off both my Freon pipes!! He took pics for me and put everything back for me and replaced the capacitor and my air works now so amazing!! Ronnie is a sweet honest guy with lots of experience and knowledge and he won’t take advantage of you!! Definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!

We have had two other companies come to look at our furnace for the last six months and no one, I mean no one, has had one clue as to what was wrong with it. That was until we had Ronnie Jones AC come out last week. I had little hope he would find the problem since no one else had, but it was worth a try. I am so very thankful to everyone at Ronnie Jones AC and Heating. Our five year old AC compressor went out about a week and a half ago. Fortunately, AHS sent the work order here after an out of town company failed to respond. Of course our AC breaks down in the hottest part of the summer with our upstairs getting up to 98 degrees, so with every AC company booked out weeks in advance, thanks to Jana and Austin they had some cancellations and were able to get us in ASAP plus they quickly navigated the warranty/insurance process and minimized my frustration beyond belief. AHS even sent the wrong part but Austin was able to get the correct part during their install window. The install window was less than estimated and now after a week and a half we have cool air thanks to Ronnie Jones AC and heating. The others didnt reply, or found excuses for not working on the issue with my heat pump/PTAC/split system. House AC under Total Protect warranty & in July another callout company responded after the unit stopped cooling home. Quick systems check (without physically inspecting air flow filter), changed fuses & added hard start kit.Fast forward to August; House AC condenser froze up & temperature dropped.Fortunately Total Protect assigned RONNIE JONES AC to respond.Ronnie personally arrived at scheduled time, asked for history of problem, physically inspected air flow filter first (what 1st callout repairman didnt do) & discovered it had collapsed from accumulated dirt & melted water from the frozen evaporator coil.Ronnie personally took me along his trouble shooting diagnostics & explained the outside compressor motor was bad. Compressor vents were dirty & Ronnie showed the extreme drop of metered temperature when he flushed out the vents.Ronnie also noted the cheap hard kit was not necessary. Filter & motor replaced, compressor vents rinsed out & wiring (including fuse box) inspected & tightened ALL WITHIN 1HOUR....Very informative & allowed me to take pics of his process. Impressive & saved us big bucks...Highly recommended.
