I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Roland X. Tiemanns Law Office. His team has been amazing through every step of this unfortunate journey.Even though I had a non-conventional case with me being an out-of-state resident and a pending prior in my home state, I truly believe Michael B. was able to get me the best possible outcome with no jail time. His constant communication, knowledge of the California Law, and humbling transparency of what consequences I was facing made this experience much less frightening than it already was. Even after my case was closed, he still answers the phone and answers any questions that I may have as I am fulfilling my court requirements. His communication skills and service is paramount to any other attorney that I have worked with.Another great member of the team is Megan C., their legal assistant. She has been and continues to be such a great help as I am completing my court requirements. Even from the beginning of working with her to now more than 6 months later, she was quick to respond to any questions I had about what was going on with my case.There is no doubt in my mind that I chose the correct firm to represent me. Felony case dismissed..Highly recommend!!If i could give 10 stars i would. Ive been working with Aaron Cadiz for almost 6 months and his professionalism has been on top notch. Thanks to Aaron and The rest of the Tiemann Defense team i am happy to say my case was dismissed within 3 months of DEJ Agreement with the DA. Throughout the entire process Aaron and the team had been so confident and willing to do whatever it took to make sure that the one little mistake i made at a young age didnt have to affect my future. I was looking for DUI defense team and once I called Tiemann Defense, Rolland personally returned call in minutes and he agreed to review the reports I had on hand w/o asking for payment first. I emailed him reports and we discussed the matter briefly within an hour or so. After all, Rolland nicely offered to give them call back if I decide to hire them. I felt like I was talking to someone who want to give me a help w/o pressuring or making me feel any obligations. I called several other firms after and then returned call to Rolland. As we were going thru process it become certain that I made the right choice. I was working w/ Aaron Cadiz for court matters and Mike Lovas for DMV. Mike called me, we discussed and since that moment I almost forgot the DMV side of story exists. Mike handled everything w/ DMV. I did not have to talk to DMV at all and I had no day w/o driver license. Aaron made the most appearances in the court for me. He found a way to keep me out of custody until the hearing and I am sure Aaron worked the best case for me. While working w/ Aaron I was pleasantly surprised that Aaron remembers every detail of all our conversations and he was always extremely clear in guiding me thru process. My brother had a Felony Charges and I saw Roland’s Office on the internet and I went met with him. To be honest, at first I was not sure that they would be able to reduce my brother felony to misdemeanor charge and get everything easier and smooth. Both as we were promised and assured by Roland’s team it happened and my brother felony charges got reduced to misdemeanor and he also got helped with his other charges and honestly to went over and helped us through every single process until it was done completely. I had an unfortunate incident that required me to retain legal representation. I originally chose a different lawyer, which I now greatly regret. After 8 months with the prior representation, my case went nowhere and my prospects looked dim. I met with Roland and in 15 minutes, learned more and had far better guidance than the prior 8 months with the original attorney. Roland explained both the best- and worst-case scenarios, and in the initial meeting immediately created a plan of action. I worked with several of his associates, and they advanced my case quickly and made progress. After Roland’s team acted on my behalf, my case was resolved. They had great communication every step of the way. It was not the best-case scenario, but close to it. If I ever need representation in the future, I would rely on his team. LAST UPDATE: In court this morning, Roland got the judge to reduce and remove the Felony. Thanks sir!!!UPDATE: Roland has taken me all the way through a Felony conviction, the probation and now hes expunging the felony for me!! If you knew how bad it couldve been?? I cant say enough about Roland and his excellent team!I stepped in it sooo bad, was looking at a few years in prison at least, a straight disaster for a 54 yr old man. To make things worse, I live out of state. A little worse? The DA wanted me kept with 3 other defendants! This was was a difficult case, requiring him to tackle it from many different directions. Mr. Tiemann was fantastic. He had a strategy from the start and executed it to perfection. 6 months ankle bracelet, 2 years probation. After probation the felony turns into a misdemeanor, unheard of with my charge.The guy works nonstop, I think Roland lives at that courthouse! He knows every soul in the place and they know him. Here’s what you do, first, get Roland Tiemann, then let him work and don’t expect a phone call every five minutes because you’re worried. YOU stepped in it, YOU are obviously in need of an expert in law. He’s going to get you the best deal he can.

Basic appearance attorney. Depending on who your lawyer is that week. I was constantly shuffled from one attorney to another. Originally meet with Roland and he seemed fine, then emailed by Kelsey, whe I was supposed to meet her in person both times either she rescheduled or her husband showed up. Very confusing. The whole time I was told they were working on my case but really shooting it from the hip before every court appearance. Never got me anything other than the original DA offer. The whole team only seemed interested in trying to get me to take the first offer and move on. If you have more money than time and need an appearance firm they are fine. If you are expecting full service be prepared to spend a little more and look elsewhere. Ok, well. Im off to jail now.

Ive witnessed other attorneys get scolded and told how unorganized they were and seen the judge compliment and thank Roland for his and his teams professionalism inside the courts. Greatful for whichever attorney it was, wasn’t the same person every time. Honestly think I would have gotten the same charges with a public defender or less time. Having no prior criminal history, mental health, single parent and working a fed job for 10 years didn’t count for anything I got the max on everything. Thought some of the charges would be dropped due to my experience that day but in all actuality I could have saved myself 4k and used a public defender. I received no call back once the case was settled and paid off to explain the charges and time for things, they did email me back which didn’t give me the needed answers, that I’m now figuring out on my own.

He is exactly the lawyer you wish to have the day you need someone to stand up in court with you and fight for your freedom. My spouse was looking at a potential double digit prison term- due to previous criminal history, and with Rolands help, hard work, time and effort he was thankfully, blessed with just 2, potentially 1 year. I hired Mr. Tiemann to defend me in a marijuana cultivation case where I was the sole defendant arrested on an illegal cannabis cultivation site . I was initially charged with felony cultivation and felony possession of a sawed off shotgun and misdemeanor possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Roland charged me 5000 $ to represent me and I was very anxious about the results . He consistently urged me to plea the charges down to pleading guilty to a misdemeanor cultivation charge and doing probation for a year or two and some community service. I refused out of indignance. Once the police department released the discovery of evidence and I analyzed it thoroughly I concluded that there was no evidence against me and decided to take the case to trial to fight for my innocence. Roland informed me he would require another 2000$ to take the case to trial. I was frustrated but agreed to pay. It took over two years of going to court before the judge dismissed the case before it went to trial and I did not have to pay the additional 2000$ to go to trial after all. Roland is a great attorney, his communication with me was a little spotty throughout the duration of the case, but at the end of the day he delivered above and beyond the expectation. I would recommend his service to anyone in el dorado county.
