With much enthusiasm I highly recommend Andrew Rogerson to broker the purchase / sale of your business. With his assistance and expertise, my father recently sold his medical practice, and we were very happy with every aspect of the sale. He accurately evaluated my fathers practice and then marketed the sale with energy and determination. The sale was difficult and time consuming, as many prospective buyers proved inappropriate and too challenging to close the deal. Finally, we were able to close with the right medical group.I want to commend Andrew for his hard work, many hours of emails and telephone calls, very helpful discussions with lawyers and accountants, and ability to resolve conflicts and roadblocks to complete the sale. I always found him to be easy to talk to, in good humor, cooperative, helpful, and responsive.Communication with him was easy. Andrew was amazing and very knowledgeable. He completed a professional business evaluation for me, and I was very impressed with his detail, and the amount of work he put into it. It was definitely worth every penny. Even afterwards Andrew was willing to chat with me on the phone a number of times and answer follow up questions I had via email for no extra charge. All around he is a really nice guy, super professional, knowledgeable and from what I have seen the best in the business. He has many resources on his website that I also found to be very helpful. I was trying to buy one of his represented medical practices. He did not disclose the medical practice owner just got medical board discipline of how he practiced his business. I found out and asked him why he did not know or did not disclose to potential buyers. He said that is not his responsibility to do that. What do you think? Honesty? Integrity? Professionalism? Be careful all potential buyers who consider whatever business he is representing. Good luck to you.

Andrew worked diligently on all aspects of selling our clients business. Andrew Rogerson delivered what he promised, He calmly went above and beyond to get this difficult saie completed. When the transaction seemed to be heading south because of special financing needs of the buyer he worked diligently and creatively to help the buyer obtain financing to complete the sale. Really amazing job. Highly recommend.
