I had a great experience working with Connor. I went in to get my grandpas watch repaired and told him how important the watch was to me and that I need it back asap to wear for graduation and he got things done right away. I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now and remain very impressed with their excellent customer service!

I came to Roger’s Jewelry Co to get a battery for my watch. Not only did I get my battery replaced, they also cleaned my watch as well as my wedding ring cleaned. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly, professional staff. I will definitely be back!

I visited Roger’s today to get a ring size adjuster and have my jewelry cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The staff, especially Lindsey, were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Lindsey not only adjusted my ring with precision but also cleaned my jewelry in just a few minutes, relieving me of worries I had about damaging them permanently. The Rogers team has always been very kind and helpful. With my most recent purchase there was a little hiccup with the watch but, Connor and his team went over and above to get everything resolved quickly and to my liking. Great experience overall!

Got a new ring sized up and 2 repairs made on a bracelet and necklace. Reasonable prices, took less than a 2 weeks, and everything looked just as new upon pickup.Was a little nervous being my first time having any alterations done on my jewelry but would definitely recommend!!

It was a pleasure working with Connor, and we will definitely work with him again! We collaborated on a custom opal ring, and we couldnt have asked for a better end result. We are very happy with how the ring turned out. Its exactly as we imagined it...maybe even better. The only reason for the four star rating instead of five is our interactions with others at Rogers Jewelry Co. If we were only rating Connor, without question, our rating would have been five out of five stars. He was very good at communicating with us, and in our discussions with him, we always felt heard. This wasnt our experience with other Rogers employees.The communication with the designer, Dave, was cumbersome. After our initial in-person meeting, we didnt hear from him for three months. This was over the holidays, so we were understanding, but we often felt like we were the ones who had to take the initiative to keep the ball rolling. Also, everytime I added Connor to the CC list, Dave would reply instead of reply all, and drop Connor out of the loop. We definitely achieved most of our communication through Connor, both in person and via text message, but the overall communication between all three parties felt a bit disjointed. We also had to iterate a few times on his designs, despite the fact that we were trying to replicate a ring that already existed, and that we provided to him; initially just images, and then the actual ring in-hand. Ultimately, we wrote a very detailed email with multiple annotated photos of his 3D mockups next to the original to describe exactly where his design differed from the original in ways that were important to us, and after that he nailed it.

I usually go into Roger’s Jewelry to get the battery changed in my watch. They are always very friendly, helpful & polite in spite of the very small sale. This is why I went back to them when I decided to buy a piece of jewelry. The service is impressive along with their jewelry!

I am just astonished by my experience at this jewelry store. I came in to just get my watch pin replaced and I immediately formed a connection with the people here. Connor and Yzabel kindly greeted me as soon as I walked in the shop and fixed my watch. Joseph also offered to take my ring sizes for free. This is the kind of place that restores my faith in humanity and I’m being 100% serious. Thank you!
