What an HONORABLE COMPANY!!Impeccable with their word, when they say you pay one time, their not kidding... great crew, great results... Unlike any other company very proud and grateful to have been able to work with these folks. We live in a rural area, and were infested with Mice, Rats etc... they came they fixed it, and they left... and when we saw evidence of more mouse/Rat signs, one phone call, scheduled and here!... could not give any company a higher review!BTW.. their teams attention to Detail was so impressive, and their experience of knowing what to do and where to look is impressive...

The rats were not only gnawing inside the walls, but they created an enormous mess of rat droppings in the crawl space as well as ripping up the under-floor insulation. A neighbor had used Rodents Stop and recommended them. They were on the job in just a few days — three men in white suits for almost the full day cleaning up everything including removing the old insulation, re-covering all of the vents around the house, and closing up every likely entry space. Then there was a break of several weeks with regular approximately-weekly inspections. With the rodents apparently gone, two men then spent a whole day reinstalling the under-floor insulation, and making a final inspection around the house. The overall process was thorough and competent. The price may be high, but the service is substantial and excellent. I highly recommend Rodents Stop.

We first hired Rodents Stop in around 2016, after we had installed a new roof. Turned out that the contractor had left enough space in a corner for rats to get into our attic, into one of the walls and also the basement. I thought this service was too expensive, but they did a very good job and we didnt have any rat problem for years. Recently, though, in 2023 another contractor did some work that required changing a couple of pipes that went into the crawl space under the house through two of the screened openings, and he took way too long to seal up those screened vents. I kept telling him, We have a rat problem around here. Please dont leave that open!, to no avail. Then we saw some rat droppings in our basement and even small chunks of insulation being pulled out from underneath our floor. I called Rodent Stop again, and thought they were going to charge us a bunch more since we had opened a way for the rats to get back in. But no! They said there could be a charge of around $300 if the problem was really serious, but when they came out and saw it, they were able to improve the seal on those two screened openings to the crawl space, set out some traps, and they caught the two rats who were down there,--all for no extra charge. I was impressed.Now there have been no more rats for months. They were serious about that lifetime guarantee!

It took a few visits for them to completely stop rats from entering the house, but we have been rodent free for more than three years now. Cleaned out all old insulation and replaced with new.Great job!

They got the job done. We had rats in the attic. It’s been six months since they finished and not a sign of rats. Friendly staff, very thorough, a job very well done. Highly recommended.

We experienced problems with mice in the attic about three years ago. Rhodent Stop sealed all the openings and set traps ridding the attic of all mice. We have not had a problem since.

By far.......exceeded our expectations. They pulled out all of our rat waste soiled insulation, vacuumed all areas to remove all toxins the rats left behind, sanitized the entire area, sealed all potential access points thoroughly and professionally, and then set traps to ensure all rodents were gone and werent getting back in. I would not go to anyone else. Even an HVAC contractor who sees these kind of issues all the time was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and workmanship of the access point sealing they performed.

I called Rodents Stop about an unwelcome rodent problem in my attic. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, a lady called me and essentially refused service just because I was exploring other options.Apparently getting quotes from multiple companies to make an informed decision is forbidden with Rodents Stop. Silly me, I didnt realize customer choice was such an offensive concept.Rest assured I learned my lesson - Ill know better than to expect basic professional courtesy or flexible customer service from them again. Why provide a competitive estimate when you can just browbeat customers into submission instead?Clearly this company values overinflated egos more than customer satisfaction. I suppose I should be grateful they showed their true colors before wasting my time and money.Thanks for the enlightening experience, Rodents Stop. I now know exactly where NOT to turn for pest control services in the future.

The folks a Rodent stop have been terrific!—-They do the one thing that is rare these days: they do what they say they’re going to do—-Israel comes with his team and does a thorough job, sometimes taking several hours—All the folks are very pleasant and leave the place cleaner than they found it—-it may seem expensive at first, but it is money very well spent—
