Roco’s has been my go to spot for my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings. I shopped around for engagement rings and Roco’s price was almost half the price of other jewelers for basically the same ring. Not only that, they are incredibly friendly and personable. They also do custom jobs and repairs/resizing it’s quick and high quality. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been a customer at Roco’s Jewelry before when they set my loose diamond onto a custom wedding band, so I returned when my fiancé’s prong got bent. The associate Delaney was very kind, helpful, and able to answer any questions we had. The work was estimated to be completed in one week but was finished in only 2 days. Upon return we did notice some scratches on the prongs but the store took the ring back and replaced the entire head with no additional cost. Fiancé is very happy she can wear her ring again. My Gramma passed away Feb 2021, but a few years ago she gave my oldest two of her rings. They were too big and gaudy for my daughter, and I don’t think she’d ever really wear them. So instead of them sitting in a safe, I took them to Roco’s and asked to take them apart and make something new. Alex is very professional & accommodating. He designed a ring for me out of my own stones & gold, & also replaced all the prongs on a vintage ring I inherited. When a diamond fell out of the ring, he immediately offered to replace the stone & reinforce all the prongs at no charge. The ring he designed was beautiful & was completed very quickly. He and Pam are very kind and easy to work with, & I trust them completely.I returned to Roco’s recently to have a new wedding ring made after losing the primary stone in my original set. I brought my commitment ring in to get resized for my middle finger 😳. It actually bothered my ring finger because I found out the white gold diamond ring was hollow and the holes in the back would collect everything even my missing socks. Luckily they were able to fill some of it and my ring looks amazing. I honestly took it to a different store first that wanted to charge me an outrageous price to get resized and the wait was over five weeks. So I walked out. Then I was told about Roco’s so I checked them out. They quoted me a much more reasonable price and we’re honest about it so I decided to get my ring filled as well. Their jewelry is gorgeous and they literally do everything there, from cleaning what you have to making a custom piece for you. My watch fits perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

Edited: I am editing my review as I understand the importance of small, local businesses and their existence in society. Even though I did not have the best experience and I am sure it was an isolated incident, our rings came out beautiful as always. Maybe the issues that were brought forward can be used as an opportunity to improve the process and procedures. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
