Buying a used car in a city you don’t live in is quite daunting, especially when that city is Los Angeles. But we got lucky when we found Rockstar. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience-these guys were knowledgeable, straightforward and surprisingly kind! I was expecting to have to bargain and defend against scams but this was far from the experience with Gor and his brother. We got a great car and felt very informed throughout. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks guys for being awesome!

Purchasing a used car is frightening! My daughter and I searched for a few weeks online, researching dealerships for two weeks. Found this place online while looking to replace my broken truck. The man was friendly and accommodating thru the whole process. Other than having to come back the next day to get the title it was pretty smooth car buying experience. I love my “new” truck. I had been looking for a specific car (a diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk) and the brothers at Rockstar were able to find it for me at the price I wanted and the condition of the car exceeded my wildest expectations.Harry was dedicated and committed to finding me my car and was very communicative throughout the whole process.Gor helped me find financing and was honest throughout the whole process. I purchased a vehicle from Rockstar Auto Group a month ago and I must say the customer service provided to me by Gor and Harry was superb! The brothers went above and beyond every step of the way to make certain that a minor issue such as a worn tire was replaced expeditiously and I can honestly say I not only received a good quality 2016 Volkswagen but literally the best hospitality, reliability and attentiveness from a dealer ever. They made my first time buying experience one to remember and I am so glad we met. Overall a great process! If I could give them ten stars I would.

I was searching for a very specific car for months. I had thought I found it a couple of times but only to discover each car had its own mechanical issues. When I came across the exact one I wanted on the Rockstar Auto Group’s website, I was cautious not to get my hopes up. When visiting Rockstar’s lot, I was Impressed by the condition of all the cars—it made me hopeful. I had the car thoroughly checked out by my own mechanic (a must when buying a used car) and I was very pleased to find out it was in great condition.Gor at Rockstar was not the stereotypical “used car salesman”. He was not pushy; instead, he was personable, friendly, communicative and reasonable. His professionalism allowed us to negotiate a fair deal. He and his brother Harut gave the most excellent customer service even during a time of family emergency and mourning.I ended up buying the car I went in for, and I absolutely love it. So I had to make sure to write a review because my experience here was sooooo amazing!!! I needed a car because my old car was costing me so much money fixing it. I was driving around and decided to stop by and ask a few questions about financing. I honestly didn’t know if I’ll get approved because of my credit. Gor was so confident that he’ll get me approved and did!!!! I’m soooo thankful, they were so patient throughout the ENTIRE process, and the customer service alone was top tier. They approved me for a red Prius right on time during the gas increase. The car was clean, great mileage, and runs so smooth. 😊

Ive moved to LA from Europe and took me 9 MONTHS to find a car. I was tired of talking to dealerships and the way that treated me (woman, expat...you can imagine). Gor was nice, promised he was different. At the moment I went to pick up the car I found an issue with the mirrow and the door. I would need to leave the car and wait for another day to get it fixed. The shop is very far away, I had to get a cab to come and go again, I left and he promised me he would fix anytime for free when I found time.Months later I contacted him, he ignored me. I tried again, he then said he would double check to see what he had promised me and never replied. In short, another car dealer.

Wow, never in my life has it been so hard to try and buy a car. I came across a car I wanted to buy. Initially sent a few emails to ask more info. and schedule an appointment. I didnt get any response. After checking Google to see if theyre open, I drove down to their dealership on Memorial Day to see the car I was interested in. Turns out they werent open, but at least I got to see the car through the fence.The following week I reached out again through another site. I asked if they were still in business as I could not get through via phone or email. I did get someone and they confirmed they were still in business. I asked if I could come down the following day (a Sunday) to see the car in-person, and get a test drive. The individual I spoke to said sure, anytime after 11a worked for them. We confirmed 11:30a.I again drove the 40mi. from my home to their dealership. Nobody was there as promised, so I emailed and called... no response. I waited 30-minutes, but nobody ever showed up. To recap; I drove 80mi. roundtrip two times to try and purchase this car. This on top of several email and phone calls as well.Evidently they had good customer service in the past, at least due to reviews here on Google. Something obviously changed as customer service is no longer in their vernacular.. nor is sticking to their word of being their to show the car when promised. Its so sad that a small business like this could fail so badly at customer service. There is no way I could confidently recommend this business.

After a fruitless week-long search we came across Rockstar, who had an older Ford Explorer that was super clean and low in mileage. You know how most adverts feel like a bait and switch - car is less impressive in person than in the listing? Not so with Rockstar. The car was as clean as advertised. Gor was personable and helpful without the hard sell tactics that turn people off big dealerships. Supporting and buying from a smaller, family owned business vs a dealership really is the best option. It was worth the drive from the LA/OC border to N. Hollywood for this deal with this team! My experience here was fantastic. Gor was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I had been looking for a very specific model of Audi, and he happened to have a clean, low mileage example on the lot while I was in LA for work. We set up a time to view the car, and I was met with an extremely low pressure situation. The process moved as slow or as fast as I wanted, and after thoroughly inspecting the car and taking it for a test drive I was sold. Since this happened over the weekend, Gor was gracious enough to hold the car for me until banks opened on Monday and we closed the deal. Ive had the car for about a month now and couldnt be happier. Let me start from the beginning, I work at Starbucks down the way from Gor and his brothers dealership. I have known Gor for a few years now and he became one of my favorite regulars at work. I finally saved enough money to make my first vehicle purchase and explored my options for a used car. This was my first auto purchase so I didnt have a lot of experience or knowledge on what I needed to do. Gor and his brother really came through for me and guided me through all of the necessary steps to finance a car that they had on their lot (it was a huge coincidence that they had the car I initially was searching for, a Subaru Crosstrek! The universe was looking out for me!). They set me up with a vehicle that was affordable, low on mileage, great on gas, and to my safety standards! They were patient with my questions and not only answered them, but gave me answers to questions I didnt know I would have during the process. Gor was very thorough with the paperwork and talked about all of the fees the car would come with to ensure that there would be no surprise charges when I finalized my paperwork. What was most refreshing was not being pushed into making a purchase right away. Gor gave me time to think about my decision and told me to reach out if I had any other questions or concerns. Such a friendly and supportive team, thank you guys for helping me with my first vehicle! I would highly recommend giving them a visit if youre looking for an affordable used car. Do not go here, they sell lemons. My girlfriend bought a Honda Element which we later found out was completely rusted underneath. Breaks were essentially stuck and transmission was busted. We had to sell the car within 3 weeks of buying it. Gor is just another shark scumbag car salesman who went on about how much of a good guy he is I would let my pregnant sister in law drive this. He might give you the same speech about how he used to educate special needs children. Probably another lie. Hell say anything for a penny. We left several other reviews but they were all removed. We tried reaching out to him before posting anything online but of course not a word back. Gor will pressure you on the spot to post a pleasant review as soon as possible before you realize he sold you a beat car.Please stay away from these people.

Rockstar Auto Group is a great place to get a car!I went in with my mom to buy a used Honda Civic and I got a really decent price on a car in great condition. I am only the second owner of the car and Rockstar made the whole process so easy and they did all the maintenance on the car before it was on sale. They did all the paperwork for me and I left the lot with the car that day. They even sent me a check for s 4$ fee refund and a letter later just checking in-Gor and his brothers are awesome!Would definitely get another car there again.

Rockstar Auto Group was an amazing car buying experience. The two brothers that run the lot, Gore and Harry, are very kind and arent trying to sell you on any particular car. They truly care about the buyer and want you to get what you are paying for in a car. They are upfront and honest about the cars on the lot and arent trying to hide anything wrong with the cars. They truly care about the relationship they make with their customers. Overall, the car buying process was quick and easy for me with Rockstar Auto Group because I knew I could trust Gore and Harry on what they said about the car I purchased.

Rockstar is great! I recently bought a used Camry from them and could not be happier! The car is in great condition, has low mileage and absolutely no problems. Gor came with me to the mechanic before I bought the car to check for any problems and she told me that the vehicle was a total steal. I couldnt agree more! Gor was beyond friendly, helpful and fair with the price. They also took care of the registration for me. Though weve been having some problems with the DMV and filing the paperwork on time, which is absolutely no fault to Rockstar, Gor has been very communicative and helpful as always. If you are looking for reliable used cars salespeople (which is honestly almost impossible to come by) I definitely suggest Rockstar!

I am Rockstar Auto Groups #1Biggest Fan. The guys there, especially Gor, spent time with me on the phone even before I went down to their dealership/car lot, on the day I called two years ago, and basically had me at hello! They put in the most effort and far and away gave me above and beyond customer service from the moment he answered the phone. He td me about the inventory on the lot, gave me descriptions and info about the available cars so that I already knew what they had before I even got there! I had a list of about 5 contenders, then took 6 test drives because I saw another good car once I was there. They were all good cars, in good/great shape and all I had to do on my part was make a choice once we had done the test drives. The pricing was fair for the quality of the vehicles, and they offered to make any accommodations they could, to make double-triple-surethat I was happy, and fixed the loose connection I found on the sunvisor, sent me to the car stereo guy to see about upgrading the stereo in the car, at my request, and due to a particularly difficult situation I had after falling Ill at my brothers, Gor even delivered the car to me!!! ( small, well worth it fee for time, gas and mileage which was totally fair and affordable in my opinion). Never in my wildest dreams would I gave thought a car dealer-guy would do so much, and become such a well liked associate in my world. I have constantly told people about the rock stars at Rockstar Auto and whenever I know friends/family are looking for a good used car, I give them one of the extra business cards that I made sure to have an extra of in my purse/wallet. The car has been great. Ive had no problems with it at all. I did put new tires on it after a year-and-a-half of fun driving on it after I bought it, and at one point it asked for a thermostat - regular stuff for any car, not to mention used car!! No surprises, no issues, no problems at all. Took it camping to Yosemite, twice so far, and it handled the hills and roads wonderfully - like a pro !! Im so glad I followed my instincts after researching and shopping all avenues for months before I made that call to Gor....then I was done. And happy. And satisfied. And well taken care of. I called them for advice twice, and they sent me to their associates in the car biz world, where I was well taken care of -AGAIN. As I shopped for my next car over the past week, I feel like I visited almost every dealership in the NoHo/Van Nuys area. First of all, Gor and Harry put out the best vibe that I found walking into the various dealerships. Second, I had a pretty strict criteria for what I was looking for as related to budget and mileage. Gor immediately pointed me to the car on their lot that made the most sense for me.It turned out to be the best fit that I was able to find anywhere. Their general manager, Gor, was very kind and nice to sit down with us and go over all the options. He didn’t look like he wasn’t trying to just sell us a car like other places. He took his time and kept it real on what we can qualify for with our budget and credit when other places just kept on running her credit and asking for unseen down payments and at the end telling us she doesn’t qualify. Last month I was on a journey to find myself a used car. I had a specific type of car in mind and searched throughout the internet to find what I was looking for within a particular budget. When my catalytic converter was stolen off my car during the night across from Rockstar Auto Group, I contacted the owners to see if their cameras had picked up anything. They spent hours and hours going through footage to catch hard-to-spot glimpses of the theft that were incredibly vital for me. I came in a few times to look at the footage myself and to collect the footage for the police report. They were also more than willing to cooperate with law enforcement in case they were contacted about the footage. Both owners were incredibly empathetic to how I felt and that truly meant a lot to me. They also gave me recommendations for places to get my car repaired and where I should look for clues regarding the theft.If they spent this much time helping out someone for free, imagine what they could do for someone looking for their next car. Theyre both incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and I know theyll do anything to find the right fit for you.Theyre great about communication and were always one phone call away. I friggin loveeeee this place!!! Walked in, greatest guy greeted me like hes known me for years. Incredibly took me through lot and showed me 5 bmws that were available and told me the specs for each one. Ended up buying my favorite 335i for less than what I thought Id pay. I unfortunately didnt have a good experience with Gor or Rockstar. I dont ever leave reviews, but I am in this instance because it was a stressful, time consuming experience when these good reviews had convinced me it would not be.The TLDR: The first time I tried to come see it he was not respectful of my time and didnt inform me in a timely manner that he didnt have the car. When I actually did test drive the car I felt pressured to make a decision about the car immediately. He had scheduled my appointment to overlap with someone else who was there to view the same car, I imagine to play us off of each other.I called Gor to set an appointment to view a car and was told it was out with their mechanic, but that he was positive it would be on the lot Wednesday by noon. I called Gor Wednesday morning to confirm that the car would be there because I could take a couple hours off and had a friend heading that way anyway (I live an hour away and would have had to take a $40 Lyft there). He said he was sure it would be on the lot that afternoon, and would call his mechanic to confirm and call me right back. He never called me back, but my friend was leaving and this was my only chance to catch a free ride there. I went by Rockstar to see the car. He had either never called the mechanic or hadnt followed up when the mechanic didnt answer him, so he said he would give me a call as soon as he spoke with him and the car should be there later that afternoon. I left and went to a nearby coffee shop. He called me later and said they would not have the car until Saturday, and offered to have me come see it Monday. I set an appointment for Monday at 11am.I texted with him Monday morning and told him my work meeting was running over and asked if I could come see the car at 11:30. He said yes, but that he had another appointment at that time. I said I understood. It was completely my fault for being late, but I couldnt leave the meeting.The other appointment at 11:30 was another person looking at the same car. I dont know know why you would schedule two people to look at the same car within a half hour unless you are planning to play the two people off of each other to pressure one into a sale. What was his plan for if I had said I was going to buy it immediately at the end of my test drive at 11am? Call the girl and tell her to turn around? Let her come and test drive it hoping I would offer more? He was planning on wasting someones time, whether it was mine or the other buyers.The other person took it for a test drive first, and then I did. He told me immediately that she had offered to buy it but wanted to take it to a mechanic first to check it out. When we returned to the lot, I was not given any time to consider whether I would counter the offer, he stood with me for a minute while the other buyer hovered a couple feet away. I decided to leave instead of buying something because I felt pressured to. I wasted $80 on Lyfts, and felt like I was a prop used to get someone else to buy the car. I had already set up insurance for it, and wasted a combined full day on two separate occasions coming to see it.I wouldnt go back here, even if the prices seem reasonable.

Its new business..its an honest business and they found me the car I wanted within my means that wasnt necessarily on their Lot. Im a professional Research Analyst thats worked for top Advertising Agency that handled Taco Bell/Pepsi Cola. I handled that for several years including Research for Princess Cruises which was my companys Clients. Every Car Lot I researched in last 4wks was useless until I accidentally came across Rockstar Autos! Unless you live right down the street from this dealer and can easily get there in person, I wouldn’t try working with them. From my experience over the past month or so, they don’t call you back when they say they will, and they rarely answer their phone.
