I recently had Rockland heating and air come out and completely replace our entire HVAC system. The team was very professional. Everything was installed in a single day. The closet access was left clean, and Sean came back the next morning to check on some fine-tuning with the heater.We are a family of six I work full-time from my house. This was a very smooth, non-disruptive and a clean process. My wife was also very happy, from quote to day after install support.Side note, the guys were super nice, great personalities and a pleasure to have in our home !

From start to finish Rocklin Heating and Air showed nothing but professionalism. Did not make up any answers for any of my inquiries. Shaun gave the best honest perspective amongst the 4 companies I called for proposals. And also gave the lowest competitive price for the option I elected. Mike and Elliot got in at 0800 and was done at 1600. Very efficient installers. I wish they were provided with a portable AC/Swamp cooler coz’ it was so hot up in the attic. These guys are definitely an asset to this company. Thank you for your prompt and professional installation.

Our air conditioner went out one night. I sent a message at midnight and they called me first thing in the morning to have someone come out that day. Mark showed up and was super knowledgeable and happy to educate me. He explained the entire diagnostic process and was able to resolve the issue while giving me tips/advice for the future. Mark was excellent and fixed our issue very fast. He was not only very easy to work with but it was immediately apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable at his craft. Mark went above and beyond to not only fix our issue but also gave us a run down on the current status of our system. I have an older air conditioning unit that needed a new motor for the condenser fan. Mark was able to find a replacement motor from an out of town supplier. Despite several complicating factors, Mark was able to get possession of the part and install it quickly, completely in accordance with the price and time estimates he gave me. I really appreciate the excellent service he provided.

Service was excellent. Parker arrived early and checked out our new system. I discussed some airflow balancing issues with him and he did check the damper settings for those areas of the house. Parker was polite and efficient.My only wish is that technicians would stop using impact drivers to tighten sheet metal screws in the AC and furnace housings. Its complete overkill and eventually results in stripped screws.

Our technician, Parker, called us with an approximate arrival time, and arrived at our home within the time frame. We appreciated his clean cut appearance, he was respectful of our property, was friendly and professional. He explained the tune up he was going to perform, and when it was completed in a timely manner, he advised us our HVAC system was in great working order. We have been very satisfied with our system since it was installed by Rocklin Heating & Air a few years ago.

Joe came byTuesday morning to inspect our AC unit that stopped cooling suddenly on Monday evening. He told us a capacitor had blown and that he had a spare replacement that will fix the problem. We gave him the go ahead to do the work and additionally agreed to his request to replace refrigerant to complete the service. We are very pleased with Joe’s competent work and his demeanor!

Well, guess what?! My AC broke and I love my AC. I am one of those people who runs hot and needs it really cold. Oh boy, I was not happy. I called Rocklin Heating & Air on a Monday or Tuesday and got a diagnostics on my old unit on Thursday. The old unit was done. I accepted a quote from Rocklin Heating & Air that day and it was installed 11 days later which I believe to be a quick turnaround as it was June and we were already having some 105 days. The installers were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They started a bit before 8am and finished around 1 or 1:30pm. Wow! My AC was back up and running again! By the way, for the days I had no AC, they loaned me a portable AC at no charge. My experience with Rocklin Heating & Air was awesome and Im very glad I used them.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our serviceperson, Mark, his friendliness, expertise and honesty. We contacted Rocklin Heating and Air seeking a second opinion after signing with another company for an AC checkup. That company told us that we would need repairs ranging from about $3000 to $8000 and might need an entirely new unit. Mark worked with us for over an hour and made two repairs for less than $400.We were so impressed by Rocklin Heating and Air and by Mark that we instantly signed up for your twice a year servicing of our AC and heating even though we had prepaid with the first company for that service and were basically eating the fall furnace service which we had previously paid for!Our thanks to your folks and we look forward to working with you and our future AC and heating endeavors.

Brandon installed a new Smart Vent damper motor, then, because Smart Vent made too much noise, went into the attic to check a relay. Fixed that, and last night, using the Smart Vent, it worked so much more efficiently! It cooled down the house faster, and stayed cool after. We have an unusual scenario for the location of our heat/air unit that we inherited from the former owners. Brandon and Sean took considerable time insuring that the unit could be replaced and would be able to be serviced in the future. They made multiple trips to check out and trouble shoot options for accessing the locations to insure we had no issues in the future, should the unit need to be serviced. We came up with a sound plan and are signing the contract for the install today! Other companies threw up their hands and told us our only options were twice as expensive. It is great to see customer service is still alive at some place today! Thanks for ALL your help and time. The install went well and the staff were excellent ! Even though the job took an extra hour to complete. They were meticulous about checking their work before leaving, and took the time to go over the new thermostat with us before they left. Ac wasnt blowing cold air and Rocklin Heating and Air had someone send out within an hour to fix it because I have chinchillas that were getting close to the max heat they can live at.The gentleman who came out knew exactly what was going on and fixed it immediately. My a/c started blowing out warm air the first time we tried using it this year. I had Rocklin Heating and Air come out to test it and they found it had leaked out nearly all its refrigerant. Given the age of the system, it needed to be replaced. I also had another company come out and test and give me a quote. Rocklin Heating & Air was around half the other quote. The installers were super friendly, organized, and quick to get the job done. I would definitely recommend.

Rocklin Heating & Air did a great job on our installation and gave us exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation. We used them maintenance for a few years prior to purchasing our HVAC system and found them to be honest about replacement parts that could and could not wait to be replaced. Their customer service is exceptional - always got back to me about questions promptly, called if they were going to be only a few minutes late, and phoned me when a short distance away. Rocklin Heating and Air was able to fit me in quickly. They diagnosed the problem, took pictures and submitted the details. It was determined the unit needed to be replaced. They gave me two options for replacement. I sent all the info to my good friend and who had his own hvac business in town. He unfortunately retired and move to Idaho. He said the quote looked good and it was true about the R22. Plus they have a special financing program going. That is as much as I can give feedback on so far.

Due to wrong part being initially ordered requested reduction in labor charge (part cost under warranty) Rocklin Heating & Air denied request. Was explained wasnt their fault - it was the vendor who sent the wrong part. Be that at it may - the recognition of the incorrect part was not recognized until the repairman was at my home trying to replace the part and realizing - part was wrong. Therefore had to wait for new part to come in - which was over last week when it was the hottest her. I felt my request was reasonable - I didnt ask for full removal simply a reduction - The lady who answered the phone was so quick to the no - that it wasnt Rocklin Heatings fault so no reduction would be had.

Although the diagnosis resulted in a system replacement, he tested everything before arriving to that solution. I am absolutely elated to give 5 stars and a very well-deserved thank you to Brian and his team, Elliot and Brenden. Anyways, Brian and his team (T) were not only professional and courteous, they were a top notch T that knows their stuff. They installed a Carrier (high quality) furnace (in an attic) and 5 new vents/ducts hook up in my moms home (built in 1950). From a novice standpoint, the job appeared to be complicated and came with its challenges (at the end their uniforms said it all). Nevertheless, when the job was done their demeanor did not change one bit. Brian was extremely detailed in his explanation about the work performed and took me into each and every room to show me....good thing because I am a visual person. He also went over all the paperwork. Brenden left the work area clean and free of any debris.That was a welcomed surprise, too. And they wore smiles the entire time.I was amazed to Rocklin Heating & Air hired a 3rd party company to come out and test the duct air pressure and ensure it was up to par. I hadnt heard about this process before.On another note and related to the project, Rocklin Heating & Airs management team transferred the warranty to the potential new owner (since we will be selling the property soon). This will be a good selling point.Also, a friend in Lincoln called the company on my initial post re Joe, (my first initial tech) who came out to see them. My friends went with Rocklin Healting and once again their integrity shined through. Yep, they completed the job for $650!!!! And not the thousands of dollars ($15K) estimates they had received previously from other vendors. In todays market where every one is trying to earn a buck (it should be an honest buck), I want to reward those who deserve it and are fair and honest to the consumer. It builds trust in the trade market which is very much needed.We even signed up for their platinum annual heating and air check up program for our personal residence.
