I cannot say enough great things about Rocklin dental! The doctors, dental hygienists, and front desk staff are all so kind and welcoming. The office is clean and they get you in and out quickly while also providing thorough service. One of their Registered Dental Hygienist, Simona, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting. She makes you feel so comfortable during your visit and I feel like she’s been a life long friend of mine. For all things dental and oral hygiene, search no further because Rocklin Dental provides exceptional dental care and you will not be disappointed! :)

Excellent Dental office!! My husband and I can honestly say weve never received the kind of service and professionalism this entire office provides. Dr. Robinson is an amazing Dentist, along with his entire staff! From the minute you walk into their beautiful office you feel the camraderi of the staff all working together to insure you are well taken care of. We kinda feel like part of their family. 😁 Every procedure weve had done was fully explained in detail in a way that was easy for us to understand. They even have TVs above head so you can relax and be entertained with a beautiful nature video while setting in the dental chair. Its been two years since we changed to this Dental Office and we couldnt be happier with our decision. We highly recommend this Dental Practice!

Best dentist in Rocklin! My family has been going here for almost a decade. Dr. Robison feels like he’s family. He knows how to joke around, make you feel at ease, and can answer any question about dentistry you have. Believe me—I’ve actually tried to stump him. He is also a dad to a special needs son and you can tell he is just really compassionate. Bonus—he’s a veteran and who doesn’t like supporting a vet. highly recommend.

Highly highly recommend this practice. The office is beautiful and clean. The chairs are super comfortable and you can watch TV while getting your work done!Brinley greeted me at the door and quickly got me into the back even though I was a little early to my appointment.Dr. Robison is amazing and despite it being a couple years since my last dentist appointment, there was no judgement (a rare find in my opinion). With my past doctors I often need a couple shots in the same place before numbing fully. But Dr. Robison was able to do it in one round and I felt absolutely nothing.Katrina completed my fillings speedy quick without jeopardizing quality, a real talent. During the fillings my jaw started getting tired and she made special accommodations to make things more comfortable.Jen finished off my visit with a cleaning. She was super friendly, gentle, and attentive to how I was feeling after my fillings. Thank you to the amazing staff at Rocklin Dental!!

One morning I noticed that my 3 year olds front tooth was turning black. I called Rocklin Dental that morning and was seen at 11am that same day. My boys love pick out a toy out of the treasure box after they have gotten their teeth cleaned. Dr. Robinson and his team are always so welcoming and kind.

Always quick and professional, I get in within a few minutes even when I am early. Everyone there is very nice and make an effort to remember my name and things about me. Dr. Robison was able to give me the numbing shot without me even noticing which is crazy because they terrify me! Katrina is also very nice and I absolutely loved talking with her while waiting for the Dr!

A wonderful dental office! As a former dental assistant I am ranking this office 5 full stars. From the receptionists, to the dentist, as well as the dental assistants, and hygienists, they have been very professional and kind. Dr Robison is gentle, skilled and honest, never suggesting or pushing additional costly or unnecessary work.When my mother had a broken tooth, I called to schedule an appointment for her, and was given an appointment the next work day. (She was a new patient to the office) This was astounding!Each and every employee that we have encountered in the practice have treated us with respect and dignity, and I feel our dental treatment has been high quality.I love the overall feeling within the practice and recommend it to everyone.

I give Rocklin Dental 5 stars. I absolutely dislike going to the dentist but at Rocklin Dental, the dentists are gentle, they take extra care to make sure you are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Reasonably priced and very accommodating. What I love best is the fact that at Rocklin Dental they don’t do unnecessary work. Most dentists look in my mouth and start shopping for a new car. In the past I had asked about an old silver filling. Their response was it still looks intact and working fine so better to leave it for now. Of my 60+ years going to a dentist, I’ve had the best experience at Rocklin Dental. I highly recommend them!

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist. As an adult I have been really bad about caring for my teeth. Dr. Jim made me feel safe and comfortable, and most of all didn’t make me feel bad about the work I needed done. He was able to do a lot of it same day. I was very comfortable the whole time. He and his entire staff were very friendly! I would definitely recommend this practice!

We had a wonderful experience with our 4 year old son. He had a bad fall and they got us right in to discover he cracked his molar. They made him feel so comfortable with a blanket and tv show. The hygienist, Katrina, was so kind with him for his x rays and made it fun rolling him back on a chair. We had to bring our older son and he played games on the computer in the waiting room. Katrina let our son pick a toy out of the toy chest for our son and his brother. Dr Robison was so kind and informative with our next steps and the receptionist, Brynlie, was so sweet and helpful. The next day, our kids asked to go back to the dentist. Would 100% recommend!

Dr. Robison is the best dentist! He is professional and kind and funny! His dental assistant was very thorough yet gentle with my teeth. I appreciate how they let my daughter watch them clean my teeth so she can see it’s not so scary. They even gave her a toothbrush when we left! Such a great atmosphere!

I am severely needle averse and because of this simple procedures like fillings that are normally managed with injected pain killers can be a problem. The dentist that performed the procedure was very understanding and it went off without any issues using topical anesthetic. I plan to switch to using this dentist full time and Ill update this review if I run into any issues. If the review has not changed then you can be sure that the good service has continued.[Edit] I have now been using this dentist for quite a while and they have been exceptionally good. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Jim and his staff were incredibly welcoming to my first visit and beyond. Doctor took the time to explain what he was going to do and set forth a game plan we both agreed on. He also was able to offer an alignment plan and teeth whitening to me, which was so nice to see at a dental office instead of going to an orthodontist in addition to the twice yearly dental appointments. An additional thing I noticed (and loved) was he took the time to put his patients nerves at ease, he had TVs mounted to the ceiling so patients could watch which ever show they choose while having dental work done. Overall a great place and I am so happy I switched over to Dr. Jim!

Rocklin Dental is great and everyone is super friendly. I had a cavity and they numbed my face so I didnt feel a thing. I also had a problem with my tooth darkening in some spots and they were able to polish it and make it look new within 10 minutes.

Choosing a new dentist can be a nerve wrecking process; I’m so grateful to have found Rocklin Dental. I did my research and this office has great reviews and now I know why. I had the BEST experience.The staff is kind and inviting. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and although it may have set them back a bit they did not show me anything but accommodation, kindness and quality care. The office is clean and welcoming. I enjoy the TV on the ceiling you can watch while they work on your teeth. Such a nice touch.The Dr. came and introduced himself to me and told me a little about himself and asked me about myself. This made me feel so cared about as a patient and more than just a number. He is a veteran (which Im happy to support the business of a veteran) and he expressed that dentistry is his passion. He said he loves what he does and I can tell, it translates through his communication and quality work. Also the morale of the office is great. You can tell everyone gets along, cares about each other, laughs and communicates well.Regarding my teeth, Dr listened to my concerns. I told him about some pain I have been having as well as my cosmetic goals. He was knowledgeable and talked me through my options. I felt listened to and understood with my goals and cared about with the options provided regarding my current cavities. I did not feel upsold or talked over. My feelings and concerns were validated and acknowledged.My insurance is accepted here and for the 3 fillings and cosmetic work my cost out of pocket was very low (although Im sure this relates heavily on my insurance). I just left feeling as though I was truly cared about. I would happily recommend this office to friends and family!!! These are the types of businesses we all want to support in life! Im excited to go back.

For someone that has a big dental phobia, I’ve never felt this comfortable in a dental office before. The front staff is warm and inviting, plus my hygienist Jennifer was very gentle and helped calm my nerves throughout my entire visit. The TV on the ceiling definitely helped too! This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to and I’ve lived in three different states. I was referred by my boyfriend and his family. Not only are they extremely friendly and fun to talk to, but they are very gentle on my sensitive teeth which is sometimes hard to find in a dentist office. Dr. Robison is one of the best dentists we have ever been to see. We are a military family and move around a lot. Finding a dentist at our new location is always super stressful. We have a child with special needs, and this doctor came highly recommended to us as our first stop. After having all three of my kids seen by him, I couldnt agree more. I usually go to a different dentist than my children, but this facility is a one-stop shop for us. We will be patients for our entire stay in California. When we moved to the area Dr. Robison was recommended to us. For years I have suffered from anxiety when going to the dentist even for a basic cleaning. Dr. Robison and his staff were very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. They are so good at what they do I now have zero anxiety about having my teeth worked on. The highlight of my day on March 21st was at Rocklin Dental, Dr. Robisons dental office. Everyone greeted me kindly and in a timely fashion. Once I got to say hello to the leader of this wonderful organization and get his expert dental opinion on what needs to be done next, I was through the roof! Always a wonderful experience, even when I find out I have to have another crown done, which I do! Because of my own exigencies, I will not be able to get in until July. I was only in town for a week and had a cavity that needed a root canal. They told me they couldn’t promise anything but they would try and refer me and get the crown follow up done. The referral they sent me to got the root canal done in less than 2 hours and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Came back 3 days later to get the crown on and Dr Jim squeezed me in on his lunch break. The crown feels perfect and to top it all off I got to watch Netflix the whole apt. Highly recommend this office for any dental needs, they will take care of you!

Jen was so patient and gentle with my 3 year old and when my 1.5 year old wasn’t having it didn’t push her! Kayla did a great job on my teeth, and while I was getting my teeth cleaned the front desk staff Stephanie and Brynlie played and entertained my girls! I can honestly say that this is the absolute best family friendly dentist I have ever been to. Typically when you go to any appointment with children, you dread it. My kids were welcomed with smiles, hugs, high fives, and fun games and even some surprises to take home. His front staff even took my 3 year year olds for a walk around the building while I had my fillings done just so mommy could rest. And one of the best parts, they remind you about your appointment when you make it, 2 days in advance, and the day of!!!!!! Ive been getting my dental care for the last 10 to 15 years at Rocklin Dental. Ive always appreciated the comfortable environment in the waiting room (I only spend much time there when I arrive early, by the way), but Ive especially appreciated the very up to date equipment and technology the practice maintains. To me, dental care is at least 75% the human interaction with professionals, and this has always been excellent, but the professionals using the most modern equipment allows them to perform at their best while I receive excellent care. I must say I adopted a wait and see attitude when Dr. Robison acquired the practice. I have now been there three times, for different services, and am extremely pleased on all counts. The equipment is modern, and the professionals know how to use it. The professionals, from the front desk to the treatment rooms are all friendly and welcoming, and they discharge their duties with confidence and quality. I was especially pleased that Dr. Robison is a very active participant in care, and is very competent and pleasant as well. To me, when the owner also participates in the care, the owner sets the example for the staff, and is on hand to observe even minor difficulties that may arise with equipment, supplies or processes, and develop quick solutions. Ive personally observed Dr. Robison interact with a number of his staff, and can say the relationships are not only professional, but also demonstrate mutual respect and trust. Needless to say, I will continue to return.

After informing Dr. Robison and his staff of a personal history facial neuropathy he personalized my care to abate as many pain triggers as possible during my dental procedure. He also completed I believe a cavity fill and revision of 6 to 7 fractured fillings (I clench heavily) on both the right and left upper and lower jaw in approximately 90 minutes. It was great because he made bandwidth in his schedule to complete both sides instead of me having to come back for a second appointment. He took care of his other patients while I was numbing up. The fillings are smooth and the bite is well articulated. He saved a lot of native tooth when I believe other docs may have wanted to simply place crowns. His RDA Devin was attentive, acclimated to her practice and professional. Much appreciated, he’s saving my teeth and he knows how to drill.

He’s just a down to earth, veteran army dude, who talks about his family, and feels like a friend right when you meet him. He explains procedures in simple terms and the practice is not commercial dentistry at all. Dr. Robison is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Through life experience I have learned finding the right dentist can take time, patience, and research. I trust him and I know he is not just after my money to fill a cavity. I have been to dentists like who took advantage for f me and it was very sad. He explained my X-rays in a way I could understand wo too much medical terminology. He was very patient and took the time to just be with me. All the office staff was great. They were able to answer my insurance questions and get an appointment that fit my schedule. They were also very patient with my son. He is only 4 and extremely afraid of the dentist. Scarred and chemically burned my wifes face. Yes she went in for a cleaning and the dentist accidentally spilled a chemical on her cheek / face that resulted in a chemical burn. Its now a scar.They could care less. Barely apologized when it happened, acted like no big deal. We told them there is a scar now and was told the owner would speak with us next week.This is clearly awful and unacceptable, and because they aren’t doing anything about it we will have to sue them. We are also filing a complaint with the dental board, like thatll do anything.

Having dentists in my family generationally makes me a tough critic for not only dental care, but how the office is run, and mostly how you feel with the whole experience. Dr. Jim’s office feels good-all around. Having a special needs son, being in the military, happily married, loves kids, (and animals) and religious, there is a compassion level that gets earned by life experiences. The office can accommodate wheel chairs, exceptional people, elderly, little children, and super picky people, like me whose Grandfather, father, four brothers, and nieces and nephews are in this field. Check out this dental experience—you’ll finally find that dentist you can trust and not feel afraid coming to. But beware, Dr. Jim loves to chat and hear all about you and the things you like. I had a crown that wasn’t seated properly. Right before going on vacation I called Jim one Friday evening. He offered to to either meet over the weekend or I come in first thing Monday morning. WOW! What a sweet young family and veteran owned practice. The office was beautiful, clean and efficient. There are video games for kids in the waiting room, a childrens treasure chest to pick a prize and tv screens for the patients while getting their teeth worked on. Doctor Jim is so friendly, professional and conscientious of your concerns and health care needs. He was very educated on special needs children and the particular ways that they need care and attention. Loved the military decor and stories from his time in the service of our country. When was the last time your hygienist showed you the latest brushing technique to keep your teeth clean and tartar-free? I discovered this place when I got a second opinion about a cavity near a filling that another dentist wanted to treat that would result in my having a cap! The office staff is extremely rude, their competency level as far as billing is concerned is ridiculous. They are not accountable for their own mistakes and treat their patients as if they are lower class. Their communication couldnt be less effective if computers and phones didnt exist.This practice has such and inability to get their billing straight, that you cant resolve your bill real time.
