Incredible and kinda overwhelming correction of art and crystals and treasures from $2 to $20,000 (theyll arrange a forklift for those ones). Surprisingly well laid out given there is so much to see. Will definitely stop again

Love this place. Reminds me of Natural Wonder stores in the 90s, elevated. Lots of beautiful crystals, stones, candles, and gift ideas. Recently came in to purchase four small stones to create a rock box as grad gift for 11 year old boy. It was a hit. Purchase was quick, smooth, and easy. I was on a time crunch. Employees are friendly and welcoming. I will be back, and recommend to a friend.Happiness 😊

Took my Mom and Grandma here for Mothers day shopping. Spent an hour and a half shopping and could have easily spent another two, but Grandma had a rummy tile date. They have something for everyone with prices to match. Service is outstanding and no one has attitude which is lovely. Also there is a TON of parking. Huge plus in LA.

Amazing! I went in to buy Christmas present for friend and I am in awe of the creative and interesting inventory! I do not collect crystals, but thanks to the help of a knowledgeable staff, was able to get the right gift.The store is not just about crystals but the metaphysical, including intriguing books, candles, jewelry, and other items that tempt the mind to make impulse buys. Which of course I did. Truly a fun experience. Rock on!

This place is not only the biggest and closest to me but the atmosphere is everything. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are helpful and will answer any questions you have, and do not rush you out of the store even if it’s close to closing time, which is when I always tend to come by. I remember when they first opened, I was so excited to have a place near home and to see how much they’ve grown is amazing. Many blessings to them and Marcy is a very sweet lady so if you see her around, tell her I said hello XO Deb.PS there is a parking lot behind the store 😉

Rock Paradise is a modern metaphysical store with crystals, oracle cards, jewelry, statues, candles, books, and much more. The shop is designed by themes like spiritual, psychedelic, ancient wisdom, witchcraft, chakras, fossils, kids, and affirmations. They also have a separate room for large museum-quality pieces, making Rock Paradise a pretty great gift shop. Here I found two crystals to add to my collection. A pink rose quartz tumble that represents self-love and loving relationships and a lapis lazuli pendulum that I sometimes use to help anchor my thoughts and self-doubt.

This place is AMAZING! Truly amazing. If you love rocks, crystals, all things metaphysical, chakra, healing stones, books on all things natural and healing, then you absolutely need to see this place. Not only is it a crystal palace but there are some geode pieces in this store that are simply jaw dropping beautiful! AND they have a geode cracking machine. You can purchase the rock and crack it right in the store. I am so impressed with this store I cannot wait to go back. Honestly. If rocks and stones and geode are your thing then this store is for sure your Roman Empire.

Such a great metaphysical store, if youre looking for crystals, spiritual tools, and spiritual books this is the perfect store!The staff is wonderful and super sweet and knowledgeable as well. This is my second time visiting and this experience was just as great as the first!Parking is available behind the store, I believe it has about 12 parking slots, not too many, so if you go on the weekend you might have to park on the street, I believe that is metered parking.

Beautiful, peaceful store with great staff! Shopped here for first time last weekend. The store is way BIGGER than I thought. Couldve easily spent the entire day here and not seen everything. Was greeted immediately and three different associates offered to answer my questions. The GALLERY is stunning! Purchased a few small geodes which I ❤❤❤. When the cashier heard it was my first visit, said I could select two small tumble rocks from the baskets in the back (chose rose quartz & black obsidian)😌. Will definitely be back to grow my geode and crystal collection.

This store is incredible. The variety of stones, jewelry, crystal art pieces and even furniture are magnificent. By far some of the best pieces Ive ever seen. The picture Ive posted of the selenite heart and angel wings dont do the pieces justice. Theyre breathtaking and exhilarating in my office. Jason, the owner, and his staff are some of the most pleasant and helpful people Ive ever met. Such great energy. So welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say about every experience in this store. They deserve way more than 5 stars.

Upon my arrival and while perusing the store, I showed interest in a couple of high end pieces, but initially felt the energy in the room was awkward and negative. Then, while having one on one interactions with Jason, the owner, and Tony, the General Manager, Jasons energy was both off-putting and low vibrational in the way he put pressure on me to buy items and made the whole buying experience unpleasant. I noticed there was an item I was interested in previously that had now increased in price significantly. Thus, indicating to me that this business conducts price gouging and has inconsistent sales practices. I found Tony to be immature and unprofessional, and under par and lacking product knowledge. Additionally, he was difficult to communicate with and high pressure with his sales tactics. For those crystal lovers that are spiritually awakened, I recommend you do not shop here. If you want to source good crystals at fair market value, I highly recommend going to the Quartzsite or Tucson, AZ gem shows that take place in January or February annually. Furthermore, a casual observation from when this store opened to present day, the store now has a cheapened feel to it due to the amount of goudy accessory items available. In closing, I gave Rock Paradise a one star rating due to the fact its the lowest possible rating option. Otherwise, I wouldve given them a zero or a minus.

I would never buy anything from the store. I’ve been coming to them since they’ve opened. I recently bought a few items from their Instagram life sales. I spent about $900 on a piece and when I went to go pick it up on October 8 I went into the retail store and Jason the owner was there and saw that I was picking up an expensive piece and he told me it was in the small warehouse and he’ll be right back to go get it. He saw that I was about to pay cash. He told my husband and I come on follow me and we’ll go to the small warehouse. It’s two blocks away you could pay me there, so we proceeded to follow Jason the owner to the small warehouse. Once we got to the small warehouse we went inside and Jason went to go get the piece I ordered as we were waiting for him to package it up. He proceeded to talk about how he doesn’t believe that Mexicans should pay for the land that the blacks are getting. They don’t deserve the land. Blacks always want free things and how he hates Kamala Harris, and more racialist slurs towards Black people. My husband is half black. His dad was born on a plantation. I am Indian. So to make racial slurs about blacks and Indians was very unprofessional! It took a lot for my husband and I not to say anything because we just did not want to cause conflict. As I proceeded to pay him cash, he took the cash and put it in his pocket and said thank you. This is going straight to my custom home. I’m building. Very unprofessional, he also continuously back bragged about how he’s biggest crystal in stone store in California and no one could be bigger than him!DO NOT SHOP AT ROCK PARADISE SHOP!!! THIS RACIST OWNED STORE!’

Massive, well organized, well lit selection of rocks, rock sculptures, and books related to rocks and their uses. From tiny pebbles for a couple of dollars to ones hundreds of pounds costing thousands. Even if you have no interest in buying a rock just stop by to check out what they have. A nearly full size skull of pyrite, a table of quartz, paired halves of rose quartz shaped like wings are some I remember.

Amazing collection of crystals. A certain piece of jewelry was calling my name and I had to get it. Wore it all the time at the place I was working and one day it shattered on the washbowl as I was washing a clients hair. I was so sad as my client and I picked up all the pieces. And what happens about a week later... the salon owner fires me. No reason given. They say crystals act as protection. I believe that when it broke... it was giving me a sign and protection of what was going to happen in the near future.

So I wanted really bad to love this store, it has a lot of positive reviews and I was hoping that my experience would be the same as some of those other good reviews. I ordered what I thought was a pair of shelves for $34 on the description and on my receipt it shows the quantity was supposed to be 2 shelves however I only received 1 shelf. I reached out to customer service more than once and they stated that it was an error on their behalf and the $34 price was for one shelf and not 2. In my opinion they should have honored what was shown on their website and on my receipt when I purchased these shelves, I don’t think that it is okay to falsely advertise products and rip the customer off by changing what was advertised once the product was purchased by the consumer. They should have held up their end of it and sent me the product I ordered which was 2 shelves and then corrected their mistake. I would have felt different about purchasing 1 shelf at that price, I thought I was getting a bargain but turns out I was only getting screwed. It is not the consumers fault for their misleading product quantity’s and false pricing. The least they could have done was make it right.

Greetings! I am an avid crystal collector and rock hunter. I recently visited Rock Paradise in Canoga Park with my daughter and my best friend for the first time where I was, quite frankly, shocked to be subjected to what was the worst customer service I have ever experienced or witnessed.I have worked in retail for decades and experienced all types of people. I am the person they would send the “difficult” customers to because of my extremely calm and pleasant nature. I am very happy, polite and respectful, even when others aren’t, as I refuse to lower myself or my energy. I prefer to try to find the root of and solve any issue while avoiding hostility or confrontation.I had only a few minutes to wander around the store when I was approached by a very angry woman who told me I had to leave. I was shocked and confused as I had done nothing wrong. She said that I had removed my mask and was no longer welcome in the store. I never removed my mask and told her this, but she continued to grow more angry and impatient with me.I immediately apologized to the now increasingly hostile woman and explained to her there was some lint inside of my mask that was tickling my nose and that I had to adjust it (without ever removing it) and didn’t realize anyone had noticed me as I tried to prevent it from irritating my nose. I did touch the outside of my mask while trying to quickly fix my problem, but my mask absolutely did stay on my face the entire time.I told her that I definitely did not mean to offend and I was as nice and respectful as anyone could possibly be! She became more hostile as I was just trying to calmly diffuse the situation. She was extremely unreasonable, refused to listen to my logical explanation and was then barking at me, “you have to leave now!” (while paying no respect to social distancing from me).I said okay I will leave, I need to find my daughter and friend to let them know what’s happening.She repeatedly barked the same order at me, “you need to leave now!” and continued to bully me while I was finding my daughter and friend to let them know I was being kicked out. I became scared and was shaking at this point as I did not want to know what she might do next with her unnecessary hostility and completely irrational behavior. I quickly left the store with my daughter and friend and we will never return, as I am sure anyone would feel the same way after receiving such horrible treatment and appalling behavior for literally no reason at all.I feel sorry for this store and all of the poor crystals and customers or other employees being subjected to some of the worst energy I have ever felt. I hope they are clearing and cleansing any negative energy that their crystals are absorbing. I am not sure if any store could survive low vibrations being absorbed into and amplified through countless powerful crystals. I also hope that the angry woman gets the help she needs.They have some cool pieces to look at, some basic ones that are affordable, though much of what I saw seemed overpriced in the few minutes I had before I was kicked out for touching the outside of my mask when it irritated me.As an extremely experienced collector I suggest going to the awesome crystal shows that travel around, they are always the best and fun!If you do decide to visit and purchase anything from Rock Paradise I strongly suggest that you properly cleanse and clear any low or bad energy that the crystals there have potentially been absorbing and amplifying over time!Good Luck!!!!

One star only because twice I felt pushed out while gently shopping and browsing.I adore all crystal shops. I’m not too much into shopping yet Crystal shops tend to feel like a happy place To me. I am highly empathic and I get very excited to go to Crystal Paradise because I can feel the love from the crystals and it is well curated and beautiful. Yet the past two times I have been in crystal Paradise I have felt less then supported by the employees. It’s very confusing to be honest. I feel that people who work at Crystal shops would be full of love and gratitude and make everyone in the store feel welcomed? I didn’t feel welcomed more so chased out ...I was going in today to buy the Divine Feminine Oracle Card deck to support the store, even though the same deck is across the street at Follow your Heart, where I had lunch. Yet after one of the employees was quite rude to me, to the point I had to stand up for myself and my health they and made me feel less then human. This store is new-ish to our community, and Ive been wanting to take my kids to check it out. As a child I loved rocks and gems and my children are just beginning to get excited about them too. When we first walked into the store they just lit up, enthusiastic to show me this and that, and couldnt wait to see everything in the store, which was a lot! The store is just filled with so many beautiful specimens, it felt like a museum! To top things off, the employee working there made us feel right at home, greeting us and making myself and my little ones feel welcomed in exploring the space. I liked the juxtaposition of the very high end pieces of art with the smaller kid friendly gemstones. It definitely highlights the beauty of the gems while still having affordable pieces for the budding collector. We definitely plan on returning and growing our own little collection.

I work for a retail store who ordered about $500 worth of product and each tiny item was wrapped in so much plastic. I ended up filling up like 4 boxes worth of plastic wrap that was so unnecessary! Really nice place. The art gallery has some of the most beautiful pieces of stone. I was expecting to see more of a variety of stones. A very incredible place which large artistic creations. I have been a fan of crystals, minerals and gemstones for many years.Rock Paradise eclipses them all. It has a very large amount items probably in the neighborhood of a thousand or two.Many of the artistic works are large and extremely beautiful. I received another customer’s order. I contacted them curious how they would remedy this since it was their mistake. They said that instead of refunding or re-sending me the items I had ordered, they would TRY to contact the person who possibly received my order and have the customer send me my order. As a small business owner and a crystal enthusiast this was first and last time I would purchase anything from this business. Today my daughter and I went to the warehouse where we met with a young lady, Jackie. She began to walk us through the warehouse and showing different items that were shelved, in boxes so this involved a lot of leaning over, grabbing items in tight spaces etc. and it was very hot in there. All of a sudden we were approached by a very hostile woman, who very rudely said to my daughter and myself you need to cover your nose with the mask, this caught be off guard as I humbly responded no problem. As we continue through the warehouse, again we were actively looking through boxes that were located in tight spots, boxes were in the way of most items, it was quite a mess, therefore you would have to move things around. Again the same woman came out of nowhere and rudely stated I said cover your nose this time I asked the sales rep that was assisting me who the woman was and her name. This happened 5 times through our 3 hours in there. We were approached multiple times in a rude manner, I felt the negativity of this woman and honestly I was NOT comfortable even completing my purchase. As my 17 year old daughter said she is putting her negative energy into the crystals and that she felt sorry for them. Note that at one stage my daughter humbly told the rude woman that her glasses a fogging up as shes looking through the boxes to pick crystals. The lady rudely stated to my daughter then you would have to leave. I was livid inside, and where did she expect her to go, I am the parent, she is with me. So unprofessional and offensive. After this comment I asked the rep to complete my order. I was really close to not continue my purchase and not give this woman my hard earned money due to the disrespect and negativity coming from her. We humbly continued and did not respond to the lady, who turned out to be the owner, Simona, I was completely shocked by this. An OWNER behaving in this manner, absolutely ludicrous. At the final stages were in the office ready to complete the transaction when she came in and just blatantly asked us to leave. She said Im going to have to ask you to leave now being extremely unreasonable. I looked in disbelief, where the rep approached and stated she would gladly complete my transaction so I may leave. I was really questioning myself with regards to paying the high price of Items I picked out. I awaited for the completion of my transaction and went to speak to the owner, Simona. I approached her office in a professional and respectful manner I had told her that she was rude from the beginning of our visit and her approach was very disrespectful. I explained to her that the movement in the warehouse and our masks sliding down our nose was accidental, and a couple of times I needed to breath as I was having difficulties in the hot warehouse. She told me that I should of went outside to breath, away from the business. I continued explaining that this current situation is a very sensitive issue and that I have an underlying health condition and was still considerate and respectful to honor her wish of the covering my nose at all times. I also asked her why she didnt ask me if I was experiencing any difficulties or if I do have an underlying health issue, and be considerate of the fact that we were indeed trying to do our best under those conditions. After seeing warehouse workers and other staff members without their nose covered I began to think that she was just harassing us and felt uncomfortable. The owner told me that I am no longer able to return to the warehouse. And I confidently responded that I would certainly not be returning. Her anger is so immense that she really shouldnt be working around crystals, she is transmuting her negative energy into the crystals and customers buy them. I would not recommend this place, the horrible treatment was quite disturbing. Hope this helps others as I am putting it out to the universe.

Update: The customer service team for some reason had not seen all my correspondence until they saw my Google review. They said they would send me a shipping label for my broken crystal so I could get a refund, which would take around 30 days.They said that the amethyst tea lights have the felt bottoms applied in China and that the crystal itself is from Brazil.As a wholesale customer, I received a shipment with broken items and customer service will not email or call me back. Plus, I had ordered several Amethyst tea light holders and realized they are from China, not Brazil as advertised. In fact, their listing name is Natural Amethyst Crystal Candle Holders and they mention Mother Nature in the description. One of the tea light holders had a felt bottom that looked terrible, so I when I was washing it off so I could replace it, I saw the original customs sticker there instead, showing that its from China. The whole bottom of the piece is covered in thick black resin that stinks so bad I had to put it outside. The felt had sealed in that smell. Plus, all the citrine I received has been heat treated and that was not mentioned in the listing description. So terribly disappointed!!

I called and emailed them and it took them forever to get back to me but I figured since COVID threw everything out of wack that they were just a little jam packed with all the mayhem.
