2019-11-07 04:27:21Rochelle is hands down the BEST stager Ive ever come across. I am a realtor and I use her for all of my listings. I also just used her to sell my personal home which says a lot. All of the pictures are attached to this review. My listing was extremely popular and I credit a lot of it to her staging. Every person that walked through wanted to know who staged it and said it was absolutely beautiful. Use Rochelle, hands down the best.

2020-10-26 22:51:04Rochelle added just the right touches to my home for staging, brilliantly blending some of my furniture and art with other contemporary pieces, giving my home a clean, open welcoming feel that didnt look like typical staging decor. My home sold in one week, and even though she does not make those promises I know her touch helped a great deal.

2021-03-05 20:55:44Rochelle quickly developed a vision for our house: 1960s Santa Cruz with a Mid-Century Modern twist. We enjoyed working through the options and challenges along the way. Rochelle was responsive and understanding of our ideas. We particularly appreciated her use of color to express a fun Santa Cruz vibe. We now have a new house to enjoy the beach.

2019-11-07 04:11:48Rochelle staged several homes for me this year, and they all sold very quickly and for more than they would have without her help. Her style is classy and artistic. Her inventory of artwork, furniture and accessories is tasteful, high-quality and unique. She can really change the feel of the interior of a home by bringing out the best features of the space with appropriate balancing of textures, colors and materials. 2020-10-30 03:27:00Rochelle recently staged one of my listings. Due to the fires, I had evacuated and she handled everything while I was remote. She did an outstanding job. The furnishings were perfect and she showcased the space in the best way possible. She also sent me videos so that I could see the staging while I was away. The property sold in only a few days on market well over the asking price, which was in part due to the staging. I will definitely be working with Rochelle again!

We knew right away that we wanted her to design the interior of our new house. She is a joy to work with — a quiet listener with great respect for our ideas, likes and dislikes and without imposing her own model.
