I can’t say enough good things about Rob’s Computer Shop!I took him my older Dell Inspirion that had several problems. Problems that were way above my capabilities. He diagnosed and got everything running better than it has in years and he did all the repairs in a little over a day!He explained everything that was wrong and the repairs he would complete. When he was reviewing those things with me I was thinking, “Yikes, this is going to expensive!” but to my surprise his fees were very reasonable.Rob is the friendliest businessman you’ll come across. His office/shop is clean and has a nice appearance. He is professional, affordable, and a pleasure to do business with! I will be taking my computers to him if I have any further computer problems. My 2TB LaCie Porsche Design external hard drive gave up on me. It wouldnt mount onto my Mac. Id turn it on, and it wouldnt make a sound. A blinking light was the only sign of life. Everything I love was on this thing, not to mention, some very crucial works in progress.I messaged Rob after 5pm on a Wednesday evening. He replied within the hour. I was there first thing the next morning. Within 10 minutes he did diagnostics, and told me hed be able to recover my data and transfer it to a new external SSD. The whole process would take 7-8 hours, so I picked it up the following day.He successfully cloned the drive. Im home with everything intact and functioning again. The labor plus the new SSD came out to a total of $364. All totally worth it. I would have given him my firstborn for the 20 years of data he recovered [I dont have any kids].Rob was friendly, helpful, and incredibly competent. I dont often have computer troubles, but now I know precisely where to go if it happens again.

At the risk of wearing a little egg on my face, I have to give Rob my most sincere compliments; not for expert computer repair, but for his integrity as a businessman. I brought my laptop to him, panicked because my keyboard appeared frozen and innoperable. As it turns out, Rob informed me that I had accedentally hit a key that disabled the keyboard. He could have told me anything and then charged me for it. However, he informed me of my error and charged me absolutely nothing for his time. I will be returning to Rob for my computer needs...especially legitimate ones!

Rob did an excellent job diagnosing my laptop, he was able to fix the issue very quick. After calling 3 other computer companies, I found his to be the most reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Robs shop if youre looking for efficiency.

Man, rob is my new go to guy. Found him on Google and decided to go talk to him. Told him about the issues I needed fixed with my pc and he said no problem. He told me he will find out everything wrong with it an get back to me with a quote. No funny business he called me once he had the answers for me an we went from there. Pc is back a running with no issues. I highly recommend rob an look forward to bringing him more work in the future.

You can count on Rob for your computer problems! He fixed my laptop at a reasonable rate. Hes up front on pricing, no hidden fees. I appreciate his clear communication and professionalism. I went back to his shop a few weeks later because I had questions about downloading something, and he spent almost 30 mins with me going over the download step by step at no cost. I like Rob - hes an honest man and my laptop is finally fixed - problem free! If youre looking for a good computer guru, Rob is your guy!

My PC wouldn’t turn on so I took it in to Rob’s and it was repaired within 24 hours at a cost effective price. Great place, great customer service. If you need your PC repaired I highly recommend Rob’s.
