My wife and I were looking for a lender to service our loan, and had heard about Ronnie and his team through a friend. We had been working with a major mortgage company to get approved, but we felt like the service and attention werent there, and the interest rate was underwhelming.The Robison Team locked us in with a great loan rate and the customer service was top-notch. Chelsea, our loan officer, was incredibly attentive to our needs, checked in with us often, and made us feel assured during the stress of escrow (and was also very friendly!). The Robison team was able to get us approved and secure our loan incredibly fast! Their honesty and transparency throughout the process was great, and we will definitely be referring any friends/family in the future.

Chelsea and Ronnie were great resources during our home buying process. In the context of how crazy the market and rates were in 2022, it was a daunting experience to get all of the details and stars to align. Luckily, Chelsea was a calming force that had tons of insight and tips in how to make the escrow experience seamless. I really appreciate that as a business, they invest in a lot of web-based software tools that makes it so much easier for a client to keep track of documents, signing documents, and communicating questions/answers. To top if off, Ronnie was able to help push the needle on getting us the best rate possible. So happy we chose to work with Robison Home Loans!

Ronnie and the Robinson team were a Godsend during the overwhelming process of first time home buying and navigating the loan process. Ronnie treated me like family and walked me through the process and made the same recommendations and advice that he gave to his own kids, working hard to help me get into the best situation for myself for my home and financial well being. I have some experience working with other lenders during refinances and home purchases, and I can say without hesitation that Ronnie and the team at Robison Home Loans are the people that you want to work with as you weed through a process that most of us are not altogether familiar with. Ronnie helped me pay off off my Solar by doing a cash out refi on my home and he was also able to lock me in at a great rate. Initially, I had gone with a different company. It was a program that allowed you to get a loan through your taxes. The Solar company told me how great it was and how much i can write off on my taxes, it sounded great and all, but once everything finalized, the loan wasnt what I expected. I talk to Ronnie about it and he took the time to figure out what I needed to do to get out of it. I also loved that his team kept me in the loop the entire process, they left me a message at least twice a week to give me an updates on the loan and I didnt have to call them back. Im busy with work, so it was nice to get a detail message that I could listen to and was able to respond back via email or text. I must say that he and his team made it an easy process, compared to the other 4 times I refinance my home. They gave me a check list and always reach out when there were questions. He was also good at breaking down cost and fees and made sure I understood it. I definitely recommend Ronnie and his team.
