I wholeheartedly recommend Robert Kirsten. We were working with Robert to find 1031 replacement property. We had a week to identify property when the property we were in contract on fell through. Through his connections, Robert was able to find a better property that we were able to identify in a timely matter and close on within 21 days. We couldn’t be happier. His efforts saved us $1 million in taxes.
