Rob and Eva stepped up when I almost gave up on selling my home. I was getting ridiculous offers for a very nice and well maintained large home with huge lot. Two other realtors I have tried but unfortunately no results. I was going to rent it but received a call from Rob and he made it happen for us. We were able to sell it and our buyers were also happy. I am very impressed with his service and being on top it. Definitely recommend Rob and Eva as they were confident to make my deal according to me even in this market.

Rob and Eva-I cant help but express my amazement. At first, we had another agent for our initial listing, which resulted in numerous showings but no offers for a couple of months. However, when Rob reached out to me, everything took a turn for the better. In just 20 days, we received an offer and successfully sold our home. Rob and Evas communication skills are superb, and they make an incredible team that keeps you informed throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch realtors.

Where to start with feedback on Rob and Eva Wiley! It was a pleasure from day one. Rob’s professionalism that could be felt over the phone, via email and text. Let me point out that we never met in person, and everything was a virtual handshake. Eva’s ability to move fast on questions and concerns with showings was incredible. We placed our home for sale, and after the contract ended with another realtor, Rob and Eva were where we went. Rob was direct and calculated, set us up with a great photographer and did all he could to make sure we were in the right position to be the next house sold. I would highly recommend the Wiley’s; there are not very many people I could say I trust (especially over the phone/virtual) as I did here. We built a friendship and common accord that I will always recommend this couple for any real estate transactions in California.

Oh my goodness! Eva Wiley is nothing less then a miracle worker! My wife and I entered the market as buyers in late February and Eva managed to find our home, have our offer accepted and walked us through the inspections to ultimately getting the keys to our forever home by mid April!!! Just Awesome. Eva and Rob stepped in, stepped up, got the job done and the house sold. They had targeted showings and brought interested buyers. When the house was in escrow, they were exceptional at keeping us informed and on track, closing on time with a seamless sale. Just awesome.

I would definitely recommend using Rob and Eva Wiley to sell your home. They are professional, efficient, patient and accessible. Our house was on the market with another agency for 3 months, with absolutely zero results! Rob and Eva were able to market and sell our house within 27 days!!They are absolutely wonderful!
