A truly pleasant surprise at the service we received here!The selection was excellent, but it was the service that was outstanding!Both my wife and I received personal attention beyond what we expected, and that translated into selecting hiking/walking shoes that were customized to our anatomy and gait. I’ve seen a few devices at other stores that the staff didn’t seem to understand, but at this store, the foot anatomy and gait analysis really made sense, and we were directed to shoes that felt perfect— and we had custom insoles molded to fit our feet while we chose our shoes.Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful staff!Shop at this store—you won’t be disappointed!!We were impressed by all the staff, but we were attended primarily by Jonathan Lopez, who was beyond excellent. 5+ stars for his kind expertise!!

This store in itself is not a problem as everyone was very nice and helpful. However, beware of their VIP membership. It’s great for the initial purchase if you’re getting at least one pair of shoes and maybe their custom insole (tbd if it’s better than something like Feetures), but then of course they make if difficult to cancel in the future. You have to call a customer service number which I’ve done multiple times to no avail. They’ve already ripped me off $50 for a renewal and now I’m going through trying to cancel again after a second $50 charge.

It’s been a while since I’ve actually gone to a shoe store. Victor was very knowledgeable and very fun to work with. He didn’t made me Rush. He took the time to make sure I was getting the right fitted shoes. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to try these shoes out on the track.

I have been a loyal customer and a premium VIP family member since 2022, regularly purchasing numerous shoes and accessories.Infact I recommended their store to 10+ friends of mine and they all joined them. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.During my latest visit, I brought my father to purchase a new pair of shoes. The staff were undertrained and demonstrated a lack of respect for senior citizens. They made multiple mistakes, provided the wrong shoes, and then abandoned us midway, stating they had other members to attend to without answering our questions.Furthermore, the benefits of the VIP membership that were promised to me at the time of purchase were dismissed outright. The staff claimed they do not honor such deals, which contradicts the initial membership terms.This experience has left me feeling cheated and disheartened. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and provide the service and respect that loyal customers deserve.

My sales rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes in the store. There was no pressure to buy and I felt like my business was appreciated. The store has a good selection of shoes, clothing, socks and other accessories. Their prices are comparable to other running shoe stores. If you sign up for their membership program you get a discount on your purchases (in store and on their website) and a 90 day return policy. I will definitely use Roadrunner for my next purchase.

Amazing store. You walk in and they are friendly and helpful, do a full scan, run test, sole test, etc all free of charge, let you try on whatever you want with expert guidance, and are super helpful on finding products without being pushy.One saleswoman, Genesis, was particularly amazing. I needed new road-running shoes, and she took me through all the tests, was unbelievably friendly and professional, suggested the shoes I would need and what might be better or worse for me, and pointed out various things about my running style, feet, etc. All super fast and super fun. She then helped me try on all the different shoes she suggested (she can carry five+ boxes at once... wow), and was just the right amount of helpful, stepping away when I needed time to try them out, and coming back (almost psychically) when I wanted advice or had questions. I ended up getting shoes and soles and would easily pay more than what I did for them. I even bought the store membership (I never do this) because of how clearly Genesis made it out to be helpful to me.Overall, wonderful store with a great philosophy, and absolutely one of the best salespeople Ive talked to (Genesis). I went on a run afterwards with my new shoes and my half-marathon time went down by a staggering 40 minutes from 2:36 to 1:58.

I just want to shout out one of the employees, Sherrene. As soon as I walked into the store, she was super attentive and accommodating. Walked in to the store and immediately started my evaluation to find the right soles and shoes for my specific running style and body structure. Not only did I feel good about my purchase but I’m running consistently and in good shape because of it. Huge shout out to Sherrene

This is the only store I go to anymore to shop for shoes. Excellent service, great attention to detail and great recommendations for shoes. Never feel hasseled to buy a shoe. They put in a lot of work into their job and always get me to buy a fantastic shoe. I bring out of town folks here as well so they can get a good shoe that works for their foot. Took my father in law here yesterday as his regular shoe was no longer good. The salesman helped solve 3 of my FILs food issues 2 of which stemmed from having a shoes size that was 1.5 sizes smaller than what he needed. Im amazed my father inlaw didnt catch onto this was 40 years during which he walked 10 miles each week. I am grateful for the service and will always return in future for more shoe needs.

Absolutely incredible fitting experience and knowledgeable staff. Shareen was so great to work with. The in-house brand clothing was high quality. Found my new running store.
