My son was in desperate need of long distance shoes for pavement. The sales associate Vonte was amazing and patient. He measured and scanned my sons feet to ensure perfect fitment, and even brought out multiple brands and sizes for a treadmill test. Best shoe buying experience weve ever had. This will now be our go to store for running shoes and I highly recommend shopping here.

The service was absolutely amazing. I was helped by Ruben, he was super patient with me and very helpful. I probably tried on 9 different pairs of shoes. It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a pair of running shoes that were just right for me, from the service to the actual analysis of my feet while running. I ended up buying 2 pair of Hokas. I should also note if you become a member ($20 I believe) you can test the shoe (up to 90 days) and if they’re not what you were looking for you can bring them in and switch them out for a new pair.

Couldn’t have had a better experience! Their customer service and patience is truly top notch.They helped my son find the perfect fit, we even brought a pair he tried out at home back for an exchange. Will only shop here from now on!

This was the first time that we were help by Amador and he really knows what he’s doing. He was super nice. Explained everything so well he asked us what kind of shoes we were looking for what we needed the shoes for and overall his customer service. excellent honestly he deserves a race. He is really nice so if you guys ever go to the location in Torrance, please make sure to look for Amador. He is the nicest guy ever.

This was my first time at Road Runner Sports. And what a GREAT experience it was. I needed new running shoes and went in with my boyfriend. He is a member there but wanted me to get the experience. My feet and walking were analyzed first to determine the types of shoes that would work best for my feet. After that I got several brands to try. The young man who helped me was very informative and professional. I ended up getting a great new pair of running shoes ! Highly recommend !

This is a great place to find runners merchandise for example, the latest running shoes, pants, jackets, vests, treadmills, pepper spray, among other things runners can benefit. My experience shopping there was the best I have ever received anywhere. The customer service is phenomenal, yes it is the best because all employees are attending to every customers needs one on one. They are able to measure your foot size to get you the right size shoe, just ask. The store has plenty of light, lots of free parking and its a safe shopping environment.

My favorite go to shoes/apparel store in town. I bypass nike outlet just to come here. Great selection of shoes, excellent customer service by entire staff and the whole atmosphere is inviting, on this occasion I went in for summer sandals specifically Hoka recovery. Amador & staff always provide me with exceptional customer service, I already had VIP membership but as Amador explained to me the advantages of upgrading to PLATINUM membership; it made sense. I left extremely satisfied with my overall shopping experience. I literally go out of my way just to shop here. Amador the assistant store mgr always makes my shopping experience the greatest. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring to customers needs, give him his own store! Highly recommend ROAD RUNNER SPORTS!

My mom and I were in need of some new athletic shoes and had no good idea of what we should get. My mom is an active senior and needed a shoe that she could wear all day and still provide her with comfort throughout her various activities, be it attending her exercise class or just running around doing errands. Oppositely, I am disabled (MS) and use a walker and just needed a shoe that was comfortable to wear and provided me with some stability throughout the day as I try to combat my issues with balance. We are so fortunate that the associate Matt Espinoza was there to help us that day. I really feel like he cared about ensuring that we got the right shoes that we individually needed. He spent a lot of time with us making suggestions and going back and forth to the stock room trying to get us the best looking shoe and best fit for our feet. He was very knowledgable about shoes and even taught us how to do a Heel Lock to prevent our heels from slipping out of the shoe. He went above and beyond our expectations. Matt was truly a god-send for us that day. My mom and I feel that Road Runner Sports has a real gem working at their Torrance store. Thank you.

Although its a long drive to our nearest RR we always opt to drive in. We love the special attn from staff who listen to our needs and concerns and help us narrow our choices and offer recommendations. You cant get that online. Will always make the drive.

Bought two pairs of running shoes here and the service was awesome. I love and appreciate a store who has knowledgeable staff with good customer service. Will be coming back soon
