2022-11-03 05:09:27Our business needed to have the DVR and Cameras upgraded. Richard and his team got it done quickly and for a very fair price. He also helped us out with our security system even though it had nothing to do with the job that we hired them for and they got the cables super organized.

2022-10-12 22:26:44I had forgotten my password to the laptop and Richard was able to remove the password and save all my files from the laptop by doing a backup. I was scared that I was going to lose all my files and didnt think such a thing would happen. Im grateful Richard is my friend and will look forward to always working with him.

2023-05-05 18:49:58I love gadgets and computers and know my way around them pretty well, but when it comes to fixing a problem, I am not afraid to ask for help. Recently my computer was running really slow and I was at a loss as to what to do. I called around to a few different repair shops, but they all seemed so expensive and impersonal. He took the time to explain my options to me in plain English, and they didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, and my computer was back to its old self in no time. But the best part was the customer service. The staff at RNRPC went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. They even gave me some tips on how to keep my computer running smoothly in the future.If youre looking for a great computer repair shop in Palm Desert, I highly recommend RNRPC. 2023-02-03 03:28:29We had Richard do some remote I.T. to repair an Outlook and Access server we were having some issues with. Our Finance company is located in Chicago and we briefly brought it up to him when he had done some services for some in home repair on our Macbook Pros. Richard mentioned that if the computers or servers were up he could remotely log into the computers and take care of the issue as long as they were online.Richard was able to do the remote session and fixed the PST and OST issues we were having in outlook and repaired the Access Database as well. He did an awesome job and charged super reasonable. He is super fast and gets the job done quickly.

2022-09-27 23:47:27Richard Otis, did a wonderful job for our office. We needed a small server to store all records of our clients. He made sure that it was setup in a timely fashion and also so that it was encrypted in case any of the hardware theft. He also added a level of security so that if we have guests accessing our wifi we wont have to be concerned about our clients data. I am happy and look forward to working with Richard again. I do have to say though. They are quite pricey. But, you get what you pay for.

2022-10-18 20:34:38Richard is a super nice guy. He’s been helping us for quite some time now and is super honest and hard working. We had some security cameras that went down and he was able to configure and adjust the TCP/UPD ports to allow us to view the cameras remote again via our devices. He will forever be our to go guy and if you have cameras that are malfunction give them a shot, highly recommended.

2022-10-20 21:10:45I had a custom gaming computer built from my son. It was not turning on at all and just shutting off on its own. It was horrible. I couldnt get anything done at all. I took it to them and Richard was the one to help me out with it. He took 13 days to get everything done. I was not happy about this. But, he was brutally honest and transparent the whole time. I understand that the parts for the liquid CPU cooling took time to get there and he also needed to make an order for the custom brackets and some power supply cables for my Desktop. The computer turns on now and works perfectly fine and thats all I care about and I am happy it actually got finished.

2022-10-23 22:35:20I had an S22+ Ultra that was submerged in water. All my families photos were in there and some important documents that I needed saved. Richard Otis and his team were able to fix and repair the phone circuit board. I was not happy with the cost of it but they were honest and transparent from the beginning and I appreciate that. Because, alot of businesses will tell you something and do otherwise and end up charging you more than they should. If you need your phones repaired contact RNRPC Computer Repair. I can vouche for them and will be referring business to them in the future.

2022-07-25 03:03:41They get deep down into the mechanics of the circuit boards. My G7 gaming laptop was completely fried and lost all hope to bringing it back to life. Richard and his guys were able to repair it and make it fully functional again! Im ecstatic and will definitely be recommending my friends to him for any gaming pc repairs or office setups!

2022-09-29 19:28:20I have always come to Richard for any computer related issues. Last month we had our office network compromised. He was able to find the virus and see what files were infected. Im glad he was able to isolate the problem and eradicate the issue. He is a bit on the expensive side. But he does quality work and you get what is expected from him and his team.
