10/10 experience and all around customer service! I took my Honda here about 2 weeks ago and it was the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic or dealership. Top notch transparency, communication, and service. I will never go to another shop as long as I’m local. Thank you so much!

RM Automotive truly helped me out when I was in an urgent situation. I was on the road to go back home, which was 3 hours out when my alternator went out. It took them an hour and a half to fix it. I made it home safely & without a problem. The only thing is, I wish they would have let me know the problem sooner. This way I couldve shopped around. They took 3 hours to let me know what was wrong with the truck. Other than that, they had good customer service and were thorough with their inspection. Thank you Rm!!

It sucks. I brought Tesla here for a collapse. The car stood from early in the morning to 4 p.m., and only then did they touch it. But not for work, but to check how the Performance Model s package behaves on the road, how it accelerates quickly, I saw peak speeds in my application.They will drive on your cars like on a racing one. And you’ll think they’re just repairing your car. First of all, I didn’t like that they didn’t warn me that they were going to drive around the city in someone else’s car, which they were entrusted only for repair.And I also didn’t like the space prices for repairs and for spare parts that they voiced to me.The collapse-alignment they have costs $120 while in other good and smart and car repair shops the price of such a service is $80 in the same area.

Since Ive moved to the valley, RM Automotive has been a trust worthy and reliable shop for all my car needs. Regardless of who is helping me, it has been a good experience. In my most recent visit Kyle was able to answer all my questions and explain some items I was uncertain of, he has excellent communication and I appreciate it.

Great shop! Kyle and Dean were fantastic to work with. Everyone was super professional. They did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done and performed a very detailed inspection with great pictures. The work they did was excellent. My car runs great now. Thanks so much, guys!

Do NOT use this auto shop. Ive reported them to the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and disputed the transaction with my bank. I took my car in on 8.16.23 for a diagnosis and special testing for a check engine light. I picked it up on 8.18.23. They said I needed to wait an hour to check to confirm it was ready. I came back and paid $370. Driving the car home I noticed a rattle in the engine compartment. When I got home I observed that they FAILED to install the ENTIRE front windshield wiper assembly. Most all of the pieces were in the trunk! And there was a loose part sitting on top of the engine!!! OMG. These guys let me drive with a part rattling around the engine. And they lied that the car was ready. This was the day before the tropical storm. I had to tape up plastic to keep the engine compartment from flooding b/c it was open to the elements. I could not use the car! Michael the owner emailed but never took the time to call and resolve the issue. For $370 hes engendered an investigation by the CA BAR and negative social media reviews. Kyle was the service advisor who tried to smooth it over, to no avail. I do NOT trust these guys. I believe they do NOT care, do NOT have pride in their work, do NOT tell the truth, and are NOT competent. Worst of all, they let a customer drive in a dangerous condition of their cause.Mike, I read your comments posted on 10.10.23. Thanks for responding. After your call I called you back and emailed you, and the ball was in your court to get back to me which you didnt. I did not return to your shop to fix your negligent work b/c I cannot trust you. I did ask for a refund of the money I paid but you denied it. As I said in my review, this is the result. Im glad youve put processes in place to fix your internal problems.

As a CSUN student who’s never been to a mechanic out of my home town I had a great experience! They are very friendly, have a thorough report including pictures of your visit, and provide a transportation service for you while your car is getting worked on. The prices were reasonable and I felt and knew my car was placed in the right hands.

Found RM Automotive on yelp and after reading the great reviews I was also persuaded by their blue check mark on yelp that definitely aided in my decision. I definitely don’t regret making . I brought in my car. And to say that they did a fantastic job is an understatement. Kyle was so patient with me answering all my questing and explaining things in detail. I am truly grateful. They kept my car until I could pick it up the following day after it was ready with no problem. That was greatly appreciated as well. As a women I’m always worried I’m going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge. But that’s not the feeling I received when dealing with RM. From their very detailed inspection to their Fantastic staff. thank you so much for fixing my car. And teaching me in the process. Just a great easy experience over all. They have gained a loyal customer for sure. THANK YOU!

Honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented. I was informed and in the know about everything going on with my vehicle. They were even able to expedite my service when I had an unexpected deadline happen. Easy to work with. Totally user friendly and priced right....
