Craig and team are top notch. Not only is the response time the best around but they are always helping to solve my tech problems before they happen. Anytime you hire experts to help with things you dont know anything about (car mechanics, tech guys, etc) you have to trust them. You dont know the difference between and IP address and a PO box so you want some one who wont take advantage of you. Rival has been great for that. I never worry that they will get the job done quickly and correctly.
